I do not want to give any star. Several times i had to rescue family or a friend from your buildings off Millidge ave. Pipes bursting and the mould in the walls/ceilings. Doors to the buildings are taped instead of properly being fixed. I do see that it looks as though when a Saint Johner moves only then you repair and paint for a non Canadian family. Also i see for the bachelor you are going to put up rebt again this spring even though last year it went up 150$. Great move pushing people on the streets. Well people need to start standing up to this and im going to.

I would love to give them a higher rating, unfortunately they are kind of oblivious of what is going on at their properties. There are vehicles parking against the sidewalk at the entrances, which wouldn’t be so bad if the parking lot was wider and if the overflow parking lot wasn’t empty all the time. Hope the paramedics don’t get called for an emergency, because they won’t be able to park where they can get to the person quickly.

I have had an incredibly positive experience with 3D Property Management. When I was researching becoming a rental property owner, their staff went above and beyond to assist me, providing valuable guidance and support. What truly impresses me about this company is their ability to handle the complexities that arise from dealing with the human condition.

The staff at 3D Property Management consistently exhibit a high level of professionalism, even when faced with emotionally charged situations. I've witnessed them handle the burdens of renters, owners, and others who often unload their emotional baggage on them. Despite this, they manage to remain composed and attentive. The amount of storytelling and phone calls they receive from clients and renters just to vent is truly remarkable. It's a testament to their resilience and dedication to their work.

One thing I particularly admire is how the staff takes personal time to attend to the mental well-being of the individuals who walk through their doors regularly. They always answer the phone promptly and have efficient systems in place to address complaints and requests. With hundreds of properties to manage, prioritization is necessary, and urgent issues such as burst pipes or malfunctioning furnaces rightfully receive immediate attention over less pressing matters like lawn mowing or leaking windows. Occasionally, they are dependent on third-party service companies, which can add to the challenges they face.

I was fortunate enough to witness an emergency situation during the winter when a furnace malfunctioned. Within 15 minutes, Mr. Doherty and his team swiftly developed an action plan. They contacted the Irving heating company to arrange repairs while simultaneously procuring numerous brand new electric heaters. They personally delivered and installed these heaters to ensure the safety of the residents and the property. This quick thinking and proactive approach instilled great confidence in their services.

Everyone who knows 3D Property Management understands that they are incredibly busy yet always willing to help and maintain a high level of professionalism. Drawing from my background in public service, I can confidently state that the best and worst aspect of working directly with people is, well, the people themselves. Around 10% of individuals will be amazing and uplifting, while 80% are average individuals simply going about their lives. Unfortunately, it's the remaining 10% who tend to make 80% of the calls, complaints, and problems. This is the nature of the human condition.

I commend 3D Property Management as a team and a family for their humane approach and their ability to engage with others in a productive manner. If you are someone who understands the challenges of property management and appreciates the hard work that goes into it, I highly recommend this exceptional establishment and their skilled team. However, if you require constant attention, affirmation, and someone at your beck and call, these may not be the right professionals for you. The team at 3D Property Management, despite their patience, understanding, and relentless efforts, are human beings themselves.

As a united team, they have a no-nonsense approach when situations exceed their limits. Throughout my travels, I've encountered numerous property owners, 3D employees, and renters who have shared stories of how Mr. Doherty and his team, the 3D Family, have come to the rescue and effectively handled challenging situations. It's difficult to capture the full breadth of their well-rounded nature in a review, but one thing is certain: they are both professional and human. They demonstrate respect and support for people, while firmly rejecting any form of abuse.

In my opinion, it would be incredibly challenging to find a more competent group of professionals than those at 3D Property Management.

3Dprop managed a building I lived in for 6 years. I couldn't have had a better experience. They were there when I needed something and worked with me when I lost my job back then. Only had issues with one worker, and I don't think he works there anymore.
Overall, they took good care of me, and I was very appreciative!

This is the worst property management company i have ever dealt with as a property owner and i have worked with a lot all over Canada and in the USA. I also say this with every sense of responsibility and maturity.

I used to have 4 properties under management with 3D in the city of Saint John, NB until January 2023 when i pulled all of them out at the same time. Reasons for terminating the contract included but not limited to abandonment of duty, high cost of maintenance calls, poor property management skills, poor accountability, non-stop unilateral/undefendable deductions (at source) of my rents for every single little action and/or omission, lack of professionalism in dealing with clients and the BIGGEST of them all for me which is a clear lack of character and integrity.

Like i consistently said to Matt Doherty, the owner of 3D, when anybody or company's intergity or general character becomes questionable or doubtful, i am done! I continually kept drawing Matt's attention to many issues that consistently questioned his company's integrity but he kept putting up very flimsy and baseless defences instead of dealing with the root of the matter. In my view, he always treated serious issues with kids gloves and never bothered to attach the kind of importance they deserved, so i had to terminated the appointment.

I suffered a lot of financial losses, pain and exploitation from 3D and would definitely not recommend the company to anybody not even an enemy.

Took the day off work to look at one of there properties. Called me at the last minute 1 hour before appointment to say it's been rented. Lost money and respect for 3d.going to rent somewhere else.

3D staff and owner are very nice people to work with. My business is happy to work with 3D to keep things growing in Saint John. 5 stars from us.
