Air Cab Taxi

Absolutely do not call this cab for your teens or children. I asked for a mature driver for my teen which I’ve done for many taxis in past two years. Every time until this evening the operator was very understanding to my concerns. Tonight I was hung up on after being told they couldn’t control the driver …? Seriously? 8: 45 pm. Time for UBER. In Moncton!

Won't pick up my calls anymore.
Driver couldn't find the tim Horton in dieppe.
Go figure.

I ordered cab today 2: 45pm and showed exact time shows on tracking application.that feature was great the reason to leave message it’s about driver who was not good towards when he was driving very rush driver and plus was watching youtube video while driving which not save for passenger who seating on back specailly being pregnant was not safe to travel with That kind of taxi driver his name was Almohammed taxi 91.

It's hit or miss with air cab. Always prompt but some of the drivers are a bit rude at times and the cars themselves are at time filthy. Always get you where you need to go.

I am new to the city, kudos that the taxi are always on time, the operators are abrupt: no approximate wait time is given. After giving them my location the response is “ok” and the next thing you hear is the phone disconnecting.

We had the pleasure to have Satpal Gill as our Aircab driver! Totally amazing fella! Not only did he pick us up for the Guns N Roses concert but he was in communication after and was there to get us out quickly! This fella is as chill as they come and super friendly! Great experience. Booked with the app for a 3am pickup. At 2: 53 I got a text saying that the car was at the door. Driver was courteous and efficient, fare was clear in the display. Car was clean and new. Everything was perfect, and I will use them again.

Had an early morning flight. 3am pick up. Driver was excellent. Loved the text feature that showed where my driver was and his name. Clean car and friendly driver. Well done!

Drivers needs a better gps system as the driver got lost (pretty sure he did it on purpose) and overcharged my gf 45$ for a 5.2km drive.i called it in and they wont do anything about it because she paid with cash wich makes no sense as they can track every trip made with an address

Terrible service took a cab back from the GNR concert. According to the app it was 22 dollars. The cab driver demanded 40 dollars in cash only and then demanded a 10 dollar tip. Major rip off don’t use them

First off when a air cab picked up some other people while i was calling them the guy said hed come back for us n to stay where we were. About 45min- hr ltr decided he obviously wasnt coming back. Called aircab so many times n no answer. Started walking n a aircab pulled over when we waved, perfect n finally we thought! I was in alot of pain. Well i dont do well to b exploited n thats exactly what happened. Got in the cab, gave the address (knew from going to it was a 20$ ride) n now we were actually closer. Guy shuts off the meter n says that will be $40. I said it was 20 to get here, he said no 40 because its night n wouldnt drive until i agreed. I was going to tip 10 just bc n than he did that n even had such a attitude about it. Than his driving is a whole other story but il keep that short n just say he almost got us t boned. Buddy had a mohawk n was car 3880, avoid this car if ur not feeling the need to b exploited n would like a safe drive to ur destination!
U dont work for a company n than make ur own dam prices. U dont drive dangerously with passengers in the dam car. In all the cabs iv taken in my life iv never been exploited like that n didnt even get a safe ride out of it. I do not reccommend aircab but unfortunately options r limited. Not saying they r all like that but this one was a realll bad apple as the saying goes. WE NEED UBER HERE!

When I got to Moncton I took the taxi to the hotel and they charged me $38 for the trip. As a newcomer I had no idea about the app, so I trusted the driver. He charged me an additional 4 dollars to go on the highway. Now that I was returned to the airport I paid 26 dollars. I think the cab driver took advantage of it the day I arrived in Moncton. It was July 22 and the taxi was a gray Toyota Rav.

I ordered a cab for 4 pm to go to the airport, the driver was on time, very nice, help with the luggage. Use the proper route. Driver 5 stars ️. The reason I gave 3 and not a 1 was because of service. But the car. Omg. Don’t pick anyone in the vehicle anymore. It made noise like it was going to brake down any minute. And dirty. My dad would tell me off if i ever pick him up in such a dirty car. The roof inside was dirty, the seats, the doors, well everything. So if you order from them ask for a clean car.

Awful dispatchers. I’m new to the area and wasn’t too sure where I was. I was reading signs to figure it out and the person on the phone disregarded me and hung up. Terrible terrible terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would. The person from white cab helped me out, I’m so grateful for another cab company.

They are very reliable, especially since there's no Uber in Moncton.
Always get connected with them easily at various times during the day.
Drivers are also friendly and punctual, never had a bad experience with them.
Service is quick and great, overall pretty good service.

Air cab service is pretty good. All the quick cab sending service.answering phone call is very good.overall it's all good. Prices are not super high.
Their app is not very good. Should work on app.

I literally enjoyed traveling on Air Cab in a budget rate. It was so easy and simple to have this service. I just had to make a call and simply say "I need a cab at (my current location) ", and within 3 or 4 mins cab is there! WOW. Highly friendly drivers! Loved it!

Was visiting NB initially was a little disappointed not to see Uber available but very happy with the Air Cab service and app

It'll be nice to get into a taxi and it doesn't have a strong smell of cigarettes or your not dealing with pet hairs all day. It's just disappointing.

Went to the airport from MonctonNorth, cost me $40 before tips. Good service, very clean vehicle, driver has also assisted in loading and unloading.
