Atlantic Superstore

I used to shop here for my groceries but their prices have gotten so ridiculous I now shop at sobeys, which used to be more expense. I won't shop superstore anymore. Too much price gouging.

What choices do people have, they need groceries. What choices do corporations have other than greed: they could be less greedy. Sadly prices are way up.

This store has the biggest selection and best deals of any Atlantic Superstore we saw in the Maritimes. Bought large bags of frozen shrimp for $. 99 per bag! Great baked goods, friendly staff. Stock up here before heading to Fundy National Park.

Friendly people, love the assistant at Self check out with the circular glasses. One lens is yellow and the other is pink. Gotta love a man who's not afraid to wear that. Especially in a small town.

Staff doesn't seem to care about their customers probably because we don't have many options on where we can shop here in Sussex. Lowered rating to one because last weekend the cashier didn't bother waiting for my points to register after she scanned my card and just said it's taking along time before she decided to complete my transaction instead of waiting or trying again. I looked at the receipt and mentioned my digital offers didn't show up. I don't even know ifI missed any in-store offers. She said it must be a problem with my card.it isn't, she didn't wait for it to complete authentication as my name wasn't even on the display with points total. I was then directed to customer service who passed me off to file a missing points request through the app. Too busy on a Saturday to actually provide passable service. I'm not even surprised here anymore.

Way less stress then moncton. Hire some cashiers would ya.no one likes self check out.ill wait 4 hrs in a line before I use one

Found all I was looking for.a bit too big so I felt I walked miles but it's a good way to get you exercise.

Check out clerks are excellent, helpful and courteous. Seafood staff and product is in need of an overhaul. We've purchased scallops and oysters lately that were rotten and had to be disposed

Who had the bright idea to not give cashiers a button to ring in more than one item at a time? Would it cut into your profits too much if they were able to push a button for a dozen of an item instead of making them ring in each one by itself?

Talking to off duty police about his dog and buying Coca-cola. What got me was the price $1 each for 2l.

I have been to many Superstores im Canada and this one is the most poorly managed in my opinion. The staff working there is excellent though and kudos to them for being so great. I have several beefs with this store. One is inflated prices one day followed by a fake sale the next. All stores do this but this one takes the cake. Secondly, some of the food they sell just should not be sold. Potatoes that I would not feed an animal. Rotten produce etc. My biggest beef though is the lack of open checkouts. Time and time again I see long lines of tired seniors with only one till open. They are trying to have everyone use the self checkouts but this is hard for seniors and people with kids.
My advice is to go to Costco more. Better products and prices. No bs self checkouts.

I and many other customers are not impressed with line ups for paying cash! We feel we are being treated as second rate customers. If things don’t change we will be going to Sobeys.

Not overly happy with this store, they cut down on staff to force you to go through self check out. Prices have gone way up, pre made salads are really over priced. I bought a salad from Costco for $5. Less than here. So much for good service.

The bakery workers are great but I absolutely hate that superstore tries to force you to use plastic by removing the ability to use cash at their self serve lanes. Near closing they have one lane open, 6 people in line with full carts and won't open another lane.

You must wat h prices as it may be cheaper to buy 2 small boxs of product then buying larger box.
