The agents that helped me get my car insurance sorted out were excellent and so nice. It was extra challenging due to the strike at the time, but they worked with me to make my experience as good as it could be given the situation. I will gladly be going back anytime I need to!

I don’t think this place is worth even one star. The experience is totally horrible and super inconvenient for the customer. We just moved to Winnipeg and need to change our driver license. The reps in the store didn’t provide any clear guidance for the documents we needed to provide it to MPI. So we needed to come to the store back and forth to provide them the documents they needed. Other than that, they never mentioned about if the driver license expired, you need to pay extra $10 to renew the license so come back before the expiration date. I totally understood MPI is on strike, however, using that as an excuse for not providing the correct service is totally not acceptable. After this, I won’t step into this store or brand again. I also totally not recommend anyone doing any business with them if you cherish your time!

I used to attend the sage creek office annually for my insurance needs until they closed on Saturdays. Now they've reopened Saturdays but only one employee to attend to us frustrated crazies 7 people waiting while she patiently assisted one couple. Poor management. I will not return as I'm pretty sure they will not appreciate my Mcscreamy attitude if it cannot be controlled. I have the utmost respect for this wonderful employee. Hope they realize what a gem she is.

Autopac insurance place. Was there for one hour to get insurance on new car. Must be new people working there as that person was not knowledgeable. It should not take one hour for insurance. Will chose another place for my business.
