Auto City Fredericton

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Auto City over the past 3 years. Both experiences were just awesome. Just recently I was looking for a certain vehicle and they found a way to the vehicle for me! The service from Austin & Jayme are outstanding. They are probably one of the only dealers I know that make sure their vehicles are checked over and fixed before selling. They go above and beyond and I couldn't recommend a better place in the city to purchase a vehicle from! STELLAR!

Purchased a 2014 Hyundai Accent on June 11,2020, transmission started slipping after 1 week. Owner asked us to bring it back, they said they would replace the transmission so they sent it to Jensons on Nothside, AutoCity supplied the transmission, I was under the impression it was a new transmission but after only 50,000 Km all gears are slipping and needs to be replaced. Now I am told that the transmission must have had a ton on miles on it and was probably the cheapest transmission he could find. Can’t blame Jenson’s as they just installed the transmission the dealership gave them. I called the owner of the dealership and asked about what they could do and he said things happen, I asked what he meant by that and he kindly said and I quote. ‘ It’s time you put on your big boy pants and pay for your own vehicle repairs’. I thanked him for his attitude and hung up.
He now claims he did the right thing by stepping up by putting an old used transmission with super high mileage on it that ended up lasting only 50,000 km…
I wouldn’t buy anything from AutoCity again.

Stopped by to look at the electric motorcycles out front and get info on them. A woman came out and described the features of the bikes with me. Thanks.
