Atlantic Superstore

Nous sommes des clients réguliers de ce magasin pour la commande à emporter. Nous venons une fois par semaine et à CHAQUE FOIS quelque chose ne va pas: salade périmée, viande à consommer sous 24h, articles indisponibles, articles manquants bien que payés.et à chaque fois il faut rappeler pour s'expliquer, y retourner pour se faire rembourser ou bien aller récupérer l'article manquant.c'est franchement pénible et décourageant. Le personnel (soit une vieille qui ne comprend rien, soit des étudiants qui s'en moquent) est nul, la direction ne voit rien ou ne veut rien voir. Non mais c'est quoi ce service clients minable en 2023? Sincèrement, quand on n'aime pas ce qu'on fait et qu'on ne comprend rien, faut dégager. De plus, un "bonjour" ça n'a jamais tué personne, ni un "bonne journée" d'ailleurs.

I really liked the layout of this store felt very comfortable. I got lots of great bargains here. They have a very nice produce and meat department.

The store is very nice. The first time I was there a few weeks ago o felt very welcome by the staff. I dont live in the area and I am English speaking only. The staff spoke English to me last time. However today I felt very unwelcome as the cashier only spoke in French even when she knew I only spoke English. It made me feel like I didn't belong there. She was so friendly to the person in front of me and the one behind me but they spoke French.

Ca fait plusieurs mois que je remarque sur ma facture que les article afficher en spécial en magasin ne sont pas tjrs en special sur la facture.on paye le plein prix meme si ces un special.et ce sur plusieurs articles.on se fait volé en pleine face.pis les caissières se dépèche a caisser le client pour passer a un autre client.mais elle ne sont pas de services.n aide meme pas a paqueter la comande du client dans les sacs.ces rendue affreux.les prix augmente.pluss on peut pu avoir de special on se fait charger le plein prix. (du vrai vol) on a pas de services.et les aliments ne sont plus frais du tout.

The selection and prices are excellent. But for some products the prices are wrong! As a rule, not in the direction of the client, so 3!

We in looking for Salads to have for a meal, I was disappointed at how poor the Salads were at this store.

Large variety but a lot of expired items, meat that's turned grey, etc. Someone needs to be checking stock to make sure things aren't already spoiled/expired.

Takes 30 minutes to pass at cashier real or automated, not enough cashiers as usual but this time it is even worst, a true shame to save a couple of dollars to be serve propely, IGA and Walmart thank you as we are shopping there and we did not have that problem.

Always has what you need and fast at check out. Not much waiting.
Prices a bit high i think.

Why is it? Supper store Edmundston does not help and support the people in need in the region. A donation box should be located near the cash out area; shopping customer could drop in a purchase for the food bank.

I went here to doing part of my grocery, I bought a big package of pepperoni slices, it cost me 10 dollars, very affordable for the quantity of delicious pepperoni. Also you can find all, not just grocery, you find also medications, clothes, electronics and more. I also considered your parking lot very big. Also, 2 gas stations are nearby. Thanks!

For the most part the store is clean and well stocked. There's not much help to be found on the floor and the cashiers act like they don't want to be there. The prices are reasonable at most. However, you can find some hidden gems if you look for them in the right place.

Nothing i cant find in groceries in there love it and been with PC mobile for about 10 years never had a better service elsewhere!

Very limited varieties of breads and other baked goods. Very pricey also compared to Ontario prices.

Clearly this store does not understand the charter of rights, not allowing me entrance at a public store with essential goods because I was not wearing a mask when I clearly stated I have a medical condition that exempts me from wearing one. You can not force a mask on someone, and it is illegal to ask for a reason or proof of mask exemption its called doctor patient confidentiality.

This time I was happy because the cashier helped me and even if I have asked for helped and asked her to maked sure that my bag was not to heavy because I had problems with my hip and knees if i does not show it doesn't mean that we don't need helped in this pendemy or not at least the cashier understand but some of them if you asked politely and tell them why but some cashier don't even care if you look fine or not some often say or do not think you need helped but this morning it's the first time that I was served very properly in a long long time I was really happy

I never order food from superstores buttt Francine and Lise made the BEST PIZZA EVER and the price was literally nothing it was not at all expensive and super good and made with all the lovee it was perfect! Thank you ladies!

Making mask mandatory in store is a great idea. Giving a disposable one at the door is excellent!

Les gens ne voient pas ou ne veulent pas respecter la consigne de sens unique dans les rangées. Ce matin j’en ait détourner plusieurs qui n’étaient pas contents après moi. Vous devriez placer une personne au bout des rangées pour diriger le trafic. Merci

The best grocery in town.
They got everything, it's a one shop stop. They have the self checkout so it make it a quick stop as well.

Very nice store, has almost everything, fruit and vegetables are fresh, staff polite and helpful, reasonably priced. Recommend.

Il est très grand et bien organisé, mais au comptoir des près à manger ils ont juste de la sauce aigre-douce.

Wide variety of great foods. Awesome cheese section. Joe Fresh clothes are a great value. Store is always clean with plenty of cashier's.

Very clean inside well laid-out store Very nice grocery store with a wide selection of other things I was able to find the things I was looking for a plus bought a swimsuit I could use at the hotel.

Great deals as always! Just love the points! Awesome and easy to accumulate. The staff should be more customer care oriented. Been using the self checkout option unless Mary anne or Rachel are on cash duty.

Have not been in this Superstore often but like any Atlantic Superstore, there's a lot to choose from.

Le temps d'attente au caise est plutôt long mais pour le reste les tablette et la propriété est bien

Many options available for all. From food to pharmacy and clothing its great. It has an elevator to be able to go to the second story for washrooms and dining room.
