The staff here are amazing! They treat the dogs so well and seem to enjoy their jobs.
We have had two training classes with our puppy, one with Petra and the other with Kennedy, and enjoyed both and learned a lot.
We have a third class upcoming soon. We have also brought our dog to daycare a few times and he is so excited to go see the staff and his furry friends!

It’s a great daycare, dogs are well taken care of. Other than imo excessive scruffing when the dogs are misbehaving (which you’re not taught while working there btw, they just expect you to know how to do it even though it can be dangerous if not done right) but if you’re looking to work here… I hope you never have car trouble. I was always early for shifts, never once late even worked through my breaks not expecting any pay in return for that. But our car broke down and we live an hour away so I couldn’t arrange a ride, told them it would be fixed in about 5 days. I went to let my boss know that I would be back to work as our car was now fixed and they told me they had to let me go and find someone more “dedicated”. After doing research I found out you can’t rightfully fire someone due to car trouble. So a 0 star review for that. Do not recommend working here even though co-workers were great. Also got no 2 weeks notice or anything. I almost feel as though the actual reason for letting me go was because I was on the spectrum and they didn’t like how I didn’t fit in as a “normal” person would. I held this review back for so long but I now see how far into the wrong the boss was for this. Do not recommend working here. Sending dogs here sure, working here absolutely not.

Update: My puppy is now traumatized thanks to this class.

During the off leash socialization, my small dog was being jumped on by much bigger dogs and my dog would hide in the corner or between my feet. The trainer did absolutely nothing, she was just chatting with another girl most of the time, not even paying attention to what was happening in the room. When I brought up the concern she brushed it away as a breed specific issue but clearly my dog was afraid because the socialization was poorly executed. Now as a year old my dog fears other dogs. I really wish I trusted my gut and stopped going to this ‘class’, but I didn’t know any better back then. Now I know that it’s crucial that puppies have only good experiences in the outside world as much as possible. My dog is now traumatized and pulls away every time he sees another dog.

I signed my puppy up for the 6-week puppy manners course. This place was highly rated so I thought it’d be a good place to take my puppy for training, boy was I wrong.

The trainer would do a demo for a few minutes then turn around and chat with the girl assisting her. The trainer didn’t walk around the room to help or provide feedback. The off leash puppy socialization at the end of the class was chaotic, as the trainer was not paying attention to what was going on in the room at all.

Once the trainer brought a dog that she was boarding to do a demo for the class. She said the owner of the dog mentioned that the dog needed refresher training. Needless to say the demo was not helpful.

Money well wasted. I can’t comment on any other services this place offers but I certainly do not recommend their training courses.

The staff are knowledgeable, polite & genuinely adore all the dogs. Prices are reasonable for all services. Location is easy to get to and has lots of space for indoor & outdoor play. So happy we found them!

I never seen unprofessional people and unprofessional business owners. I booked training 3 weeks ago… I never got confirmation email after I called them 10 tines.just one day before I called again… and they say.oh ya.we will send u email right away… you have to come 12.15 pm tomorrow and on training day 10 minutes before they called and told me it’s canceled for today … I was almost 200 meters away… and they never reply after that…
How come people are so careless…

Highly Recommend! Took my 2 crazy puppies & could not be more pleased with what we learned at puppy manners class. Our Trainer Kaitlyn went above and beyond to make us feel supported. Kaitlyn was so wonderful the puppies were always sad to leave her. We enjoyed every minute.

Never had a bad experience here, after having many bad experiences at other dog daycares. The grooming is always excellent. My dog loves this place

Daycare and grooming customer; I have not taken classes here. I have 2 dogs here: a small (Westie who is 4 yrs old) and my Springer Spaniel has been coming since she was 5 months old and she’s now a little over 1 yrs old. I’ve had other dogs and have used various day care and grooming businesses in Winnipeg and elsewhere in Canada over the years. This business may not be best fit for every owner but that is true of every dog care business. Some dogs might also not be suited to day care ever or their suitability can change with age and (human owner’s /household) life circumstances. What I appreciate about Wooftopia, warts and all, is that the managing staff care about the safety and enjoyment of all the dogs in their care. They will exclude dogs that never quite settle into the environment; this is difficult to communicate to owners who, no doubt, take it personally, but I appreciate it. I take comfort knowing the staff will pull no punches and will let me know if issues arise with my dogs as it can be an indication of my dog’s needing more rest, activity or training. Grooming is well done. Prices are competitive. They offer boarding at the homes of the daycare workers. I love the flexibility in drop off and pick up time.

Had to stop coming to classes after 2 sessions due to my Dog having a foot infection, was told by vet very likely from here since only new place we had been. Staff told me they clean floors in between each class which was definitely not true as we walked in both times right as the previous class was ending. Couldn’t continue classes due to my dogs foot infection and they wouldn’t give a partial refund.
Was told would have to register for next round of classes and have to pay the full amount minus the leftover ones we had from the first set of classes. Wouldn’t not recommend due to staff not being truthful about cleaning the floors in between classes.

Stanley loves it here.he gets to play with all his friends.and his aunties all hug him and make him feel special. Great place to take my favorite pet.

A trusted, caring group of dog lovers who provide great advice, services and training. Our 3 year old rescue loves going to wooftopia and gives our 13 year old some much needed respite.

We have been bringing our dogs to Wooftopia since they opened and have nothing but great things to say. Our pooch that currently attends weekly is loved, well taken care of and is exhausted at the end of each visit. We also use their boarding services and love knowing that our dog is in a home with one of his aunties he already knows and loves and their family.

Wooftopia is the best facility in the city. I have been taking my dogs there since they opened and the care and attention my dogs receive is unmatched elsewhere. Wooftopia is simply amazing!

We have not used the daycare (and probably won't). My review pertains to the puppy obedience class we took there. Communication was lacking from the get-go; when we signed our dog up a few messages went unanswered and when we did show up they didn't seem to have our registration recorded. The biggest let-down was the class itself. Honestly, the instructor seemed like she didn't want to be there. She would give a demo with her dog, tell us to do it for 5-10 minutes, and stand at the front with her back turned to us after that, chatting with the girl she had helping her or looking on her computer. She did not move around the room once and did not provide feedback. I don't feel like we really ever got past sit-stay or down-stay and the only part of the class that felt useful was the puppy playtime at the end. She also kept telling us she'd send homework instructions but we only received them twice and once was on the morning of the subsequent class. I would not go here again. We have signed our dog up for obedience classes at another centre. Honestly, even the online program Bella and Baxter class was better than this and I do not recommend this centre for obedience classes at all.

Wooftopia has the most amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They do a great job of controlling traffic in the lobby… it totally takes the stress out of handling a reactive dog in public.

Chaniece is a fantastic groomer. She is patient, skilled and clearly understands dogs. Great communication as well. I am so glad I found this place. I’d give more stars if I could!

God forbid if your dog gets excited or anxious at daycare. They will straight up tell you that yout dog is a problem to them and that the dog shouldn't return until you find a solution for your dog to stay calm Super unprofessional. Save yourself the time and go to happy tails.

My dog Charlie has been going to Wooftopia 2 days a week for almost a year. He loves the staff and almost drags me in when we get there. Highly recommended.

Their business ethics are severely lacking. My dog has been to Wooftopia quite awhile ago & when I tried to book for daycare recently was told she needed a reassessment. Because I live 2 hrs away I asked for an appointment prior to booking her in as driving in for a 15 min appointment wIth fuel usage being a factor doesn’t make sense. I do come in 2 other times but both times they would be closed. I fail to understand why they will not accommodate my request as she is a lovely dog with no problems & she has been there before. I guess they don’t want the business! The person I dealt with was “Megan”. Very disappointing in their handling & not very professional for clients or potential clients from rural areas.

Talented groomers, large indoor and outdoor daycare spaces with plenty of well trained staff. My dog has a great experience every time.

Emailed almost two weeks ago to take my dog in for daycare for an assessment as it would be his first time and got no response. So I then called to ask if I could take my dog in and the girl on the phone said they aren’t accepting new dogs right now yet on their social media page it’s very clear they are. I got no help from her at all and she was not very nice. Seems very unprofessional.

Great facility with caring 'Uncles' and 'Aunties' that your cherished 4 legged family members get to spend the day with!

Had signed my dog up for training classes and paid in advance for 6 classes. The class was then delayed due to covid restrictions, which is fine. But when they re-opened they had no record of me paying in advance for the classes and when I called I was informed the class was now full. It took numerous calls to get it sorted out and get back into the class. The class itself was okay. But when we showed up to the 6th class the building was closed. I called and emailed to ask if there was a change in schedule. They ignored my emails. So now I paid for a class that didn’t happen, and did not get my money back as my emails were ignored.

Our puppy comes home exhausted in the best way possible after every visit. She always has a great time with her friends and the staff- And we love the report card they send out letting us know how her day was and what friends she made! They also always seem to have fun activities and enriching games for the doggos to play and we feel confident leaving her in their care. ️ Theodora loves you guys and so do we!

We take our dog for day care at least once a week. He loves it and gets super excited when we pull into the parking lot. Staff is great with the dogs and they have some dog items for sale in the front.

Got to say, after this place came highly recommended and raved over- my first, second and third impressions were total frustration. In the depths of winters grip, I want my pup to have some play time, without freezing outside, as well as socialization with other pups. I email, got a response within a week. I email back, to set up the appointment and hear nothing back. I call and get rudely hung up on by Tristan, who then refused to answer the phone when I tried to call back. I email again, get a less than like warm or sincere apology about my experience with Tristan. I call again, and finally speak to someone about booking my pup in for the initial interview. This is a month down the line now. My appt was booked for another 2, almost 3 weeks away. Yesterday, I called Pawsh Dog & the pleasant & helpful responsive client service had us booked in for an initial interview less than 24 hours later. Xena had her interview this morning with success and she will have her power hour play time this afternoon at Pawsh Dog. Wooftopia could take some PR lessons here. Aside from that, I truthfully wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my beloved fur baby with people who treat their clientele with such complacency to the point of not caring. You know it will trickle down to the care of your pet. Hard Pass.

Really dissapointed the last time I was there. Understand that you want us to get out to our local restaurants but with half a menu and sub par food. It's not worth it. I used to really enjoy IHOP. But WOW! Needs work now!

Great place! Friendly staff who clearly love dogs and their job. My dogs behaviour has gotten better since we started going to daycare there which i attribute to the socialization and training that happens during the day.

We also took training classes and were very pleased with the results. They clearly know what they are doing and care about the progress that you make

Wooftopia is one of the few places I have trusted to care for my dogs, even when I had a dog that required special care. Des and the staff are amazing and love their furry clients.

My dog goes almost every Friday. I have been to many dog day cares and by far this one is the best we have tried.

My pups love this place. Miley is a completely different dog when she gets in her workout. Jake was nervous at first as he is a nervous guy so it makes my heart jump for joy when he is excited to see his friend's, aunties and uncles. The smellier they are when they come home the more fun they had. Sad but true!

Liftopia is an excellent place to trust with your dogs.are two dogs visit at least once a week and then we have used their boarding services multiple times. Are pups always come home exhausted and we get excellent feedback on their behaviour. We have noticed a significant improvement in their interactions with other dogs and we look forward to learning how they spent their daycare day each week.

Leo has been coming here since the beginning and it’s his favourite place in the world! Wooftopia is somewhere I can send him for a few hours or a full day and know that he’s in good hands and having a blast. Have used several of their classes and recommend them also.:)

My dog absolutely loves going. The staff is friendly and always a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend! (And birthdays they celebrate for the dogs)

Booked an appointment at this salon for my dog, drove 1hr across the city in the snow storm to have his hair cut. I got there and said I didn’t make an appointment. I most certainly booked an appointment for Jan 18th but one of their employees booked it for the wrong day. No compensation was given.they clearly knew it was their employees error. Totally unprofessional business. Wouldn’t ever go here.waste of my time.

I had my dog, Charlie groomed for the first time at Wooftopia today, and it was amazing! He is a large-sized Goldendoodle, and I've been told in the past he can be difficult so I was really nervous leading up to the appointment.

The staff took their time listening to my concerns, and Charlie looked and smelled awesome when I picked him up a few hours later. I was also really happy to hear that he behaved himself. He must really like Wooftopia:)

Great first time for our 9 month old dog at daycare last week. Staff were friendly and, most importantly, demonstrated a clear awareness of what our dog was up to and his day was. They sent us a report card the next day. We've been at other places where all they say is that the day was fine. Wooftopia have us genuine feedback. And they have ample space for the dogs to run and play.

I couldn't imagine life without Wooftopia. Dez and the wonderful staff have created a magical place that's become a second home to Harlow. If you're looking for a positive environment that nurtures, encourages proper socialization, and just lets a dog be a dog - this is the place.

Harlow was very timid when he came into our lives 9 months ago. We started classes right away. Dez recommended the benefits of daycare and she was right. He LOVES daycare and has been going 2-3 times a week. He has made a few BFF's and loves cuddles with his aunties and uncles.

Their groomers are amazing. Booking a full groom also lets them enjoy daycare instead of being stuck in a kennel. While at daycare, dogs can get their nails trimmed, bathed and brushed - which is not only convenient but less stressful for the dog.

Although we haven't needed their boarding services yet, we will definitely take advantage of it.

If you own a dog and want to have a better connection with your Friend this is the best place to go.

Very disappointed with wooftopia! Brought our dog there for daycare and believed all was good he loved to play there. So we thought it would be a good place to have him boarded. We were so wrong! We went away on holiday I made arrangements to have our dog boarded with wooftopia. He was even in care with the manager. When we returned from our holiday we found our dog had lost 10 lbs and was lethargic. When I contacted wooftopia on his condition we were told that he didn't eat much of his dog food because he was too excited but when they allowed him to go outside he would eat other dog's feces. Being behaviorarist and in care of our dog they should have stopped this behavior. They should have put him on a leash when they took him outside. So instead of eating his dog food they allowed him to sustain himself on feces for the period of a week. We brought in an English bull terrier heavyweight and came out with a 34lb weakling. We had to take him to the vet because he had severe diarrhea and severe vomiting. We were told by our vet that from eating all that feces and stress of no food that he had deteriorated and was full of bacteria. Will never recommend wooftopia and will never return!

After contacting the owner of wooftopia and letting her know our concerns & what happened to our dog she accepted responsibility & she rectified the problem!

Took our dog there for reactive training classes. Helped our dog become less reactive to other dogs and people. Can't speak about the daycare as I haven't used that service. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful

Big, clean facility. The dogs have room to run, the aunties and uncles (the affectionately named staff) know each dog personally. My pooches always go there excited and come home exhausted.
