Le repas est correct mais le service pas au niveau!
Les employés sont tellement pas serviables et peu aimables.

The manager there was extremely unkind to the employees and customers. While enjoying a meal with my family today, I noticed that the two girls working at the front interact with customers and offer excellent service. The manager here last year was significantly better than the one here today, and that's all I have to say. Everyone was being yelled at by the new manager.

I love the food here, but man oh man are the workers here something else. While I am sitting trying to eat my meal all I can hear is the staff swearing, talking negatively about other co-workers (sorry to whoever stacey and cooper are), and if they weren't trash talking each other the female coworkers were all either texting or taking pictures with each other in full view of other customers. Since when did A&W become a high school and not a professional work environment. The staff need a lesson on decency and discretion.very sad

Food was great as usual at A&W.
Tense atmosphere vibe from employees. Not was expected.
Very clean washrooms and restaurant. Just the mood of the place was off.

Food always tastes amazing, however in the years I went here, they always seemed to forget an item, where it be fries or a burger, they just never quite completed my order correctly. So I'm gonna have to rate this place with a three star review

I've only in your twice and it was okay. The first time was amazing eggs were cooked right the bacon was crispy in the toast was perfectly burnt and the orange juice was cold. The second time though. The eggs were not cooked right at all the bacon was almost raw and the toast was so sloppy and cold. And the orange juice was warm. It really depends on the day you come

Just stopped for a quick bite, left without eating. On duty supervisor could not speak English, completely screwed up the order and tried to charge combo price for a hamburger. Absolutely terrible when you can't get a meal at this place. I will definitely never go back.

Food and service are always good, when it comes to A&W this is one of the cleanest I have been to.

So thought id try the new smoothie with my meal. Regular size and only 3/4 full. When I asked if she could fill my drink she replied that the machine does it automaticaly. Thats the case why even have sizes? Why did i pay extra?

Amazing full breakfast for fast food.
All their food is delicious. Their prices are alittle more then their Big Burger competition across the road but food is of better quality IMO. Beautiful new building great location. Right off the highway take your first right and the towns popular shopping/food area.

Good food better than the other burger places. One of the pricer take outs but you get what you pay for.

Evening Staff appear to be hating life. On phone and vaping vs working. How dare we make an order and disturb them. Even got cussed off "ffs go to DQ". Lol pardon.

We are today for lunch at noon; we ordered for takeout. A few minutes afterwards, we received our order, namely a Teen Burger Combo, another Teen Burger, Onion Rings and two Rootbeers.
The two burgers and fries were "cold" to the touch and taste - we ended up throwing them as well as the fries in the garbage. We shared the onion rings and drank our beverages.
In a rush, and heading to Montreal, we just left without complaining. This eating experience was disastrous and we wasted our hard earned money on "cold" burgers and fries. Quite disappointed in terms of their food!

Sold out of hot dogs and whistle dogs? Don't see too many fast food places sell out of menu items.

My preference for hamburgers is to have them very hot. After travelling all day, was really looking forward to a HOT burger. Unfortunately the Grampa Burger was just warm. (They do not have a microwave to warm them up).
The staff were nice.

Doesn't gave frozen root beer even the buddy asked if I wanted and the onion rings r supper expensive for how many you get and they were hard as hell no need to make them break a tooth. Plus like no seasoning at all would have had better flavor just frying up onions with butter. Plus where is the receipt like if u don't give a receipt there is no proof I was there and can't even take back the garbage you gave me.

They were a bit slow but nothing to crazy, great customer service however the meat or the veggies might have been bad we all woke up in compromised positions so to speak. Check the temps on the cvaps and warmer to ensure adequate temp on held food. To decrease drive thru time place one staff member taking money and order and have another fulfilling and bagging with one strong kitchen staff for night shifts will ensure product rotation and less waste.

Not bad of a place. Half decent service. But I don’t understand how I can wait for sweet potato fries every time I order them and when I eat them they’re still like raw and hard every time too. They’re always hard or super soggy like wet. Not with grease but like watery but always constantly undercooked. Consistency is great. But when you’re doing something right. This? No there’s also always other bits of food in them too. Like onion rings and fries and other weird things mixed into the sweet potato fries. So odd. I wanna enjoy what I pay for. At least get the fries cooked.

Remember to check your bags when you go here. I go usually every week or two and it's usually good but they do seem to forget items you've paid for time to time. Food is great

Consistently gets my order wrong, ruined yet another dinner for me tonight. Read it back just fine yet it was wrong. Do better quality control

Not sure what changed with the onion rings but they are super delicious now. The seasoning is way tastier.

Wow! Very very very clean restaurant especially the washrooms! It's very rare for fast food especially busy ones to have exemplary cleanliness but this one is hands down!
This is your normal a&w but with very friendly staff and clean space.

It's a great place yo eat. The service is quick and everyone is polite. And it's kept very clean.

Seems overly expensive. Food is good, restaurant is clean, but they must be one of, if not the most expensive fast food joints around.

When I order for the family I have had to go back and get a missing item. Check before you leave on large orders.

Ordered using the A&W app. Upon arrival to Drive Thru order was ready and I received exactly what I've ordered. Food was hot, delicious and the burgers were not falling appart.

The food here is always great, the customer service needs improvement. Typically in the morning they are not ready to serve burgers and ask you to wait. They are short and stern, instead of welcoming and apologetic when asking. I visit this A&W regularly and have realized this is a everyday issue.

Best Burgers and breakfast out there Always quick at the drive thru. If they do happen to have a problem they will look after it. Great Staff and Management. Thanks for the great service

A&W is a speedy restaurant with amazing staff and are very friendly and have a clean restaurant

Came in today a meal with brother are meals were disappointing, we asked for well done fry but they came out barely warm, are eggs were discoloured and old, coffee was old and burnt, and are burgers were dry and and didnt taste right.

Great food. They have speedy service and the food was perfect for what I wanted. Will definitely be back

Best fast food hands down. The rebrand that knits together a modern vibe with 50s diner was perfectly executed. All while making a great effort to be environmentally conscious in both menu and store policy. Oh and the root beer needs no introduction.

This restaurant used to have inaccurate service. But since the new year I find the service really good.

I am highly allergic to cheese and every time I go in I tell them I have an cheese allergy and every time I pull away there’s extra cheese on my food. It’s pretty bad I have to quit eating at my favourite fast food because they don’t understand an allergy

Quality of food was excellent, but waited almost 30min at the drive through window. It was worth the wait.

Overall a great spot. I exclusively order between midnight and 5am. I am rarely refused food at these hours and I dont ever get refused beef even at 5am. Do note they make everything fresh as you order so wait times are a little longer than competitors.

Good food, but for whatever reason this location always seems to be a bit slow. I don't know if it's a staffing thing or whatever. Regardless everyone is very nice and I have never gotten anything I wouldn't call great to eat.

Standard A&W offerings. Restaurant is kept clean. Staff are friendly and reminded customers of the specials on at that time.

Great place to stop for a classic burger. Famous for its own Brand of Root beer. Very smooth no need for ice. All the burgers are named after family members from teen to grandpa. Has a vegetarian and Keto options on most menue options. Fast drive in and clean washrooms.

Received food rather quickly and it tasted great! The cashier was polite and had no mistakes while I was in the restaurant eating.

Pretty decent vegetarian options for fast food. Slower service than other options (like McDonald's), but the flavor is better.

I have been a fan of A&W since my teen yrs. Last night my wife and I went thru drive thru and ordered our food. I was looking forward to that Teen Burger. I took the 1st bite and it was the grosses burger I have had ANYWHERE. The bun must have been sitting out on the counter all day it was stale. The patty was as tough as shoe leather and was as dry as all get out. Shame.

We had the chubby chicken meal deal with coupon. Excellent taste, great service, very clean. The only issue I have is that without the coupon, it's very expensive.
