Very ignorant staff.especially mel.talked down to me.she shouldn’t work in a place with customer service.never going here again.

I love their made in store hot meals. Specifically the chicken tenders. I will eat all of them. I have deep pocket$, a hollow leg and not a care.

Oh and grocery shopping here is good too.

Main place to go grocery shopping. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm getting my prescriptions there for years cause my prescription run out they charge me 12$ to refill them before they would fax them to my doctor with covid its hard to get in to see my doctor.

Well kept, maintained and clean store.

You sometimes have to wait to go in, even when there seems to be low occupancy.

But when you do get in, things are well stocked and there is plenty of selection.

The food items are good, and the prices reasonable.

Large variety of items, and very helpful and friendly staff. I've never had any issues with this location. Decent prices and you can always find what you need. Points card is worth it! Definitely recommend this location as your grocer. Online ordering and 'contactless' pickup available.

Went in for a few specials. The cashier was great. Pointed out if I had a PC Optimum card I would save even more! Great service.

I only buy stuff we can't get from other stores here. Be careful buying anything with an expiration date, many items are close to or passed date. The pickup service is a bit ordinary too.

We always love shopping at SuperStore because of the great food choices. Since COVID, we've been doing the online ordering and then pickup. The service has been excellent and they are very good at communicating when there are substitutions we should know about. The pick-up is always very smooth and the employees are very friendly!

Man at the door who welcomes me in was nice, can’t say the same for the girl working cash 6 at around 2: 50pm on April 11. The man in front of me only had a few items left to be rung through, so I assumed like Walmart I could start loading my items onto the table and put a bar in front as to indicate they were mine. I guess not she told me don’t do that again next time in an unpleasant tone.

She then asks my age and for ID when ringing through the coolers I bought clearly only because I aggravated her in some way as I don’t look even close to a minor. Won’t be back with this unwelcoming service.

Edit - I understand the measures for covid 19. But I was never close to the man in front of me and neither were my items close to his, she was not pleasant about it.

Visited the greenhouse. They had no potting soil in stock and when I asked they told me I could just buy mulch instead! Girl was friendly but clueless.

Literally in Superstore North right now, none of the employees are social distancing. I've had to ask employees to please move or step back multiple times. Things are bad enough, don't need complacency to cause a second wave. Not ok

I understand we go through a tough time with this virus going on but their online shopping system is horrible! We are trying to have as less contact as we can with people around us so we choose to do online shopping. 1. The website doesn’t have all the products you find in the store ; 2. I did order bunch of stuff and when you get the product home it’s like a disappointing Christmas, you realize going through your bags what you didn’t get. After you place the order and you pay, the system should let you know if they have the product in stock or not! Or at least I should get an email/text telling me what’s available from my order or not so I can look somewhere else. Very very disappointed!

I was in the store yesterday [Thursday], purchased a turkey that was in a freezer, the sign said $1.49, never noticed until I got home, I was charged
$1.99. I am a senior, live in Minto or I would just take it back and hope I can find one for$1.49 a pound. Just thought I would tell you.

I was treated very rudely and unprofessionaly by two employees in the same visit. I called and left a message for the manager regarding the matter. I have yet to be contacted. I was a loyal customer for years. I will not return to this store again.

Building is showing its age badly. Long waits at few cash registers open. Pricey place for essentials.

Produce is always fresh and great quality. Staff are very helpful and easy to navigate around the store.

Great place with excellent service. Conveniently located next to McDonald's and CIBC, along with a small skatepark for the community.

Watch the sale prices; sometimes they jacked the price up to show a better discount. Sometimes smaller is cheaper by volume. Scamming errywerr.

Always enjoy the Farmer's Market apple pies! Clean store with lots of variety and reasonable prices.

You will walk out with a cart full of groceries feeling good about what you are taking away. Produce always on point and the deli always has a wicked good selection of hot/prepared foods.

Has food but not the items on sale. I asked for help and the employee went off apparently to get the item and I never saw her again. The costumer service said deli staff are useless and I should go to costumer service for help. The staff on cash was very good. I am very disappointed with the pc optimum points I don't receive at this store.

Produce (vegetables) at this store do not compare with the South side. Overpriced as well. Staff are excellent and store is very clean.

Had my first PC Express experience and it was a great one! My order was all ready on time. It was a delight to get a little thank package for trying it out!

Great variety, hard to find things and staff most of the time doesnt know where it is either.but if you check the flyers and keep your eyes open you can usually catch some really good deals.

I do a lot of my shopping here Superstore, Global Pets and Dollarama make it a very convenient location. Though even though they have a 4 way light sometimes it can be tough getting in and out the road doesn't seem very well planned.

Meh. I'm tired of having to check my receipt that they didn't double charge me. Multiple times this has happened now and customer service makes you feel like you stole it. Done at this store.

This superstore has a nice variety of products of neatly every type. It's international food section is much larger than that of Sobeys. The parking lot can be a bit tedious to leave if it's during an exceptionally busy time, but overall it is a pleasant enough grocery store.

I don't typically go to this Superstore anymore because I now live closer to other locations but I remember why I missed it. Smaller in size but has everything you need and you can get in and out pretty quick.
