Living uptown I find this location so much easier for me. Helpful when I called about available cars/truck and found it straight forward process like other rental agreements I've previously done. No problems. Wished at times the cost was cheaper. Car was exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. Did relax and enjoy my trip.

Wonderful rental experience. I left my glasses in the car (while wearing sunglasses) and Justine ran them to the cruise ship just in the nick of time. Very easy to find - walk off your ship and take a left. 2 short blocks and you are there. We were in for less 5 minutes and had very clean rental with a clean windshield! (Greatly appreciated by one who travels regularly.) AVIS went above and beyond and saved my vacation!

I called for an explanation about multiple holds on my credit card for one car rental.
I'm hold responsible of any expense on my business credit card.
Avis person on the phone wasn't able to help. I talk to 3 persons each time I have to give my name, reservation number, my phone, for Identification, etc.to forward me to another for exactly same questions and no response to my question.
I expect more professional on front desk.

Excellent and friendly service. Rented multiple times now and I can only say that it is the best place to rent a car. Excellent service all the way around. There is a very good choice of vehicles to choose from and all of them very comfortable. The staff wonderful to deal with.
