My first powersport purchase and it went much smoother than expected. Friendly knowledgeable staff made the entire process a breeze. They even delivered my purchase on my schedule without any additional charge. I wouldn't hesitate to return here for my next powersport purchase.

I brought my bike here for a repair and the bike sat for 3 weeks and had nothing done, when I called in advance to make sure someone had worked on it they confirmed it was looked at but no further info was given. When I arrived to pick up the bike it was in the same place and condition as when I left it. They then attempted to charge me for the "time" spent reading the ecu when i said what exactly am i paying for the service manager immediatly began to back peddle and said no no we arent charging you, seems pretty slimey if you ask me.if you want to waste money, have zero customer service and all around an awful experience this is the place to go. I strongly advise staying the hel* away from this place, bills cycle in stienbach or Westside honda in Selkirk are both far superior options or anywhere else for that matter
Edit: I brought my bike from wsl to bills cycle in stienbach and they found and fixed the problem in less time than it took for wsl to even look at my bike even though wsl said they could start 2 days after I dropped it off it took 3 weeks for nothing to be resolved, I highly recommend bills cycle for all your honda repairs! They have excellent service and a extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff! 1110 for bills

Hit a rock with my boat motor Thursday morning and was lucky to get back on the trailer. Thursday morning, I call Shane the service manager and explain my situation. Shane said bring it down and we will fit it in. Within a few hours of dropping it off, he emails me the quote along with pictures for my insurance claim and gets the parts ordered. With in 24 hours of the accident I have a quote and my claim is approved all due to the exceptional service of WSL Winnipeg.

This is our second Sidewinder purchase from WSL. It won't be our last purchase from WSL. Great customer service with each transaction and every encounter. The smile on Steve's face says it all. He loves his Yamaha!

WSL is the only dealership that I have dealt with in regards to my trikes and motorcycle. I just had a safety done Aug 2022 and there was a small "communication hiccup" in which was handled by Leanne quickly and professionally = Thank You

They can be hard to get a hold of on the phone if you're looking for parts. You're better off going in for that. The part desk employee are great which makes up for it a bit. I've never had the experience of buying a motorcycle or boat or anything like that from them so I can't comment on their sales staff.

What awesome staff. Getting my first bike from them, and they were so accomodating and their enthusiasm to help me was unmatched.

The staff has been excellent from Steve Hjorleifson spending over an hour and a half answering our questions to Paul Zaboroski helping with the actual delivery. Paul has followed up with us in just asking how things are going to ordering things we have found we need after. They have been very helpful. Nothing but the best.

I take my hat off to all the staff at Leisure Sports. I have a Honda goldwing, and I made an appointment to have some service work done on it. I had to change my appointment, and the staff were very helpful. I have now changed my appointment for the fourth time, and they have not kicked me to the curb. They have been more than helpful. Again. GREAT STAFF.

Amazing customer service. Was on my way through Winnipeg and needed my chain tightened. The service guys were too busy but the sales guy grabbed my bike and brought it around back and did it for me. Was awesome! Definitely recommend!

I used to love going in to browse and speak with sales staff. I've bought a couple of motorcycles and some accessories here as well. Lately it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. My last attempt to buy a motorcycle failed in spectacular fashion. I just couldn't get any to communicate. In addition, I'm having the same issues with parts. I've driven outside of Winnipeg to get any service on repair parts for Yamaha because of a lack of support in the perimeter. I have never had an email responded to and the hack to get a hold of parts is to call sales or service first.

Ordered some accessories for our Yamaha ATV over the phone and told them model and serial number. Parts arrived and got home to find out they didn't fit, they then charged me with a restocking fee even though it was their mistake. I tell all my friends and family to deal at other dealerships without the unreasonable customer service.

Just picked up my new 2020 Africa Twin Adventure Sports ES DCT and was very happy with the entire experience at WSL. All of the staff I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and there was no sales pressure at any stage which is not very common nowadays. Highly recommend WSL as your first and only stop for your next "TOY" purchases.

This was my first experience purchasing an off road vehicle, and had very little knowledge about ORV's. Paul and his staff at WSL were extremely knowledgeable, and beyond helpful getting me set up with the right vehicle, and equipment. Going above Paul delivered the vehicle to my house and spent the time with me to help me get familiarized with the vehicle. I will definitely be going back when the time comes for another ORV. DONT BUY A NEW HONDA FORMAN 500! Bought a new 2018 honda forman 500 here last year with taxes freight $12 grand, got one summer or about 4-5 months of use out of it and stored in a heated garage during winter, I am not a hard rider as I do some trail riding and yard work around the house! My warranty is just up and now its pouring antifreeze out of the weep line none stop! This an internal matter and the engine needs to be taken apart to replace water pump seals Honda should be fixing this but no I have to pay for the factory defect repairs myself! Drove great honda atvs all my life but there quality has gone down and there atvs are not reliable anymore! Will never buy a honda again Going with Polaris! Customer service was great however!

My name is Ellen. My husband and I purchased this bike last year and it was my first full size bike. It is amazing! My only regret is that I didn't get the 500 instead as I have recently found "the need for speed" hahaha. Incredible bike overall and looks very cool too. I get a ton of compliments every time I ride. I would definitely buy from them again.

Love this shop, and their sales associates are professional, knowledgeable and attentive. If you want a laid back shopping experience WSL is the place to to. Their sales associates are not pushy, yet answered all of our questions without the expectation of a sale.

They have a nice selection of bikes, boats, atvs, generators, seadoo, skidoo, lawn mowers, in addition to riding gear.

They have descent hours, only closed on Sundays.

Parking is ample and accessible.

They also have bikes on consignment, as well as many different options for type of bike. Something for every rider.

Just bought the 2019 Africa Twin manual from these guys. Had a very minor factory defect and they made it their mission to fix it as close to overnight as possible. Owen and the service team are fantastic and turned the situation around immeadiately. They gave me a great deal on the bike and Paul was easy to deal with. Thanks for making the decision to buy from WSL feel like the right one.

So I guess this is why brick and mortar stores are losing ground to on-line sales. I bought a motorcycle at Winnipeg Sport & Leisure along with a jacket & helmet that they had to order in. Turns out the sizing wasn't as expected and I needed to exchange both of them. Well they charged me 25% restocking which seems like extortion! Had I bought these online I likely would have simply paid return shipping. NOT impressed with Winnipeg Sport & Leisure and I will not be back as they obviously do not care about their customers once the deal is done! FOLLOW-UP EDIT - As per WSL's reply they did credit back the restocking fee so I've adjusted my review. Thank you!

Purchased a 2016 Harris Solstice 220 Pontoon from WSL recently. Dealt with Paul Zaboroski who was “top shelf” when it came to the sale end of things. Being from SK, Paul was a very quick communicator on all my questions before I ever got to Winnipeg a few weeks after spotting the boat online. He sent all the photos I asked for and being that the boat was a “demo”, cleaned it up (himself) and worked on a price that was wayyyyyy better than MSRP.

The day we visited the dealer, Paul was a very patient listener and not pushy at all.no pressure tactics (no closers sent in). In the end, we bought so there’s your proof.

Kudos to Kenzie (Business MGR) also as she was very easy to deal with getting pre-approved for financing ahead of time and getting us out the door with all we needed in terms of insurance, registration with Transport Canada, etc.

I found the store well laid out - with lots of inventory and responsive staff. When I inquired about electric trolling motors - Shaun Wozney, the Inventory and Parts Manager took the time to explain all the features of the motors to me. He was very pleasant, easy to understand and patient with my never ending questions.

Excellent sales service and parts staff.
They go out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of.
The mechanics provide top notch service on my GL 1800 when its needed and not much down time on my bike.

Owner is somewhat arrogant. Prices are very, very high on parts and accessories. I actually cringe when I have to go there. I totally understand when people say “ wait and see what happens” if you are forced to go there.

1 star and even that is too much. Just as a test try to phone them up and you'll see. I had an MPI claim and they just sat on it forever giving me some bs about the MPI adjuster which wasn't true. After weeks of lies and not doing anything about my claim, I brought my claim to another stealership which was more that happy to look after me. I've got more stories about how bad WSL is but it would just go on and on so I'll spare you. If you feel like wasting time just give them a call or drop in and you'll see.

In 2016 I bought a lund 1650 rebel xs tiller with a merc 50hp from a raffle winner in swan river 1st thing I did was go to ws@l to see what it would cost to upgrade to a 60hp they wanted $5000 with no hrs on the unit and they wanted to charge me 6 hrs of labour plus the $1400 for the kit of a big tiller handle instead I went to alliance marine after putting 12hrs on the unit and Dalton at alliance only charged me $2500.difference for the brand new 60hp upgrade plus $1400.for the big tiller handle kit for only $300. On top of the outrageous pricing they have no idea about lund boats which they sell, for example as I was there I asked about a spare tire mount and load bunk guides their response was we'll have to contact lund and get back to you. Still waiting since fall of 2016, now my favorite I called ws@l in October about myself wanting to install a bow mount fish finder and asking about if there's any wiring for that coming from the starting battery they said I'll have to bring it in for them to run wire to the bow and charged an hour labour plus cable I called avo marine they told me it's already pre wired under the bow deck sure enough I went and looked and there's 2 sets of wires zip tide inside the bow so either there stupid or just trying to rip people off. My advice if you want a lund go to avo marine because they have better prices than ws@l plus I called them about the tire mount and load bunk guides their reply was yeah it's in stock. If you want a mercury go to alliance marine and see Dalton he also saved my buddy $2300 On a new mercury 90hp compared to ws@l no stars for clowns, also they gave me motorcycle spark plugs for a mercury 4stroke didn't realize till I got home idiots

My wife and I had an excellent experience at WSL. Neither of us experienced snowmobilers ended up with something we are really comfortable with. Clarence and Don were extremely helpful, clear and efficient in all their explanations. WE had a great weekend with our new toy.
