We tried out a truck, and when we returned, we had to wait maybe an hour instead of coming to us to ask what we would like to do. No, it made us wait, and I had enough. We spoke to another person who was able to get the person to finish with us. We did not purchase the truck because what they wanted to give us for our vehicle was a joke.

My experience with Acadia Toyota was very good.from the managers to the salespeople everyone was really helpful, kind and professional.especially Max. I had to wait for my vehicle for almost 9 months and during that time Max was in touch with me with all the information about my RAV4. I live in Newfoundland but Toyota Plaza from St. John's said they wouldnt be able to give me the car. But Max and Acadia Toyota were able to give me my desired vehicle without any issue. Yes I had to travel to New Brunswick for my car but It was a very pleasant experience for me. Thank you soo much Acadia Toyota especially Max since im grateful for all his help.

It's hard to believe, but there are no demonstration units. I'm not talking about different car packages. There are no cars at all. Literally no!

Why maintain a car dealership if you go there to buy a car, you choose it by the picture!

You have absolutely no respect for customers.

Had winter tires removed and summer tires installed on Friday in Hampton. Picked up car just.before 5pm and was told to come back after 100km to have lug nuts “retorked”. Unfortunately we were leaving for Nova Scotia on Saturday morning. Therefore we needed to find someone who could get it done. Called Acadia Toyota in Moncton and spoke to Jason Ward who kindly agreed to help us. We were at the dealership within an hour and, without an appointment, Jason had a member of his team “retorking” the lug nuts and inflating the tires to the recommended PSI. When asked for the invoice Jason said it was complimentary. We were most grateful to Jason and were on our way shortly after.

We bought a new car from this dealership.when the negotiation started we we, re verbally offered twenty eight hundred for our trade, final offer, so we accepted.we signed the aggreement, paid the invoice but when we looked closer at the paper work we noticed they lowered the agreed on price, so we told them about it and in so many words they told us we signed the paper work.paid for it so to bad, we trusted these people, i guess i, m to trusting, so now were out three hundred and sixty four dollars, so anybody else out there make sure you look at the paper work real close, don, t sign anything or pay anything until the paper work is what you agreed on, if your not sure, bring a friend to look at it with you, on my part, lesson learned, good luck.

It was a great time experience to have a maintenance free service. The service is very good.while waiting in the waiting area we have a free coffe and water so it was amazing and extremely awesome! I am strongly agree to share with my friends that toyota acadia is the very best!

I Delt with Dan "in finance"and Patrick "in sales" looking to purchase a new vehicle and I was treated very humble throughout the whole experience even though I did not end up purchasing a car from them, I feel the need to express my appreciation for all of their help. Awful customer service.
The attitude of the seller was totally disinterested and with apathy in the attention since he didn’t give us the attention any customer should have. We weren’t given any options and he just limited himself to tell us that most of the vehicles were sold (that’s it).

We’re never going back to that place.

We bought a Rav 4 from Bathurst Toyota which I give 5*'s to. Acadia Toyota had the RAV4 delivered to them and after waiting 15 min to speak to Stefan, (husband called ahead to let him know I'd be there in 15), I asked how it was plated. He shrugged his shoulders and said " I don't know. I'm just supposed to hand over the keys". What should have been an exciting moment, not having owned my own car for 10 yrs, i was COMPLETELY let down. My pbone did not get hooked up through the car and to this day i haven't been able to pull up my map to use to drive. Acadia Toyota should get ZERO *'s

We drive over an hour to do our service work on our truck at this dealership. Huge difference in service levels from the service we got at our local dealership. Prices also better. Sales rep Max Sentner was awesome. Jean Gilles, service manager is one of the best you will ever deal with. We highly recommend this dealership.

Had a bad experience, bought second car 2017 Toyota Corolla i.m drove it for 2 months, brake light started showing took it back, argued with service manager about the$780.00 charge.

I went to my glove box took purchase paperwork and car keys and told them there’s your paperwork and keys.

I might as well shop elsewhere (I’d had two newcomer friends purchase vehicles from them before this incident) the used car manager came to the rescue to resolve the issue but to this day I ain’t impressed. And fellow customers don’t fall into being sweet talked by car salesman demand 2 sets of keys, otherwise they’ll deny saying they’ll get you an extra key later.

Went in for the first time and I was greeted at the door and asked what I needed help within putting my two feet inside. The lady guided me to the parts counter. As I'm waiting in line to be served, two employees walked by and asked if I needed help with anything as I'm waiting my turn to be served at the parts counter. I felted valued the second I walked in.

As a returning Toyota customer we had high expectations entering Acadia Toyota looking to upgrade our Rav 4. We were looking for the Highlander XSE model in black. Well we found it in stock at Acadia Toyota.

We scheduled our appointment with Max, who would be our salesman looking after us. What a pleasant, no pressure, informative sales experience it was.

Max showed us all the ins and outs of the XSE model Highlander as well as compared the similarities and differences between all trim levels of the Highlander ensuring we fully understood the value for money, features and benefits of each trim level.

After considering all the options our heart landed firmly on the unique XSE trim Highlander. Sporty, comfortable and roomy.

The whole sales process from start to finish was excellent. It was easy, seamless and quick. We couldn't be happier.

If in the market for a vehicle, Toyota or not, do yourself a favor and go speak with Max at Acadia Toyota. The information and insights Max can provide may prove priceless and it costs you nothing.

I trust the Toyota brand. But not the mechanics here. Installed a set of tires for my truck. Cost 1300 tomatoes. 2/4 have slow leaks. NEVER going there again!

Super nice staff if your looking for a new Toyota I would shop with them 100% my grandparents bought at Rav4 with them as well and they said the same thing

Well, within a year, this place has gone down in service quality. I had to reach out 5 times to try and get a recall done. To no avail. Then, today, I went for an oil change and mentioned the recall. They had the parts to do it, and said it would be a total of 1.5 hrs. It took them almost 3 hrs. Won't go back.

I had amazing service was very warmly welcomed. I had few cars in mind I decided to go with Serge as my salesman and do not regret it will definitely be buying with him for my next cars, this was my very first car purchase he made sure I understood EVERYTHING after I left I had so much knowledge about buying a new car that I didn't know about. He made sure I had the best but affordable insurance for my car he didn't hide anything from me he showed me everything no surprise payment etc.what he said was the final price. He gave me a good deal and after getting my car he made sure I understood all the features and functions in my car. Even when I had questions after I bought the car he answered and was always happy to talk to me, even today I know I can call him anytime if I have any problems they were absolutely amazing. I also had to give a big thank you to their amazing financing guy Ryan that helped me with choosing the plan that worked best for me even helped me after hours of work which is absolutely incredible. I had a absolutely amazing service, I would definitely recommend them especially Serge. Thank you Acadia Toyota for this amazing service and for my brand new CH-R 2021 i'm definitely a proud owner and proud to be with Toyota

My husband and I just dropped in at Acadia Toyota after being loyal customers for over 20 years and received the worst customer service we've ever had there. Our lease was up on our Rav 4 and so we were bringing it back. The salesman my husband was speaking with was very unprofessional and rude. After my husband said to him, "I've never been treated this way as a loyal customer in 20 years and you expect me to buy or lease another car through Toyota? " And the salesman told him that there were other dealerships around. " Very disappointed with service we received.

1 Star is still too much for this dealership.
I recently bought a 2021 Tacoma from Acadia Toyota and the entire deal except for the last finance guy I dealt with was the worst experience I've ever had.
They did not value my time or me as a customer.
I was told many lies, they were never upfront with me about all associated costs and fees. I was also lied to about the parts I had ordered for my truck. One accessory I ordered wasn't even installed, it was in the glove box when I picked up the truck. I was pressured by the first finance guy and the salesman to come and pick up my deposit, this was because I had made complaints about how I was treated and last minute fees.
I had spoken with the owner at about halfway through the deal and aired my complaints, it must have fallen on deaf ears because my experience didn't really improve.
I was given a loaner for a few weeks, when I got in there was leftover Burger King garbage from the previous occupant, they obviously were not too concerned about covid, as the car was filthy.
I had done a paper trade to save on taxes. My vehicle was paid off and then a week later a payment was taken out for my vehicle I had sold. It took Toyota over 3 weeks to pay me back and when they did they short changed me 10 dollars, using interest as an excuse. It's a small thing, but it was just the final slap in the face from these shady dealers.
I do not recommend Acadia Toyota, I am done with them for the rest of my life. I will drive to Amherst or elsewhere if I need something, I wont even buy oil from Acadia. I will persuade everyone I know to avoid this place. My father is looking at getting a new Tacoma, it wont be from these guys.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE.

Became stranded in my 2017 highlander while travelling with my wife and two young children in Moncton. Called the Toyota roadside assistance who were able to get me the number for Acadia Toyota. Really poor timing for a relatively new Toyota to not work; I was travelling out of town, the weather was terrible, and they were about to close for the weekend. After describing in detail what was happening, the tech said “sorry, it’s impossible to tell what’s wrong with it until I get a look at it and we close in 10 minutes. ” The only advice, which was actually helpful was to “try Canadian tire”. A 5 min conversation later, having given him an identical description, I was given some advice and was able to get the vehicle running and home.
I’m disappointed in my vehicle, I’m disappointed how little Toyota roadside assistance can do, and disappointed that the advice I needed had to come from Canadian tire. But hats off to the nice fella from Canadian tire that took 5 minutes from his day to help me out when toyota wouldn’t.

Vehicle makes an outrageous sound and after 6 tries and even a test drive with the service manager (jean-gilles). No fix. Now they are not answering the phone. Called Toyota canada and got a run around and told to try again. Wowwww i am done no more Toyota ever worst service in all of new Brunswick.

Both the sales and service staff are efficient and respectful. The people working there are friendly while remaining professional and one gets a sense of trustworthiness when dealing with them which corresponds to my experience to date.

Would recommand this place to anyone! Had the greatest experience buying my first car, in a dealership! They helped me so much and were seriously the best! Felt like home with Jason as my sales rep and Melanie, the finance manager made me feel confident and was straight to the point with my needs and my background. We drove 3 hours round trip with our 8 month old son to test drive a vehicle that Acadia Toyota KNEW was being repaired and was not available.

We made an appointment for 11: 30am, showed up and were told our sales guy was out gassing up another vehicle. 20 minutes later, still waiting. Sales guy finally shows up and is the same guy who was sitting at a desk when we walked in. Guess he wasn't gassing up another vehicle. ‍️

Test drove Car 1 & 2. We asked to test drive a newer model of the one we came to see (#3). They said it would be 20 minutes as the keys were in the other building. 20 minutes later, sales guy comes back and says it's being reconditioned and not available. Didn't offer any other models, but that he would take some photos and video and send it to us on Monday (this was Saturday)

Two weeks later, we haven't heard anything from him. We'll purchase from somewhere local who actually treats a potential customer with respect. Will never consider Acadia Toyota again.

They have the best service and the best service advisor right there. If this is your first time coming to Toyota Moncton, you would have to work with Mr. Todd Coleman. He is really nice and really friendly. He helped us a lot. To me, Mr. Todd is the best service advisor right there.

I just returned from a service appointment to change my oil. I have a couple of issues from this latest visit. First of all, when I arrived, to my concern I was advised that the oil change part of my maintenance program was not covered. I was advised that I had two free oil changes on a previous visit (2 times earlier) as long as I had the last one before 80,000km. My mileage now is less than 80,000km. So I had arranged a maintenance review on the phone for this visit. When I arrived, the adviser tried to arrange a brake fluid flush. He advised me that a flush should have been done at 48000km and it was not on my file as being done. I did not agree to it until I checked previous invoices. To my dismay, the brake fluid flush was done at a previous service appointment (50,000km). This latest visit leaves a sour taste in my mouth about how you service your customers. I thought Toyota is trying to increase their return visits from cutomers.

Bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE, with 46k mileage.

Excellent Sales team, no pushiness and always to the point. As a new immigrant, my needs were very specific, so special thanks to Ed - from the sales team, who was with us from the start and patiently answered every little detail. Strongly recommend this dealership, compared to others (have done my due research) for good business. Looking forward to good support from Service team as well.

La qualité du service que nous avons reçue chez Acadia Toyota était IMPECABLE. Le service et retour d’appel était rapide, possibilité de texto, le tout sans nous sentir obligés ou pousser à aller trop vite; nous n’avons pas ressenti que nous étions juste une vente pour eux, ils ont pris le temps de nous écouter et d’écouter nos besoins; le processus fut facile et sans surprise; les employés, même ceux qui ne s’occupaient pas de notre cas étaient tous polis et très gentils. Sans oublier notre ‘‘financial services manager’’ qui est demeuré plus longtemps au bureau pour nous accommoder.

The quality of service we received at Acadia Toyota was IMPECCABLE. The service and call back was fast, possibility of texting, all without feeling obligated or pushed; they took the time to listen to us and listen to our needs; the process was easy and with no surprise; even those who were not involve in our case was all polite and very kind. Not to mention our financial services manager who stayed later at her office to accommodate us.
