Très belle expérience! L'endroit était très propre l'accueil chaleureux. Petit point peut être moins agréable le plancher de la salle de bain était tellement froid. Merci pour tout je recommande l'endroit

I found myself a bit stuck between two service NB visits, as they couldn't finalize something I needed done in Richibuctou one day - this meant that in order to avoid another day trip into NB from my home in eastern NS I would need to stay in NB for a night to go to Shippagan the following day.
Checked out hotels/cabins etc in the area, and this one caught my eye since it had pretty good reviews. I've gotta say, it's one of the better motels I've been to in the past few years!
I had absolutely no wifi issues as some have said (was pleasantly surprised by the speeds to be honest, they have a 5ghz and standard 2.4ghz wifi available - the 5ghz band is usually much faster but has a harder time with walls/floors/general range, so 2.4 is the standard for a lot of public wifi and it's not very quick - but the 5ghz wifi worked awesome in my room and I was easily able to download a movie on my phone within a few minutes. This might've just been lucky placement of my room compared to the router, but I saw multiple networks so thinking they may have expanded their infrastructure)
Cable in my queen room worked totally fine, 40+ channels (20 or so in french, but we're in Northern NB here folks) and the staff member who checked me in was a super nice softspoken guy who gave me the info I'd need to find my way around the town if I wanted food etc.
The lovely young woman who checked me out was also extremely pleasant.
Classic "small town maritimes" vibe, like some have said it's only got a pop machine + a microwave in the lobby, but my room had a minifridge, clean sheets, comfy bed, and AC/Heat control which is more than enough to keep me happy. It's a small town motel, so if you're rating it on a 'hotel' scale you might find it lacking some updates, but as far as motels in rural Canada goes, it was an easy 5 stars from me. IGA/co-op is close, several fast food restaurants close, alcoolNB right across the street. If I come back up this way again I'd definitely stay here again.
I did not find it to be loud, the room I was in had a window that faced the ocean + cranked open, was able to watch some dumb tv and sleep in til noon - they had 0 problem giving me an extension on checkout time, I get the feeling any reasonable request is considered when possible. Overall, it was a highlight to an otherwise frustrating situation where I was stuck in an unfamiliar town, but it really made my night a lot better than if I had tried to sleep in my car or even at another random small motel/cabin!

Notre accueil à été chaleureux! Mais pour ce qui est du confort et rapport qualité prix nous repasseront! 150$ 1 nuit le robinet d'eau chaude du bain ne ferme plus.la tv ne s'allumait pas! Certes le réceptionniste est venu réparer le tout mais reste que l'expérience n'a pas été top. La vue est magnifique et l'endroit très calme.
