YES Buffet

Went for 1230 p.m, should have been warm food disappointing $$ not cheap
Went to the washroom waiter filled my drink. I didn't ask for more but was charged for a second drink
Not happy

A lot of food variety and very tasty The service was rushed but okay. It could be a little more cleaner but it is acceptable

There is a lot of food, but on weekends after 7: 00 p.m. The selection is small and quite expensive

It's yes to YES Buffet, practicality wise, nice wide variety of foods you can dig in. Very recommended if you are in winnipeg guys

So many people and and too noisy, the atmosphere does not allow you to relax and enjoy the food, although the food itself is good

Fast service but inconsistent with the portion and sometimes inaccurate amount provided. We understand the wait time due to limited capacity, food is good, though the lobster is blend, need to provide sauce option. Not a place to take children with small appetites, seems a bit pricey for them.

Had a food poisoning 3 days ago eating sashimi and sushi at Ye’s Buffet St James, spent whole day in hospital cleaning my system w fluids through the veins, + 2 more days at home dizzy and weak after that. Just found out that its not a surprise Ye’s buffet has a bad reviews on their food safety and cleanliness. Good luck eating there! Worst experience ever in my life, dont suggest. Still recovering from that.

Since moving to Winnipeg this is one of my favorite restaurants. I'm so glad they were able to survive the pandemic. Right now it functions like a traditional sushi place, they take your order from filled out paper (check boxes, etc) and they bring you your food. They seem to be adhering to pandemic Protocols. Everyone is seated very spaced out and they require trace contact info.

Amazing and Fresh Food. Very clean.sweet Staff, enjoy a calorie reduced platter, or gorge yourself if that’s your personal style. The fruit is always fresh if it isn’t you waited too long to long to go. The lychee nuts are divine. Chinese donuts are delicious and I was shocked: fresh sweet whole crab. The only thing missing from their cuisine is hot fresh barley tea. I love it with my sushi. Can’t wait for the day when we can go back and we know we’re safe.

Hopefully this covid pandemic is a contributing factor to the poor service we had when we were there, got 2 lobsters dropped off at our table without any sort of utensil or a drink being offered, when we did finally get our utensils and 2 small plates someone else did ally came to take drink orders which never showed up, we asked for some butter or a dipping sauce if they had any to offer and was told no to iether one, the lobster shell felt like a rubberized plastic that was unbreakable and the meat itself was cold since it sat on our table for almost 10 minutes b4 we were able to attempt eating any of it, after almost 25 minutes without anyone taking our orders or bring the drinks we ordered we decided to leave.worse service I've ever experienced

Service was, good and courteous, food was good, and well portioned. Cold not access the buffet, the staff, did the serving, job well done.

Best buffet in winnipeg! Plenty of tables, rich foods, excellent services. Should have gone there before. Really recommend this restaurant!

The food was so fresh and tasty. Very clean and quick. We had a craving for this place since our last visit to them. Yum!

Eating at ye's buffet with the current restrictions.food: the sushi was really bad, noodles and other stir-fried food was good as normal. Any fried food was disappointing when comparing to normal days.its hard to blame the restaurant as there isnt much customers coming in, so expect some food to be not very fresh.service: the service was excellent, they will bring the food you chose to your table in timely manner.precautions for Covid: excellent measurements taken for safety.which also include body temperature taking when entering.
