Very bad management. My room was confirmed by email the night before when we arrived they gave our room away said they overbooked. It was late and we had a long drive. Then they told us they called for a room as t another hotel for us when we got there they didn't. We missed half the concert. When asked to speak to manager no one available. Horrible service.

Was a very bad stay for us. The entire room was soaked in the morning from using the air conditioner. Nice comfy beds, but not ideal for summer.

Nous avons eu une chambre où les animaux sont permis, bien que c’était propre, le tapis a été humide durant nos deux jours sur place… au moins on sait qu’ils les lavent.
Personnel très serviable et sympathique.
Déjeuner très correct mais pas de fruits.
Assez pauvre pour l’environnement, je constate aussi qu’il n’y avait pas de recyclage et verres / tasses jetables dans les chambres.
Très pratique d’avoir accès par l’extérieur et l’intérieur et stationnement en face de la chambre.

Pleasant check in. Room was super clean and bed was comfortable. Walking distance to Casino. No complaints!

The rooms were very nice and clean, with all the expected amenities.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the night auditor Chetan (and shoutout to Adam, the guy who checked us in). Will definitely be staying again if we get a stop in Moncton.

I loved this small hotel! It is very clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly. Great breakfast. It's so sad this hotel chain is located only in New Brunswick. I wish they were in the US too!

This place is quaint and lovely, but wish they had a pool. The rooms are clean, but there is carpet which gives off an unclean feeling. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is decent with the regular fare: eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast, bagels, oatmeal, muffins, cereals, and yogurt. You can help yourself to tea, coffee, juices at any time of day. The lower rooms have access to a deck, but if your neighbour smokes and you open your deck door, your room automatically smells like smoke. Therefore we could not use our deck. They should not allow smoking on the decks (this was why I gave 1 less star). The wifi was also not strong.

This beautiful little inn is amazing. The rooms are great, and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Check in to check out the breakfast they offer, which is great.
The location is super convenient for seeing all the sites that are around Monkton.and the fround floor rooms offer a convenient alternative to accessible parking access.

Was there for a conference overnight. Room was very nice, and reasonable price. I took a star off service as breakfast buffet was great except sausage was more like a cheap mini wiener could not eat. Other than that highly recommend.

Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet (included free!) was great - eggs, bacon hashbrowns and great coffee!

Very comfortable stay; great beds, tidy and stocked with quality coffee, soaps and hair shampoo.

Checked in with a very bright and happy Pharmacy NBCC student named Natalia. She catered to our needs with our pets, gave us ground floor with a rear deck with a parking spot. Natalia even called 1/2 hr to check up on us!

I’m not a big fan of metal tubs nor fibreglass tub and shower inserts (cuts 1/4 of elbow room for a big fella like me). Modern ceramic shower stall with a plate glass wall is the way to go for me!

Eggs and hash brown could have been accompanied by bacon (not a fan of weenies). But, breakfast had hot food, not just cornflakes. Metal cutlery and proper dishes is a winner.

We’ll return for sure. Let’s see if all Amsterdam hotels are consistent, member now.

Great service. When staying for more than 1 night, we normally do not get our room made up, but my daughter insisted because she wanted the cocoon for a bed back. Breakfast is made for you as well. Great experience
