I came in twice for issues to do with my transmission. The first time your mechanics barely did anything to figure out the problem. I had to come back a second time and purposely request for a TCM/PCM update and re-learn. That was not done the first time.
Then I was pushed both times to do extensive work on my car which if the transmission is shot does it really matter if the stupid cabin air filter is changed?
The only bright spot is your shop foreman Mike who actually talked to me like a human instead of a dollar sign. And tell your service guys that when the transmission is acting up and the oil pan is leaking is not the time to continually push me to change that cabin air filter (3 times I might add). Also telling me I need to buy a new car when I declined the extra work is absolutely ridiculous. Some of us use our own TRUSTED mechanics.
Thanks to the terrible service I will more than likely not be purchasing another Mazda. Especially not from your dealership.

I have been driving Mazda vehicles for 19 years and love them! I have been going to Atlantic Mazda for 5 years now since moving back home from PEI. I would have given the previous ownership 5 starts, but I do find that since the Steele Auto Group took over, the push for additional work on my vehicle when I bring it in for servicing has increased dramatically. Service is great, they are very knowledgeable and friendly, I just wish that the up-sell wasn't so vigorous.

Went to this dealership to get my first vehicle, it was the horrible experience, people was unprofessional
In finance office I was approved for 7.99 but they change it to 8.99 right in front of me and when I asked to put the interest I was eligible for they said- no, when I asked what the reason they don’t want to give me a better interest, the answer was “we will not make money with it” I asked for a manager and he was not helpful at all, told me if I want to have 7.99 I need to pay extra 700$ on the top, because they want to have a reserve from the bank
Was lying straight to my face! He offer me extra 200$ off but i need to stay in higher interest rate, which makes no sense

Editing due to a recent scenario that was worth noting.
I had my car towed in this morning for a major issue.
In the repair quote, they listed a $1000 repair amongst others.
When it came down to it, instead of taking advantage of a customer in a very easy way, they told me they weren't doing it because they don't believe it's a real problem. And instead, to drive the car for a couple of weeks and take it back in so they can re-check it and confirm there's no issue.

They fixed the confirmed problem and helped me save money.

That level of honesty and integrity is worth the money spent.

Look, no company is perfect.
But I have to say that in 23 years of driving, Atlantic Mazda has given me the best service I could ask for. They are fair, reasonable, and most importantly they're people like you and me.
I got my Mazda second hand from a different dealership, but went to them for service from day 1.
Its good enough that my wife and I will buy our next car from them.
Hell. They even courtesy washed my cars exterior.

Do not recommend this company. I purchased my 2nd vehicle from them January 21st, 2023 and wishing I never did! They gave me the run around for a month, A MONTH TO GET A NEW CAR! The day I got it there was something wrong with it, was told it was just snow in my tire, turns out it was a loose wheel bearing. Took it back to the dealership to get fixed, few days later was having issues with it AGAIN. I took it to a different garage to see what the issues were and there was so many problems, problems they were suppose to fix and never did. I told them I wanted a new car because this car had too many problems, and was told I had to wait 6 months by Brett Martin.

Waited for more than 5 hrs for oil change and swap tires. The worst thing was i brought own synthetic oil but they didn't allow to have it in my car. First time i ever experience such a bad service in every dealership ive been. Unreal

Chris Fawcett is the man you want when it comes to your car purchase, very honest, professional, and explains everything in detail, and does not rush anything. Very friendly with everyone.

Marc is great salesman super service and great atmostphere everyone always smile and make sure you are serve at any expectation. Great service. Customer service are nomero 1.

Very unprofessional service, i was going to buy my first car, first they told me that they able to get my car approved then ended up that same car to someone else. Worst experience ever

I bought a 2017 Acadia from them and Absolutely horrible experience and sold me a lemon of a car. Having to spend all this money on car payments and now all these repairs after 3 weeks after owning it. Don’t recommend buying any used car from them

Walked into the dealership out of the blue to look at a vehicle. The next day after talking to the finance manager I was approved at the best interest rate out of the two other dealerships i submitted credit applications at and the day after I was in a new car with 0 hassle.

Great team to deal with!

Purchased a new CX30 Gt turbo July 2022. Paul Steeves was our salesman and was awesome. Kept us informed on the delivery date of our vehicle and answered any questions we had. Demonstrated all the features and got us set up on the connected services app. Introduced us to the management team and service department. Have only used the service department once so far for winter tires and had no issues. One thing I was really impressed with is the text message you receive with video showing you what they have done and any issues you have. Love my new Mazda!

Always 5 star service from the team at Atlantic Mazda. Jeremie and Pierre always go above and beyond to make it a great experience and the the new video service updates area a bonus. I don't trust my car to anyone except Mike and his technicians.

Paul and his colleague John (i think) were absolutely great. Although I didn't end up buying, dueing my visit they made me feel very comfortable and were very detailed and patient in their approach. I would highly recommend this business especially since such great gentlemen work here.

No customer service, no friendly Welcome and service department is a run around” nothing has been properly accessed or fixed. They fixed the wrong issue, again having to come back on my Only days off.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. The service manager is unprofessional, likes to up charge woman for their service and his department likes to treat people with such disrespect and horrible class. Will never be using this company for anything, they are the most disgusting and vile people I have dealt with. This is absolutely disgusting to listen to how you deal with your customers. Overcharging, not helping with a rental, not helping her understand her insurance that you forced her to buy.

Terrible customer service! Cant reach out to them, and they almost never call/text/email back, takes 30 calls over 3-4 days + uncountable convos with online receptionist to get their attention. Sales people were nice though.

I just bought a Mazda CX-5 there and the whole team, especially Tony Butland was very kind, helpful and professional. Highly recommend reaching out to Tony if you're looking to buy a car.

I bought a new Mazda here. Since then I service it with them every time. Nicest and the most professional people in the industry! Should we decide to go with Mazda, we'll buy there again!
