I brought my Audi q3 in for a few warranty issues, one issue was solved, but they replaced the battery in my key fob, without letting me know. The 12$ is not the issue, the communication is the issue, concerning the second issue they charge me for taking a look at it just to confirm what I told them and said this is not covered under warranty but my vehicle is still under full manufacturing warranty, instead of letting me know that their might be a cost to look at it if it's not under warranty, they went ahead and charge me for it as well. I will never got back to this dealership ever. I have a hunch that they don't want to do it under warranty is because I didn't purchase my vehicle from this dealership. I love my Audi, but I will go elsewhere to get it look at.

Second time Audi owner, and I would have bought out our vehicle lease if our experience was different at the Moncton store last month.

We drove over two hours to view the new Q7, and other high end vehicles to compare, and narrow my options, and be sure we were going to keep the Q7.

I was a lover of my car so it was not a product issue, and I do hope my choice does not let me down however, I do have a moral standard for client service and lets just say, that all excuses aside, it seemed to us as we stood around waiting on them dealing new deals, that the existing customers were not the important ones.

As more clients passed us by and we continued to stand around, my husband decided I was not going to keep the car and we left.

Whether directly intended or not, the feeling of being ignored at Audi that day over all other companies we visited where we were not just another client but we were served, and supported from the moment we walked in the door. That is what selling an 80-90K+ car is all about.service from the start to the finish and throughout the term.

Perhaps Audi needs to put on more staff to deal with the over flow or perhaps they do not have enough sales there to warrant the staff but, either way, that was a loss for Audi for sure. I now drive a brand new vehicle and it is as expensive as the Q7.

Audi lost for sure. I had to leave one star so it is for the vehicle

I bought a preowned non Audi vehicle at this dealership this past week. Louis, Stevens and Alex patiently answered all my questions regarding the transaction and the vehicle itself. Very gentle and knowledgeable team. Car was detailed and with a full gas tank by the time of delivery. Great experience.

I recently purchased an A3 from this facility. My salesman, Louis was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He contacted me through my preferred method of contact and catered a certain Audi I was looking for. Throughout the process, Louis and his team did a formidable job making me feel at ease and making me a new proud owner of the Audi brand. Love my A3. I will be back for an S3 in the future.

Excellent and professional experience. When they ask what type of vehicle that you want they explain all of the details. Gives you more time to make a decision as they don't over force and pressure you on buying at that minute. They give you time to make a decision on the vehicle Class that you are interested in with no hidden fees. You already know your monthly price with tax. Or if you want to lease the same thing you know your price. I had an excellent experience with Audi and was treated well.

I had an excellent service from this dealer. I was driving from Quebec to the cabot trail when my passenger side wheel bearing fail on my Q5. I had to set an appointment fast to be back on the road. I called on the monday morning and got it fixed the same day (2 hours job). The staff that work there are true professional. Thank you

Had an electrical problem on my Audi S4 2015, I dont usually go to dealerships, but my garage said it was a problem with the ABS control module. The piece on its own is 4000$ msrp. Took the car to Audi Moncton and was greeted by amazing staff who took more than good care of me, took them under 2 hours to find out there was corrosion in the main harness and had replacement wiring in stock! My faith in dealerships has been restored. Thank you team audi Moncton

Recently bought an Audi Q8 Quattro from Simon. What a pleasure dealing with him. He met us when we came through the door with a big smile and asked how he could help us. The rest is history. He was very knowledgeable about the Q8 and accompanied us on the test drive. The handling and engineering is amazing. I told Simon the seat hugged me when I did the test drive. Needless to say I was sold. Simon’s professionalism, knowledge, kindness and exceptional customer service was for sure 5+ stars. He contacted me in my preferred method which was awesome. Also I highly recommend Simon and Audi Moncton for a “cut above the rest” for their exceptional customer service. As I told Simon when we picked up our Q8.he turned two GMers of over 50 years to proud Audi owners and I know we will be back. Kudos to Simon!

Having had the opportunity to deal with many auto dealerships over the years, I can highly recommend the exceptional and friendly customer service offered by Moncton Audi. I would like to especially mention the professional assistance received from Simon Ferron and Alex Cormier. They both were very accommodating, informative, and patient in sharing their extensive knowledge of the workings of the Audi technology.

I highly recommend that you visit them at the Dealership if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle. Thank you Simon and Alex for making our experience of purchasing a new vehicle such a very positive one.

I've bought 5 cars from 4 dealerships over the years and Audi was hands down the best experience I've had. Louis, Derrick, Steven and Alex took excellent care of me and my new to me car. They make sure you are comfortable and offered a no pressure buying experience. I've never felt more comfortable buying a car in my life. Definitely recommend Audi Moncton!
