Visited Bell store today. Received excellent service from Sanket. Highly recommended.

Lesser coverage, even in the middle of Moncton or Halifax.
Questionable billing practices (hard to follow the charges and never able to get the price of the monthly plan I chose)
Good service, quite responsive, but very disappointing mobile experience.

Service is always swift and compromising. Alex has always been an amazing communicator and consistent person to work with!

The sales guy wasn't as helpful as I needed and none of the phones I was interested in we're in stock. I ended up purchasing at the bell store in Riverview the same day.
