I'm upset and angry. 3 days ago we received our long-awaited sofa. Today I was taking out a children's toy from under it and was injured. I'm shocked. The staples stick out and in some places they just fall out. This is very dangerous, especially for small children.

Great service! Not knowing that the Ashley Home Stores were independent from each other. I went into the store in moncton to try and get a part replaced for a table I bought at the saskatoon location. O can't remember the woman at the customer service desk name but she took all my information and offered to try and place the order. A few days later the same representative called to say that they were unable to get the part but was able to provide an email and 1 800 # that I have been able to reach and the part is on the way. Thanks

Service was good until they found out there was problem with product so they had to brought back, and after that they did not give any explanation or update for the item delivery. Still waiting for the part for the bed and it has been almost a month.

Visiting the store left me absolutely impressed with the exceptional level of service provided by their salesmen.
The helped me buy new sofas and graciously accommodated a few special requests I had.

Went to this location twice over the weekend & today shopping for a couch. Both times walked in - looked around at prices not one staff member looked/acknowledged me. A group of them were sitting in the couch section chatting / ignored me. Went back today they were scanning items didn’t greet or look at me- I was the only customer in the store.

Really unwelcoming atmosphere & I was prepared to buy a couch today.

Went into the brick right after was greeted upon entering & had help offered on a couch within minutes.

Shopping was made easy in your beautiful layout store. Had a large selection of merchandise. The Salesperson was knowledgeable on what I wanted. I was very happy with my purchase and can't wait until the power chairs are delivered.

Very knowledgeable! Dan took time to show me all things on the floor that I would be interested in, as well as on the website. I was able to find the perfect TV stand and am very happy to have it delivered and installed for me

Worst experience ever! I know it's 1 star but should be 0 stars. Long wait time, damaged products, another long wait time, scheduled deliveries without warning, scheduled delivers and cancelled twice the morning of because it wouldn't fit on truck and for someone travelling for work and making special arrangements to have someone at their home for delivery this isn't good, their final call was sorry we can no longer deliver to you because we have attempted 8 times, here's a $50 credit because you've had product for 15 months. There are so many other options for furniture of equal price and quality, please take your business elsewhere.

I ordered ottoman and couch. They both arrived defected. I didn’t see it at first, but then I tried to contact Ashley furniture, Moncton. The person on the phone told that they just started here, so has little information about anything I asked. Very “convenient”. I wrote email, no response. I finally got hold of the customer service, Halifax, was told that my couch and ottoman is gonna be fixed in a matter of time… I said I paid for the new stuff and I’m getting it fixed already. No competition was offered for my wasted time, I had to take one day off my work, to wait for a cleaning person to come and tell me that I have a rip on my new couch, extra weird stitches on my ottoman. Yes it will be replaced sometime in the future, but bills won’t wait, I have to pay for a “new furniture”. Very disappointed with the service from the Moncton area. Had to reach Halifax to deal with the couch problems. Still gonna have to waste my time in the future, just that my “new furniture “ will be fixed.

My husband and I were very pleased at the service we received at Ashley Homestore. We did not feel pressured by the young man that was helping us and he went above and beyond. He even stayed at the counter with us while we waited to process our payment.

Came looking for an Island for the kitchen. Found one asca clearance. Talked to a salesman who was very helpful. Got a great buy and hopefully a great piece of furniture. Overall pleased with the experience.

Our salesperson Eustache was very friendly and knowledgable. We were not 100% sure we were going to be making a purchase that day but thanks to Eustache's advice on the sofa we were considering and assurance we could have it delivered soon, we were confident in making our purchase with Ashley Furniture.

Staff very friendly! Nice selection & clean store. However … beware prices online vs instore. The Canadian Ashley website showed a 40% Labour day sale, however in-store was only 20%. We were told that the prices are set in the US & they had no obligation to honour the advertised price. Very frustrating. Buyer beware.

We had excellent service at Ashley! Corey was exceptional when we were in shopping. We had a small hiccup for delivery at first but Corey and his manager (Tim) I believe was his name went above and beyond to make things right. Would absolutely buy there again!

We bought a power lift chair for my dad and couldn’t be happier with the service! Sale person John Doiron was incredibly nice, patient and knowledgable, and worked with us to make sure we knew all our options and had all the information we need to make the right decison. And the people at the customer service desk were super friendly as well.

Great service until they get the sale, then all bets are off.they claimed it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery and we're now 9 weeks and we never got a call back from our sales rep after calling twice. So we are here waiting and hoping that we'll get something out of the nearly $2000 we spent on a sectional.

[Nov 24] I called the number provided and it's your general store line ivr. Who can make this right? Who do we need to speak to?

We have bought furniture here several times. They are friendly, knowledgeable and delivery personnel are also great. Quality furniture and good prices. Wouldn't shop any where else.

My husband and I visited your location on July 31st after already going out to Renaud’s furniture with no success of getting a sectional from them as they had no ETA for 90% of items due to COVID. So upon going Ashley we had an idea that getting one might take sometime but where very surprised when I asked our sales person Travis if there had been any issues of getting items delivered within the 6-8 weeks and he said no not at all! I was shocked and relieved. We had ordered a couch from Costco, received confirmation of shipment, sold our old set and our order was canceled the day after selling. So we had no living room furniture and a 1 month old baby and where stressed out on what we where going to do which was all conveyed to Travis. He reassured us it won’t be an issue and if there was any delays he would call. So flash forward a week before our estimated delivery date I had to call the store to be told 2 out of the 3 items where delayed and a new estimated date was given. Ok fine but why didn’t Travis call? Then I call again same thing a week before delivery and then I’m told it was just leaving the US and it should be in Halifax by Friday October 2nd. So then finally a call from Travis today. He was not apologetic, or friendly, and seemed annoyed. At the end of this I would not recommend to shop here to anyone as they feel it’s ok to out right lie to get a sale! I regret not going back to Lousbury’s to give them my hard earn money. So anyone who’s shopping expect to get your stuff in 12 weeks.

Terrible our couch sat in Halifax for 5 weeks before I called to ask why it was taking so long. Was told I need to request for it to be brought to Moncton typically when you order something you want it. Same thing happened with our love seat it sat in Halifax for weeks because there was no room on the truck. Repeatedly told it was coming up each week. By the way I picked it up in my mini van it really wants a “large” item. We like their furniture and we’re buying so much more but not now!

We had been looking for a Pub Style table and chairs for some time and were really impressed with the selection. Customer service from John Doiron was first rate! We will buy here again.

Very bad experience. I ordered 2 beds which were in their inventory in June 2020 and delivery date was July. On delivery date their staff told me they couldn’t find my bed. I have waited for two days, no one gave me an explanation. When I came over to store, I was told my beds are producing.they said sorry but the attitude was not really to feel sorry. This store is independently operating, if you are not satisfied, the Canada Ashley serves center cannot help to solve any issue.

Quality of their furniture has gone downhill, although their prices have not. We were assured of the great warranty plan if something happens and sure enough all the seats on our chairs less than a year later are sagging. So I called for warranty and the moncton store no longer has a warranty department. We were directed to the Halifax store. She did warn me that wait times are long but not over a month long. I got a response and they sent 1 chair seat (we need 4) and now I'm waiting on a second response.
Do yourself a favour, don't shop here.

Very bad buying experience. I called several times, and every time they said they would call me back but never did. Ended up buying the same Ashley set from another furniture store. The set in question had terrible quality control issues, 3/4 pieces had damage, drawers that didn't line up or close properly, or chips in the paint. Ashley customer support was terrible, and offered around $150 to keep the damaged goods, but the other store put their best foot forward and made it right.

Walked in and was completely ignored by all the staff working there. It was apparent that they solely base their attempt (or lack their of) to sell based on peoples appearance. It is a shame too because we found a couch we wanted to buy but chose not to due to this.

End of December we went at Ashley Furniture to get a complete bedroom set and a set of sofas (loveseat and 3 seaters) $$$$. We received an Amazing customer service from the retailer Kattie. We were told a maximum of 5 weeks to get our stuff. Delievery scheduled on January 30th. We were asked to pay in full everything, so we paid off the balance on January 27. On January 29th, we received a call that our furnitures will not be delivered on the 30th like planned - the truck is too full for our stuff. (Took some time off work to be there on the 30th for nothing). Delievery rescheduled for February 5th. Received our bedroom set. Wrong loveseat - not power recliner, wrong colour. Now, it needed to be order from Pensylvania, will have to wait another month to receive our loveseat. The delivery guys damaged one of our wall while moving the loveseat. We were offer a reimbursement of the delivery fees 80$ just to notice a double charge of 80$ on our bill this week. My husband have been told multiple time that the head supervisor was going to call him, he never did. Once they have your money, the customer services go waaaaaay down. Wish Ive read the previous feedback on here before buying. We'll need furniture in the future for our family, will never do business again at Ashley's. Its too bad, we received a good service when we walked in.
