I love the location in a residential area within walking distance from my house. Clean and well set up with direct billing and equipped with credit/debit card payment. A professional looking receipt is provided at the end of the treatment. You can also go online to book your appointments. Royce takes his time and is thorough in his acupuncture compared to the previous one I went to. We can purchase chinese herbal supplements to help with our condition/treatment.

I am wondering why this place is called a SPA. It is actually kind of a clinic. My son and I have been there for quite a few times. We both enjoyed Sarah's massage skills and gained much relaxed and refreshed after the massage. Royce is an amazing and knowledgable traditional Chinese doctor. Loved the way he diagnosed and treated us with his expertise. Highly recommeded place. My collegue also loved this place after getting Royce's puncturation. I was surprised to know that Canadian people believe in traditional Chinese herbs and treatments.

Sara is wonderful and very attentive. I have been twice and plan to continue going back. Very clean establishment and great service. I would recommend to give this place a try. I was late but still she was so humble to attend me.

Sara provides an excellent massage with pressure to your liking. My back feels much better when I leave. It's never a problem booking an appointment on short notice. The spa is very clean. I highly recommend giving Yiyi Spa a try, you won't be disappointed!

She got a good skills, was there for couple of times n was never disappointed. Really good atmosphere, peaceful n was relaxed.

Finished 4 sessions of Acupuncture treatment with great experience at Gateway to Healing. The place is clean and quiet, very nice! Doctor Royce is a professional acupuncturist who knows very well how to help patients with his experienced hands. He explained and made me relaxed when I saw a long needle penetrating my shoulder. My knees and shoulders had been improved much, and almost healed now. Can’t wait to be there again for coming treatments!

Royce fixed my leg that was twisted outward for 36 years from an old trauma injury with one acupuncture treatment, which is a miracle for me. I now walk better and the pain is relieved also. Roy's treatments are excellent.

I wish I could rate this more than 5 stars for this place. Sarah's quality of massage is exceptional. You can tell that she is very professional in what she does. My partner and I have been looking for a good massage therapist in the area and found her. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends!

Called and got a same day appointment! My lower back was soo sore and after my 1 hour massage I was standing straight again! Very nice people and very relaxing!

Sara is one of the best RMT’s I have seen, listens to any concerns/problematic areas and focuses on that. Has greatly improved my neck/shoulder pain after only a few sessions

Sarah provided one of the best therapeutic massages I have ever had. (I have had a lot over the years) She uses a combination of Swedish and Chinese techniques for an amazing result. I will be returning regularly.
