Avis Car Rental

POOR SERVICE! No desk personnel to talk that's why I called their phone number more than 10x but No one is answering and you need to go to their booth for some important safety matters but still you need to wait for atleast an hour before they showed up even if it's not a break time! Horrible rental services! Moncton Airport Avis/Budget Car Rental is Badly NOT Recommended!

Received a car with bald tires, one had a buldge in the sidewall. Car was also not clean. HORRIBLE and put my family at risk.

The car I was given shook like crazy when braking.prob wouldn't pass safety inspection

The car provided for my rental was clean, nice, and well equipped with options. Pickup and drop-off was easy. Will definitely rent from them again.

Quick and easy check-in. Was given an upgraded vehicle class. It made a huge difference for our 2 week trip/rental. Experience was very effortless.

Vehicle was smaller than reserved. Oil change light continually came on. Hard shift in transmission. The vehicle had no get up and go. Probably worst vehicle we have ever rented.

The lady working at the alvis&budget doing her best to shut down the business. She is just making things worse, not helping the customers at all. Eventually, just sitting there all day for no good reason and doing less than bare minimum.

Rented from the Moncton Airport location and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. Staff was friendly and efficient and the car ran flawlessly. Returning the car was quick and easy.

Ali looked after all my needs, and found my black leather gloves in the car before my flight. He went over and above. Very professional and everything was done efficiently and quickly so I could be on my way before dark. Ali is at the Moncton Airport and is an outstanding employee for you at Avis!

After calling every rental company around the lady here stayed to rent me a car.
Super clean ride.
I will definitely be doing more business here.

I originally book a BMW and received a call two weeks later telling me they didn't have any BMW's but they would give me a Hyundai, extreme difference. At this point it was too late for me to look around for an alternate rental. When I arrived they had a Nissan Kicks which although better than a Hyundai, was a very base model. When we arrived back to drop off the car, we walked by a BMW in an AVIS spot, we will never go to AVIS again and will be sure to tell our friends not to go as well, we will not deal with a company who lies, cannot be trusted and charges such excessive rates for a one week rental for very base transport (our final bill was $1196.83)

I really find it strange that in the middle of winter the cars have no winter tires and if you want a car with them you have to pay extra. I don't have the impression you guys take your customers security seriously. This is completely ridiculous!
The lady at the desk was nice, the only reason I'm giving more than 1 star.
