After Hours Medical Clinic

Had worst experience just for taking the appointment, I had pain in ankle and after 13 minutes hold the call they said you can go to Sackville hospital as you need further investigation. I am in Moncton and without seeing my ankle they recommend.

They charge 80$ for the doctor to sign a page needed for work. I was blown away a few years ago having to pay 50$ for someone to sign it.

Update as of 2023 the same document is now 120$ to sign a form with 12 questions thag takes <5 minutes.

Called and was asked to hold. Waited 20 minutes and hung up. Called back and asked to hold. Again put on hold. After 20 minutes I hung up. Called again and got the message that clinic was full for the day. Hung up and called another clinic. Was very well received and problem taken care of.

Easy booking, in and out without trouble. There is wait time when you get there but that should be obvious since every clinic is overloaded right now, so nothing to complain about. The most notable thing is that the receptionist was very pleasant and upbeat and easy to deal with.so many other places you have to deal with rude disgruntled grumpy receptionists because of how busy it is, so it's nice that some people are still friendly.

Sure they answer the phone, but they book 5 people every 15 minute time slot so you end up waiting like an hour to be seen which I really can’t stand. I respect your time by showing up on time, so please respect my time.

Wow. Just wow. I understand how busy this clinic must be but I called 67 times to finally reach someone to be put on hold for 17 minutes and 4 seconds then the receptionist told me to go to emergency. When I tried to tell her I just wanted a doctor to listen to my lungs first (because I wasn’t sure if it was a pulled muscle from coughing or legit lung issue) before I go to wait in emerg she talked over me then said “ have a good day BYE” and hung up in my face. I’ve never had a medical professional speak over me, not let me talk and then hang up on me. Unacceptable.

Do not get discouraged by the low rating. Apparently people think clinics are not busy with hundreds of calls flooding in as soon as they open.

I called at 9am the receptionist was very kind and friendly. When I arrived there were two professional woman working the front desk. They took care of me right away and by 10: 15 I was in with the doctor and she was very thorough and professional. Wonderful experience even though I am very sick. Great job ladies your awesome!

Terrible customer service. I went in for referrals for post-partum issues and infant pediatric issues at the beginning of August. The referrals were never received by the specialists, this clinic does not have copies in the office, and they refused to see me to reissue the referrals so I could take them into the specialists in person (which is what the specialists told me to do after calling). The front desk woman told me she has 6 other patients whose referrals weren't received that she has to look in to, but blames every other office for it not working. The place is a complete joke.

Now I am just calling for the fun of it. In 9 days averaging 50 calls none were ever answered. Astonishing!

Between two phones from 9am - 10: 15 i called almost 1000 times. At least 400 of those times it range through to the answering machine but no one picked up the phone.called the main street superstore and within 5 calls got an appointment.something isn't right with the way that clinic is being run.either the receptionist in not capable. Or they have the worst phone protocol imaginable set up by management. Either way even for our medical system, I never would of imagined that.

I've called hundreds of times and can't get a hold of anyone. I reached 1 lovely receptionist on wednesdsy and made an appointment but then missed a call from them. Tried to reconnect and have become exhausted doing so. Each time I'm left with an automated voice mail saying their clinic is on mountain road? Now I'm panicking unsure where my appointment is on Monday with no one to verify. I'm sure it's because of the shortage here so I'm trying to be patient but it's hard to accept defeat when your health is on the line.

Excellent experience with this after hours medical clinic. Called early morning after long weekend, spoke with very polite receptionist and got booked in same day. Very short wait time, Dr.was excellent to deal with…highly recommend and I will continue to use this clinic going forward.

If possible, please don't give this "private" medical center your "business". Got lucky and was able to see someone quickly. However, they refused to accept my old Medicare card despite the fact that my new card was still being sent to me via mail. Even after explaining to them that my Medicare was still active they stated that because they were a "private" clinic I had to pay them cash (whatever the hell that means). One receptionist was polite, but the other was clearly an unhappy person who hasn't been taught proper manners, very rude.

Receptionist is screening the patient incorrectly. I explained my symptom, she said in my case doctor has to asess in person but because of the red phase her doctor is not seeing anyone thus to call other clinic or go to emergency. I asked if doctor can at least call me back as I think it's a sinus infection and needed saline spray prescription.
She insisted doctor needs to see me.
I called other Clinic explained exactly the same way, the receptionist put me through to talk to doctor who prescribed me the drug over the phone.

CLOSE THIS PLACE! SEXIEST! DO NOT GO, REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! Chick on the phone telling me I can't see a doctor. Anyone know we're I can complain about the treatment I received, don't want anyone to have to go threw this. She says there privately owned but I find that hard to believe we're does there funding come from then.

Tried to see Dr.for possible ear infection, told to got to small town ER for quicker service. Covid was the excuse. If you can’t see patients, close the place and stop sucking up tax payer money for turning people away. Another glaring problem in the bloated health care system that’s a gong show of epic waste.

I had a great experience with this clinic today. The doctor gave the diagnosis very accurately and took my worries away (turned out I had shingles, not meralgia like I thought). Thank you! I very much appreciate your help!

Tried calling for 15 mins, kept getting an automated message, went to the clinic which says it opens at 9am, the girl is sitting at the front desk ignoring the phone calls. Unbelievable! Would not recommend anyone wasting their time trying to get help here! 0/5 stars!

They just dont answer or update thier machine, its been 20 days since the 8th. Get a new secretary.

No one ever answers the phone there. Called about 50 times last week, and voicemail over and over. Calling today for my son. Said the phone lines open at 1pm, and it's 1: 20pm and last weeks message still comes up. Been like this for a number of years. Tired of it. (Sept. 8/20)

Called again today because my Dr is full and got voicemail again. Surprise surprise! The voicemail said they will reopen September 8th, and it's now Oct. 8th. Can't even be bothered to update the voicemail message. Done with this place.

I have visited this clinic three times and had nothing but the best treatment from everyone, from the front desk to the Doctors I've seen, all professional and efficient. Thank you for your courteous, caring attention.

I made an appointment with them for 1: 15 and they denied that I called and booked one I have been going there 3 years straight and this is the first time I have ever had a problem service as been bad there

The receptionist was quite nice, though, so thats good, but they sent me to a different clinic to get a referral and i found out over a month later my referral was never sent. Kinda irresponsible if you ask me, so if I die from this skin cancer we have our culprit to blame.

Imagine sending someone away when they have popped every blood vessel in their face. Honestly no idea who runs this place but it’s an absolute joke. Staff is ridiculous, no one answers the phone, it’s pathetic. An embarrassment to the medical field really.

The hours posted on your website are wrong, maybe you should update that before wasting peoples time. It’s now Saturday 7: 55 PM and they’re closed sign says open till 9, quite pathetic if you ask me.

You would be better to go to the Actual HOSPITAL - SERVICE IS EQUIVALENT TO A TRASHBAG. Not Personable and do not abide to appointments scheduled.
I get people coming in with little to no ailments but don't be short with clients, if they have questions humor them with the appreciation that they give you work, and provide service based upon personality. People are not going to be happy when they are sick, so it's your job as the MD to be better and listen and try your best to not give Helpless motivation. Asking for information about getting your own family MD don't shut an individual down and don't be pompous about your own Malpractice.
I never write things like this and very respectful to the Doctorate industry, very frustrated with this and I needed to voice this to hopefully not fall of false ears. You know who you are and don't be nieve to the situation. Work harder for you Patiences!

It's impossible to get a person on the phone! I started call at 9am right to 6pm and only ever got a voicemail.
Just a little tip to whom it may concern, IF YOUR FULLY BOOKED SAY THAT ON THE VOICE RECORDING! Save us the time and effort so we can try some other place.

Scheduled an appointment at 10: 30,2 hours later I was still sitting in the waiting room. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Horrible experience.told them what's wrong.mom was sick with puking n was sore all over her neck area for last few days.ps.we dont have a family Dr so it was our last choice. The receptionist told us to go to ER. What r they open for if they cant c her for minor problems?

Odd how they have the correct phone number yet never tried to called to cancel when the doctor didn't show. Reception didn't even try to apologize for the lack of a call. At least we were able to rebook same day. If I could I would rate 1.5 star.

I was able to make an appointment within 2 days and the Dr.was very informative and easy to talk to and answered all my questions with reassurance.

Never had any issues with this location. Always fast service, sometimes have to call a couple of times but not as bad as calling a doctors office (I love my doctors receptionist, but she can get busy). Great help always!

Extremely frustrating. I called about 20 separate times this morning to try to book an apointment, the phone never even rang, at right to voicemail. Finally go all the way out there nadia they're booked. Needed to study anyway, so I asked if she could call me if there was a cancelation, I dont care if theres no garanti. She refused. So I guess I'm missing a day off work tomorrow that I cant afford because the rash I have all over my body could be contagious. This isn't the first review of this kind I've seen either. She recommended the emergency.that's what walk ins are for, to avoid unnecessary cases in emerg.

It’s 5 pm on a Sunday and it should be open until 9. It’s closed. No signs to suggest why? Awful when you need a doctor. Called ahead and line was busy.couldn’t leave a message. Unreliable! Do not count on them.

No one ever answers the phone here, its a shame that it has the best doctors but you have to spend 3 hours trying to book an appointment often to find out that its full even tho you started calling at 9 am

Nearly impossible to get an appointment, only one receptionist and she will turn you away for pretty much any reason. It's always way too packed.

Receptionist is more then useless since they answer 1 out of 50 calls (PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY OR VOICE MAIL KICKS IN). Also not sure why they give out scheduled times cause they quadruple (yep you read that right) book every 15 minute bloc so you end up waiting 1 to 2 hours every time.by far the worst clinic in all of greather moncton area

I had called this place at least 80 times for 2 days never got through i decided to go there while there i was calling their line and it was not even ringing basically they just turn the phones down.sad very sad at least leave a message that says we are full then people never bother to call

I have been calling for days to try and make an appointment for my daughters possible pneumonia and they continually won’t answer their phones. Not pleased at all with this clinic

I can never get through on the phone and have no way of knowing if they're full or just busy at the moment.
