Tried to get a refund or exchange. Shoes lasted a month before coming apart. Said policy was 14 days. That was it. Blew me off. 160 bucks for one month. Nice.

Came here at 4pm on Saturday and store was closed with no signage. Hours say until 6pm

Very poor customer service. Went there guy working there now was no helpful at all. Asked him I can get different size and ask him what's the price for this shoe. Asked me where did you get it showd him where was the shoe but no price or box for that shoe. Just said i there but where? No helpful it all. Just went back to his chair and playing on his phone. Go to different location for shop but at mcphillip location.
