We shop here a lot because we live about an hour away, they've got great sales and they're right beside Giant Tiger and Dollarama.

The newly installed cage is all you need to know that there’ll be NO SOUP FOR YOU if you don’t have digital ID/CBDC which Lawblaws will gleefully enforce… they’re assuming we’re all stupid and will go along with this Orwellian nonesense, don’t underestimate how MANY will starve to death before participating with this and thus put pretty good dent in profits- get rid of the carral and treat your customers like humans not cattle. CASH IS KING

I went to Theodore & Pringle to get frames for my lenses. It was a bright clean store and Janine helped me find the correct frames. If I couldn't find any frames at the store I would've had to have the lenses sent out and have them cut to fit new frames. Janine was very professional and polite. It actually didn't take her long to find frames and also took the time to adjust my spare glasses so they fit perfect now. Thank you for your time.

So I came early morning June 6 2023 and I had cart full of groceries. Bad experience with MARY from the first lane. Never coming back again. Very poor customer service. I came home check my bill and she charged me twice for bay leaves. $1: 49 going back to complain it's not worth it. Driving back and forth, gas is very expensive!

I order online and show up to have my car loaded. People are always friendly and fun to deal with.

Well laid out. I love the self check out in the area with the premade lunches it really makes getting a quick bite easy

The staff are great. Definitely feel that there is price gouging going on at all the major grocers. They finally realized that there will be no repercussions from this spineless gov't.

Stopped sending flyers. Members only discounts are for people with computers. Seems like seniors that don't devices are losing out.

Very friendly staff, nice clean store. This store has the best selection of Joe Fresh clothes and home items, compared to the other locations. They have a full row of kids toys and books too which is nice if you want to shop for things other than groceries and still use your PC points.

Very disappointed with today’s visit to the Riverview Superstore
I am a long time customer and have chosen Superstore over Sobeys during Covid because they, in my opinion, have had better Covid procedures. Today I was dismayed and disappointed
While waiting to be shown or told which cashier to go to I was shouted at to “ go to cash 6 quickly” Hmmm? I was watching the lady standing in the usual spot but another man came swooping through and seemed to be a supervisor whose job was to speed things along
Then I was encouraged to put my items on the counter while the customer in front of me was still packing up their items- No sanitizing of the counter-making both of us to feel rushed. My items were placed amongst the other customer’s items What happened to covid protocol?
Then when I payed my first card of choice didn’t work - looked for my 2nd debit card and couldn’t find it so ended up using a credit card
During this- which took all of a few seconds, the man who shouted at me had sent another customer to the cash I was at. The cashier said to him while giving me a head nod “you should send them to another cash, this may take a while”
So disappointed. I felt rushed and completely disrespected.
I hope this was an isolated incident and does not become the norm

This grocery store is okay. It has good variety and some good specials. Watching pricing closely though as it can be misleading. Also, customer service is inconsistent.

This is an excellent grocery store chain. The staff are very friendly, and helpful.

I’ll be doing my shopping here from now on, not Walmart.

Used the PC Express and was very happy with the attendant. I've had issues in the past using it and not getting the offers, she took my receipt before I paid and went through it with me to ensure I got all proper promos.

Worse place ever and very poor customer service and when getting hot meals employees very slow on getting order. And some are very rude

I LOVE this superstore. The staff are amazing, and it's such a family feel. Other superstores just dont compare

Great staff, mediocre selection of produce and often items on sale are out of stock for the entire length of the sale after 1 day. (yes, they offer rainchecks, but that requires a second visit).

I shop Sobey's/Superstore and sometimes Walmart for their best flyer deals. I now go to the Superstore first, which I get 50% of the on sale products i'm looking for, then I go to Sobey's to get the rest or not at all of my order. If the products are the same price at both locations I'll always give Sobey's my money because I leave there less frustrated than I do at the Superstore.

Maybe stock your shelves during the night - because on a Saturday morning by 9am I expect to see a grocery store fully stocked. It's the difference between becoming my go to grocery store to only shopping the loss leaders and spending the rest of my money at the competition.

It's a nice enough location enough for shady Riverdale. I haven't seen Archie or Jughead anywhere.

Great selection of everything. Some staff are a little on the low end of customer service. Bakery is great!

I brought a film into the store to be developed and they lost the film. They compensated me for the loss of my treasured memories with a $10 gift card and said they would call me about the lost film. I never ever received a call. That was a few years ago. Still waiting.
