The veteranians are great the front staff is is not very good when sending paperwork to send to my pet insurance. I called 3 times ti have paperwork sent to my email for my cat and been on hold for 18 minutes with no response back to frim the front staff as to why I was on hold that long. Horrible service didn't seem to care if I called in the morning to complain about her

A week and a half ago, we had to make the hardest decision to put our cat Mooka down, a cat that I've had for almost 14 years and was my absolute best friend. I left knowing my decision was the right decision from the support at Avenue Animal Hospital. They handled everything very sensitively, gave us the proper time needed to say our goodbyes, and were just all around respectful.
Thank you Avenue Animal Hospital, and thank you even more for the card we received in the mail with Mooka's paw prints. It'll be treasured.

They took good care of my little kitty cat.and all of my other pet through the years

As someone who has a reactive dog, I would expect more from a vet hospital to try and care for him a little harder and make him feel as comfortable as possible. My dog is not aggressive, he’s reactive when scared and/or anxious. Every time my boyfriend and I tried to bring him here for a checkup, they acted like he was the worst animal to walk into their hospital. We tried to get him neutered but as we were sitting there at his appointment, they told us they wouldn’t neuter him because he was “too aggressive”. We took him in there for vaccinations/boosters and the vet that had him did handle him very well, (I wish I caught their name), but it was only 1 person out of everybody in there that treated him like he wasn’t a monster.
