Apple Self Storage - Fredericton

After a very long drive from Halifax we arrived late at our storage facility due to the storm we drove through, with 2 U-hauls and hired movers ready to unload, only to discover it was closed. The sign also indicated they would be closed the next day. In a moment of pure panic I decided to try the emergency number posted in the window. As soon as I heard the friendly voice on the other end of the line I knew everything would be okay. Angie came straight to the depot, several hours after they had closed, with a smile on her face. She was incredibly compassionate and helpful, and somehow did not seem in the least bit annoyed that she was there on her off time. She mentioned how much she enjoyed her job, which was apparent throughout our entire interaction. When I asked about the beautiful furniture pieces in the office she explained she wanted the space to feel warm and not so transactional as these were people’s beloved belongings. I know an exceptional employee when I see one, and that is Angie. She went above and beyond for us, and I can tell she does this regularly. I can’t possibly thank her enough and I want to make sure her higher ups recognize the star they have in her!

Patsy is excellent. She gave us very professional service and a thorough comparison of our options. She is also very honest with our questions. Highly recommend!

Start to finish I received great service from here. I let people there know I've never rented a storage unit before, and they left no stone unturned from making sure I could get what I need for the amount of items stored along side what they were so that they did not get ruined and walked me through the entire process explicitly, to the T.

Very easy going, approachable, down to earth, and professional at the same time. Being in a time crunch myself, to get things out of my room at home because somethings needed to be fixed and fast, I was able to make sure my belongings were safe, secure, and sheltered. Every question I had was answered and from talking to the folks working there I know if I walked in any time during office hours for a quick question they wouldn't mind at all.

I have all the info I need to relax and not worry about my belongings. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

If you've ever been in a time crunch and taking an unfamiliar route to make things happen you know the relief when it's done. Things are taken care of and usually it's a bonus to walk away not worrying about what lies ahead considering your belongings, but here it's not a bonus that's just how it is.

I showed up last minute quite close to closing time on a Saturday and Patsy gave me some of the best customer service I've ever had. She showed me multiple units because I wasn't sure exactly what I needed.
