Friendly staff and amazing environment. My dog Winston has been going to this daycare since he was a puppy and always has an amazing time and comes home very sleepy after a big day of playing. Can’t recommend this daycare enough!

Our Pup Zadie has been coming here for almost 2 years now since she was 3 months old. She just loves her aunties/uncles and all her friend's she has made over the last couple years! The staff is amazing and you are appreciated for the care you give to all the pups that come there plus the great customer service!

Staff always communicates with me regarding my dogs behaviour, he isn’t always the most gentlemanly as he loves his aunties, uncles, and pup friends SO much that he forgets his manners.
Report cards are adorable and my dog always comes from the Salon smelling great and looking dapper?

After attempting to contact the St. Annes location with no answer, I called this location to book a grooming appointment for my dog. Once the appointment was booked, they contacted me almost 1 hour later stating that they have to cancel the appointment as the groomer did not feel comfortable trimming my dogs fur. This should have been known before they collected all of my information and is odd given that they offer grooming services. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this place in the future as a result of my initial experience with them.

They need to work on their customer service skills. I was chastized about my dogs behaviour infront of other clients. No discretion, no privacy just a loud woman who felt everyone should know my business. I was made to feel ashamed and super embarrassed.

We had 2 negative experiences with them in a row and will not be going back. I don’t post reviews, but after talking to some friends I was compelled to write this as a warning to other pet owners.

1. First time, we took our shitzu for a standard grooming which we were told was going to take 4 hours which I’ve never heard of before. Then, when we went to pick him up we couldn’t pay because they don’t take credit cards which we weren’t told, which is all we had at the time. So we had to go to a bank to get cash. Mostly just annoying but then the second time was much more puzzling…

2. We took our shitzu back for a trim, not a groom. A 45 min appointment from 1215 to 1pm. Despite living 10 mins away we opted to stay in the parking lot and wait. At 120 my partner went to the door of the establishment to find it locked with no sign or any indication as to why. So we called, and they said the dogs were having “scheduled nap time” from 1 to 215 and asked us to come back at 230 to “not wake the dogs”, so an hour and a half after my appointment time. Wasn’t told about this. Never heard of something like this before. Dogs don’t take scheduled naps. If it’s your lunch break, just say so. But regardless, if you think an appointment might cut into that time, wouldn’t it be common courtesy to warn your clients? After arguing a little, they said they’d meet us at the door and do an exchange if I had cash. Well, I knew they didn’t take credit card from last time so I had a debit card but they wouldn’t let us inside to tap my card. So I had to go to a nearby bank again to get cash. Finally, with cash in hand they wouldn’t get our dog “from the back” until we gave them the cash. So they got our money, locked us out outside, then brought us our dog.

Bizarre business. Hope no one else has this happen to them!

Great service, very wholesome setup and business operations. I took my very young puppy and he had a great time, met lots of friends, and even got a report card telling us about his stay. They initially put my puppy with "the aunties", a couple older female dogs that could then help ease him into meeting other friends. You can tell they care about their dogs, and they seemed to have good rapport with all the customers I saw drop their dogs off

Wouldn't go to any other groomers! Love the service here. Our 3 dogs are a handful but they love it here and we pretty much have to drag them out by the end of the grooming. They never want to leave!

We took our 1 year old Labradoodle to try Woofs n Wags for grooming, as someone had told us they specialize in "timid" dogs. We phoned ahead and mentioned that our puppy was quite timid. She did not receive anything like the service other reviews here describe. The groomer was very unenthusiastic, even surly, both before and after the grooming. She had nothing nice to say about our dog, there was no "report card. " Worse, our puppy seemed very upset when we brought her home and her ears seemed nicked and sore. We have tried other groomers, so we know that our puppy is usually fine once we get her home, but not this time. We really found the staff very unfriendly and unloving.

Took my daughter's dog who hasn't been in a long time. They communicated well and did a great job. Staff is always so pleasant

My dog goes to daycare regularly. The girls are absolutely amazing and care for the dogs like their own. They have pools for the hot days in the summer and have tons of different spaces for the dogs.

This is our new go-to groomer. Our pup had had a negative first grooming experience at another groomer, so we decide to try Woofs and Wags through a recommendation. The staff were incredibly friendly and affectionate with her, took their time and helped contribute to a reduction in my dog's anxiety. They were very informative and are helping us to ease our dog's anxiety around grooming, while increasing the health of her coat.

Our dog loves it here. The power hour is great for these cold days. Here he is tired out after hanging with his pals. Great result.

Rocky looked great after grooming and I liked the "report card' of how he was with groomer that included reminders for next appt.

So caring and skilled.they listen to and respect your instructions on grooming your dog. They remember your animals and preferences as well.

Fantastic, my dog had the best time. The staff were super friendly, the location looked clean and I loved seeing all the stories on Instagram of the dogs having fun all day. Will absolutely be making this a weekly treat for my dog

This is what I wrote awhile ago about this place, but boy has my opinion changed. My dog has now been kicked out of this daycare because she allegedly bit another dog. My dog had been going to this daycare for over a year and there were no incidents. Actually, that's not true, there were a couple of incidents where MY dog was bit. And every "report card" my dog that I got from that place was glowing. Now, last week I get a call saying my dog was being a little "sassy", and today I get a call that she bit another dog. How can my dog have no issues and then all of a sudden be "aggressive"? Something doesn't add up. And one of the employees there had the gall to say it could have been because something changed at home, implying the daycare did nothing wrong.

We have been getting our dog groomed here for 8+ years and everyone here is fantastic! They are very accommodating with drop off and pick up times! Definitely would recommend!

This place has been amazing for my girl she's been going for almost 2 years now. She has anxiety but you'd never know it when she is here. When she started she had an intense fear of trains and there is a train that goes by there so the staff worked with her and now she is COMPLETELY unphased by trains. The staff here truly care about your fur baby just as much as you do and they separate the dogs by size energy etc. They let you know if something is a miss etc. They are very in tune and its always appreciated. I wouldn't tryst any other place with the care of my girl she gets her spaw days here as well as her fun days. Thanks Woofs n' Wags Donald for the joy you bring my girl every week and every visit.

Very accommodating staff. Always calls our dog a good girl, even when though we know she's not.

This place is great. The owner is so knowledgable and runs a top notch facility. It's a collar-free facility, they separate dogs by size and temperament, and theres a number or different areas including an outdoor space. They really seem to know the dogs personality- theres always older ones chilling in the reception area away from the dog jamboree going on in the back and theres usually a dog resting on the reception workers lap when I go in. They always seem to mention what my dog gets up to "hes making friends with so-and-so lately" and share photos. All the staff I've met are friendly and knowledgable, shout out to Ariel who is as obsessed with my dog as I am and sometimes pals outside with the dogs after her shift. We left another centre prior to this one and I frequently recommend this place to anyone with a dog friend.

Absolutely love this new location! We have Been Woofs n Wags clients for a decade now and we love the company. We absolutely adore Victoria (groomer), as do our pups! She really cares about your dogs, which is HUGE! Our pups always look cute and we get feedback on their experience. New location is perfect if you work downtown.
