Atlantic Superstore

Super cold, feels refreshing to walk into the store from the heat. I love the layout of the store. The pharmacy is right there as u walk in. So convenient. Super smart. Enjoyed going to that super store over all ever other one I have been to.

Personal are knowledgeable however the choice of vegetables was poor at best and for the selection that were available very overpriced. Have not shopped there for quite some time and will be a long time before I shop there again.

This is out to go store for Mexican and Indian items. Found Maseca for tortillas and rusk for chai.
There are many Asian products as well. Prices are comparable.

The pick-up service has gone down the toilet. Regularly charged for items but they short me the items. Occasionally get a bonus item that I didn't pay for (obviously someone else got shorted). It's now happened 3 out of the last 5 times. Going to Sobeys from now on.

Picked up fried chicken for supper, got it home and it was raw on the inside still. Called to make them aware, was told just go back and exchange. Told them I have a 23 month old that I needed to get dinner ready for before bedtime, wasnt as simple as going back out as I live on the Northside and was picked up on the way home. The person on the other end of phone almost so irritated by that response and said im transferring you to customer service. No apology, no nothing. Then was on hold.on hold.on hold. Finally gave up. Will be going into store next time im there to follow this up.

Very well stocked store, just about everything you can want out of a grocery store.

Superstore has a mandatory mask requirement but there were still a few customers walking around without masks on.

This was my first time at this store and the checkout line was very long, stretching all the way back through frozen goods. It took about 25mins to reach the check out.

Not sure of that is normal or the new normal because of Coronavirus.

I ve been shopping at smyth strt superstore for years.great store. Please bring balkanian white cheese or it is called "bulgarian feta" or "macedonian feta ". Also love to see more items from mediterrenian food.like turkish sujuk, baklava,

I understand we go through a tough time with this virus going on but their online shopping system is horrible! We are trying to have as less contact as we can with people around us so we choose to do online shopping. 1. The website doesn’t have all the products you find in the store ; 2. I did order bunch of stuff and when you get the product home it’s like a disappointing Christmas, you realize going through your bags what you didn’t get. After you place the order and you pay, the system should let you know if they have the product in stock or not! Or at least I should get an email/text telling me what’s available from my order or not so I can look somewhere else. Very very disappointed! Make sure you check your receipt when you get home because I did get charged for product I didn’t receive. The I had to call twice for somebody to be nice and to fix the problem.

We always love the 50% or "Enjoy Tonight" deals. Also, superstore has great sandwich meats that you can get, much better than the packaged meats, they are tastier anyway. We are always happy shopping here and will even drive over to the other side of Fredericton to come do our groceries here. Great service as well!

Good store, though it's older than the larger Superstores. Food selection is good and friendly staff. Prices are a bit steep though.

I like shopping here and have done so for many years. The quality of the produce is high, the variety is excellent and overall, I've usually found the prices cheaper than at Sobey's. Since the arrival of Costco, I've found it is sometimes cheaper to shop there for certain items, but the Atlantic Superstore and Walmart are my next stops for all of my remaining grocery items. There's ample parking space and it's only on rare occasions that I've found it congested inside the store.

Great store. If you are a student, don't miss out on Student Discount Tuesdays. 10% off of all groceries. PC points are also a great way to get more discounts. Good selection of food, from prepared, fresh, frozen, and more

I've always loved the Superstore. They have a wonderful selection of fresh fruit and veggies. Great cakes and desserts too. Their prices are competitive and it's affordable! The staff is wonderful too! They're always willing to help a customer in need!

Not much help available. Tertible set up with self checkouts leaving long line for an actual cashier. Next to no cashiers Sat am due to HQs idea that all cash open at 12.budget cuts suck. Seldom shop here anymore. Overkill on shelf sale or pseudo sale tags! Leaves one confused as to if actually got a good price or not? Terrible pricing fluctuation. 2 folks are employed changing tags regularly weekly full time.crazy.

Larger store, great selections, more variety. Expensive compared to Costco. Good alternative to Sobeys which costs you a body part.

Clean. Fast. Staff helped me find items quickly. The only issues I find is that it is a very big store so it's a long walk around. (currently getting better at walking from breaking an ankle) sometimes items are way cheaper than sobeys but hit or miss unless you follow the sales. Wish they had more cash registers open. I HATE those electronic self serve ones. Only good for when you have like 2 or 3 items.

I never shop here because I'm closer to other stores but whenever I'm in there everyone is friendly. The staff at the post office is always helpful and friendly

South side superstore are so much better than north side they have more products and their staff more nice specially night hours

I enjoy shopping at Superstore smythe st. Staff is friendly and helpful.
My only negative comments would be regarding the size of the store. Its the size of a city block which makes it tricky when I'm in a hurry. Overall well liked

CUSTOMER ALWAYS CHECK YOUR EXPIRE DATES!
I saw some frozen shrimp marked at $4.99. No sale sign, just a tag with $4.99 on a yellow background. I thought that a good deal and grabbed a few bags. Then I noticed all of the bags expire 2 days from now. I asked a staff member if they had any that were not going to expire in 2 days. I was told they were on sale because they were about to expire. Like said before, there was no sale signage, no original price, just $4.99 on a yellow background. The staff member told me the yellow background meant the item was on sale. Why didn't they just stick the pink half price stickers on? !? There was no signage stating that they would expire in 2 days. I told the staff member that, this is very deceptive, she agreed and said there's nothing she could do. She offered to take another 50% off, but that's not my issue. My issue is that this superstore is trying to trick people into buying nearly expired seafood. When I went to customer service to ask for a comment card, I was told they don't have any. I was given a piece of paper ripped out of a notebook. Very disappointed in this location.

They have live performances of piano music on Sundays. An interesting addition to your grocery shopping experience.

There food is usually of reasonable quality

Has everything we need for groceries, decent prices and a free piece of fruit basket for the kids (normally banana or oranges)

We’ve been using click and collect for a year now. It’s the best thing for busy families with kids who hate to grocery shop. Do yourself a favour.order online, arrive during the pickup time window, call inside, and the most lovely people bring your groceries straight to you. They’ll even put them in your vehicle for you while you stay warm inside. What could be better?

Good place for groceries. You can also do online shopping and later can be picked up at the store. International section has some Indian food: Pani Puri, BHEL Puri etc.

There wasn't a very good selection when I went in there. One of the times, in the middle of the week, they somehow had no chicken breasts out.

Both Northside and Southside store are quite good. On a few occasions I've had Southside staff cut me off when trying to get to a certain section (they weren't stocking shelves or moving a supply cart). Both stores would a higher rating if it weren't for how often I've encountered items on the shelf with no price.
