Tired of being asked to pull ahead to wait for my food when no one is in the line. The food is consistently great.

We like coming here but are sad to be discrimated because we are Caucasian. My boyfriend asked if they were hiring not long ago, they said no, they're full. We went in today and they were again training someone only of their culture

I have received good service from heather and haylee while I ordered a poutine and the kids something to eat

Food was good counter personnel Halee very unfriendly and the management should do something about the black flies that swarm the pop machine

WoW what happened to A&W? I was in there the other day, and had a spoiled little Saint John girl serve me and my workers, I believe her name was Hailey, Very disrespectful, and not very astute, she has to be family, just saying, no real owner would have this type of worker serving the public with that spoiled attitude. The food was not even edible, i threw out my chicken pieces after one bite. I went and bought chips and coke at the variety store. The fries were cold and they gave us enough ice to fill an ice cooler, Hardly any root beer in the cup, just ice, all ice.
Our crane operator wanted sauce and he had to pay for it, LOL, at least give 1 sauce, then charge if he wanted an extra one.my god. Well at least they had one Saint John person working there (Hailey) out of about 7 workers, LOL. None of us will be going back to this one or any of the others in saint John. Have a good day.

It didn't seem overly busy but thought it was little slow as I had to wait a while for my meal.

Got a root beer float and the ice cream was like a watery ice hockey puck that they dump into a thing of root beer. They are now open 24hrs. If your gonna go here just go in to enjoy your food that way you can get that sweet sweet frosted mug that they are known for.

Just placed an order for 4 meals and the only thing fresh was the chicken strips.onion rings were falling apart and tasted like theyve been sitting, the fries were definitely not fresh, my Mama burger was missing toppings but the other was not and they definitely werent fresh either. We go to A&W because most times the food is always hot and fresh and this wasnt like when we usually ordered. Disappointed with this order.

At lunch time it was busy. But they know how to make the line move and quality of food was perfect

I went with my mother, who ordered a mama burger with extra pickles. It cost 50 cents for the pickles, there was 3 slices. A week later we went again, she didn't bother getting "extra" pickles this time, guess how many pickles were on it. 3, after they charged her extra for having the same amount a week before.

Great place, awesome stuff and nice coffee. Definitely recommend and add to that as a westsider, it a far better place than MacDonald or Timmy overall.

It looks nice! I would like to be able to give you my take on the food, however I have no comment. Since I have not tried it yet, Or know when it opens, But stay tuned! I will let you know Peace and blessings

Me & my boyfriend were here tonight for our first time & 10/10 experience, amazing customer service & everything was super fresh & tasted great! Best fast food I’ve ever had by far!

Went there for a walk in breakfast this morning and while there it did not seem overly busy but service was very slow. I was not asked for any proof of vaccination. My initial order was wrong and had to be redone. Breakfast sandwiches seemed quite greasy, the English muffin was not toasted and the whole thing just fell apart. Appreciate the fact that it had just opened recently and will probably take some time for service to be improved but was disappointed in our food.

Best of the fast food burgers in my opinion, and who doesn't love a frosty mug of root beer. Service was great.

This location just opened and I was amazed at how well the staff was trained. They were super busy but we had our.order in just a few minutes. We had an awesome experience. Job well done and welcome to West Saint John.

Was there today, Opening day. Food was hot, Kudos to the staff whom were all friendly and helpful. No one minded being asked for Vac cards or ID, maybe why drive thru busy, my friend went through drive thru said fast and efficient. Building is nice set up, also nice area to eat outside. Parking area also good set up.

Happy yous came to the West Side.

First time coming to the new location. Great service and amazing food. The owner is also amazing walking around making sure everyone is enjoying their time.
