Century Subaru staff are extremely polite and the service is excellent!
We plan to be with this dealership for ever.
An added bonus is the dealership is clean and tidy with clean bathrooms for clients.
Coffee and hot chocolate while you wait.
If you wish to go shopping while your car is being serviced they call you a taxi at their expense.
The video they show as to what has been done to your vehicle is incredible.
Their service and car is well worth our 100km drive.

I’ve been trusting the Subaru crew here in Saint John with the care of my Subaru legacy, for 8 years now. They always deliver and have transparent and personable customer service. Whenever I bring in my vehicle, I know I can trust their work, the quality, communication and their honesty. Genuinely appreciate you all at Century Subaru- thanks!

I went for a test drive today and was not impressed with the salesperson. She started off by saying that Subaru vehicles hold their value well, which is true. But when I mentioned that they haven't got the best warranty, she said theirs is in line with the industry standard. I pointed out that Mazda, Kia, Hyundai, Mitsubishi and Volkswagen all have better warranties. She responded by saying that Volkswagen tends to not honour their warranties. Um.since when is making up libelous claims about your competition a solid sales tactic?

I also despise when salespeople presents you with payment numbers first but you have to ask for the cost breakdown. It's 2024, nobody is falling for the slimey sales tactics of the 80s. Just be transparent and forthcoming.

I quite liked the 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness, but this salesperson's approach was such a turn-off that I won't be back.

I also questioned the $300 key fob fee and she said that's like an insurance that covers up to two replacement keys. On what planet is $300 a good price to insure a $700 key; and why in heaven's name does a replacement key fob cost $700?

The staff from service to sales to technicians goes above and beyond for all customers. All are very thorough and knowledgeable in what they do. Truly recommend Century Subaru if you're looking for a new or used vehicle, not only for the wicked deals but the friendly customer service experience you will have every time you enter the doors.

Excellent customer service from staff to management. No pushy sales person, Santana got me exactly what I was looking for and in the price range I requested with a couple of extras included. It was a pleasure to do business with Century Subaru! I highly recommend them!

For the record, I would NOT have even given 1* but it's the only way I can post this review.

A few weeks ago, on a Sat.our 4 month old, 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness just stopped running on the side of the road after parking it for 1 min. We had to have it towed to the dealership 105 km away and rent another vehicle, at our expense, while they service it. Thankfully, it only took 1 day at the cost of 2 days of rental and fuel fees due to it being a weekend.

The fact that Century Subaru doesn’t have 1 courtesy vehicle for emergencies on their lot is unacceptable. Nor do they have any kind of relationship with a car rental company…. Again unacceptable yet understandable considering their non-existent communication skills. My wife and I were treated with outmost disregard to what had happened, could care less that we had no car, were scrambling to get a rental, seeing as we own only 1 car and ignored our multiple phone calls.

The Service Dept, including the Service Mngr didn’t even inquire as to what exactly happened when the car stopped running. Typically for troubleshooting purposes and to aid in diagnosing the problem, a GOOD service Dept.would ask questions. Nada!

The Sales Mngr, including Branch Mngr, was jumping through hoops to get me into a new lease - BUT when the 4 month old car just died on the side of the road, I was neglected, my calls were never returned and completely ignored. They just kept repeating that they can’t have a bunch of courtesy vehicles on their lot for breakdowns. Nor would they pay for the rental or even offer any kind of help whatsoever. I said, if you have brand new vehicles breaking down, you’ve got more serious issues!

Considering we are return customers at this Century Subaru dealership, leased our 2nd Outback from them AND 3rd time owners of a Subaru since 2002, it is shocking to witness clearly ZERO interest in ‘Customer Service nor Retention’. Not to mention we referred a friend of ours who purchased from them. All they seem to care about is that next SALE, nothing more.

So, as a result, we will NEVER return to Century Subaru, NEVER lease/purchase a Subaru and it goes without saying, we will NEVER refer another soul. All due to this 1 experience that could have been handled so differently.

Century subaru team was so accommodating and friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met and that the process went smooth and easy. If you're looking for a new vehicle highly reccomend you go see Santana at century subaru she's an absolute delight!

We purchased a 2023 outback from Paul and the service we received was exceptional. Paul demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle and was so easy to speak to. We did not feel any pressure and he wanted to make sure that we selected a vehicle that was right for us!

Buy your Subaru from Paul Gautier. He is FANTASTIC. Down to earth, approachable, knowledgeable, kind, and generous with his time. I purchased an Outback from him in 2018 before moving to Ontario. Even though I was no longer in the province, he continued to follow-up with me and gave me advice when it was time to renew my lease even though it was unlikely I was going to be able to lease through him again being so far away. The business office and service department were also great to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. A wonderful dealership with top notch staff and vehicles!

Service department, service manager, and prices are terrible. Every time I go there they attempt to rip me off for hundreds of dollars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.

Had a great experience with Century Subaru and especially Paul Gautier. Just leased a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport, our third vehicle from Paul. He made the process very easy and answered all of our questions quickly. He was able to secure a vehicle with everything that we wanted. Will definitely do business there again.

My husband and I recently purchased a brand new Outback Onyx. There isn't enough positive things I can say about the sales team in Saint John. Matt, Mel and Dawn! We are so grateful for your attention to detail; and helping to get the best deal for our budget!

Went in to pick up winter tires that were balanced, machine was down so staff sent just to call card in on following Monday. Called Monday machine was not put back in charger and was dead. I was told to try later in the day. Whole time staff were very apologetic for the problems and very polite. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and always a pleasure to deal with. Thank Century Subaru.

Option of zero stars is not available but I just got off the phone with Mel in sales. Cash use to be king but is not any longer. Just made an offer on a vehicle which yes it was less than than the asking price just wanted her to ask her manager (which would be a yes or no) and she just laughed and said she wouldn't waste his time or my time. The service she gave me was unprofessional and would never recommend purchasing a vehicle with cash as they charge you an extra 1000$ if you do not finance

I have owned 2 Subarus in the span of 4 years now, and have received nothing less than stellar service. Everyone is patient, kind and helpful, and they make the experience comfortable. For an added bonus, I get my Lucy the Subaru Dog therapy in! I’ll recommend Subaru to anyone I know.:)

I had a great experience buying my first car. As a women, I was afraid I would be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge. That was not the case at all. Paul Gauthier was very thorough walking me through all my options and making me feel comfortable to ask any questions. My Crosstrek is perfect in every way. I cannot believe the amount of extras and safety features my car has and for a very affordable price. They gained a new loyal customer!

Terrible service at their parts and service department. My girlfriend took our 2021 Crosstrek in for an oil change, the bill totalled $253. When I called To ask why, I was interrupted multiple times, berated, and lied too. Highly don’t recommend this dealership.

I had traded a 2013 Crosstrek for the ‘21, including snow tires and steel rims. They promised me new steel wheels to fit the ‘21in the fall. When I arrived to pick them up, they were the wrong size and they insisted that was the deal. (It was not) Still don’t have the wheels they promised.

When I bought it new in March of 2021, we both set at the salesman’s desk and said we would be back to buy another in 2022. Such a shame because the Crosstrek is a really great car. Just don’t like being lied too.

Nobody has bothered to address our concerns or even bothered to call and figure it out. If there was a list of unhappy Subaru owners in Canada I’d be in the top 10.

I had my car in for brake replacement and servicing and got a great video of the condition of the underside of the vehicle and brake components and they even checked my cabin and air filters while they were at it. Great service, they had me in and out same day.

The service was friendly, thorough and had an added bonus of a video being sent to your mobile showing you things like break wear, air filter cleanliness, etc for my car specifically. That is a great feature.

The reliability of Subaru automobiles and the benefits of "all-wheel drive all the time" were known to me, but it was learning about the excellence of the Service Department at Aberdeen Motors that prompted the purchase of our family's first Subaru in 2008, a 2005 Legacy. The tradition of excellence continues with the Century Subaru team, where the Service and Parts Departments surprise with creative problem-solving, appropriate advice, and minimum delay while awaiting parts. Engaging with the friendly and competent Century Subaru team is always a pleasure.

After a horrible experience with a small dealership local to me, I decided to hunt for something different and hope for a better experience.

I saw a hypergreen wrangler sitting in their stock and I began the paperwork. Within two days I made the one hour drive and was signing the paperwork for my new wrangler. They gave me a fantastic trade value for my old patriot and sat me in my dream car effortlessly. A huge thanks to Nik in sales and Kelly in finance for making a dream come true. It’s the most obnoxious and beautiful jeep I’ve ever seen.

Their team work was so amazing that two days later they had my dad in a new beauty of a wrangler too.

Asked Century Subaru to check out a used Forester I had bought from Nova Scotia. They fixed one issue and everything else was OK. They also sent me a video report in addition to the paper one they gave me before I left the dealership.

I've bought my cars and had them serviced here now for well over 10 years. Service dept is always great to deal with and the sales team are very knowledgeable and helpful. I especially like to be greeted by Lucy ('sales dog? '). Special shout out to Gordie, Paul and Brandy.

Do I love my 2020 Subaru outback! This is my 3rd Subaru. Have always been treated well by the dealer a special shout out to the folks that shuttle us back and forth, the folks in detail, and a shout out to the mechanics! What a great group of folks! I don't write reviews too often, but I felt like I should here. A few years ago I was in the market for a Subaru BRZ, and I'd come here looking at them, I'd spoke to one of the staff about financing, taking it for a drive, all that fun stuff, was in love. But at the end of the day, they couldn't give me the best price, one of the service guys here actually recommended I take a look at the (Now defunct) Scion version, the FRS, which due to some special offers toyota had on at the time, I managed to get for a huge price lower than I could have gotten a BRZ for. That's really stuck by me all these years, they put a customer before making themselves money, and I've never forgotten it. I've also been able to buy some parts from my FRS from them since they're interchangeable, and they can generally get me stuff faster than toyota can. Once again, I'd just like to thank these guys, even thought I've only bought parts from them so far, someday, maybe we'll see about a next Gen BRZ if it ever happens:)

Spoke with Jordan Denis, test drove a 2019 Crosstrek. Jordan was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Also, did a great job pointing out features I would have missed on my own without making me feel like I was being "sold to" if that makes any sense.
