Kamil and the team at Azena Property Management (APM) have been one of the sole reasons we continue to invest out in Moncton. Being a remote landlord it is difficult to manage without a team on the ground you can rely on that will have both your tenants' and your own best interests at heart which has not been a concern with APM. No one is perfect and there are tons of PM operations in NB that give the PM industry in the region a bad rep however Kamil strives for excellence and will be transparent and open with his communication and advice whether good news or bad.

His background in policing and overall knowledge in investments allows him to be more than just a PM company and more of an advisor to ensure optimal ROI, Tenant satisfaction and overall ease of property ownership. I have been struggling with property managers in Moncton, and have been told by other investors that there were no good options.
After contacting 8 different Property Managers in Moncton I decided on Azena.
It's been a couple months since I started working with Azena to manage my property and my experience so far has been great!
They have been very responsive and have excellent communication! They are always willing to discuss and/or explain any of my questions.
They have very good systems and screening processes.
Their assistance and management of my property has been very attentive and good recommendations and pictures provided.
As they are also landlords for their own properties the understand my perspective.
Kamil at Azena has found 1 tenant for me so far and I look forward to working with them going forward.

UPDATE: Its been over a year and there have been some issues with the service received. The level of service received before has changed. Changes in their processes and procedures have not been communicated. Communication about tenants leaving was not done until I realized that I didn't get their rent.
Accounting is having it's issues too.
Many people have been hired to do the work but no communication about this has been made to me - I find out about someone new handling this when the issue comes up.

Azena Property Management truly stands out as the best in property handling and management. Their swift resolution of issues and conflicts, particularly in maintenance, security, and safety matters, is commendable. Owning a vacation rental and entrusting Azena to manage it we are completely dissatisfied. They upsold renovations, inventory, cleanings, and electronic packages. They promised listings on multiple platforms which did not happen, accounting lacked transparency and payments were either late or nonexistent. They required 4 sets of linens per guest, and after a summer of sporadic rentals 50% is missing or damaged through laundry. Twice we went there and the property was not cleaned properly and wet linens were in the machines. Airbnb offer a better service with a much better %. Upon terminating our contract, instead of paying us for our last guest they sent a random bill.

I would recommend Azena property management to anyone looking for a professional property management company! They go above and beyond to help their clients.they are very responsive to your needs and wants. They are always available day and evening to respond to any questions you may have as well.

I cannot rate Azena management highly enough. My fridge broke and it was replaced with a brand new refrigerator of the same size within a week. You’re actions speak Which is quite impressive.
As far as Property maintenance, He (Dan) has by far been the best I’ve dealt with, his willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills has made my leasing period very easy.

Azena Property management is the best property management in town, with genuine care for its clients. The owner is a Police officer who grew weary of hearing terrible stories from rental owners as well as renters and decided to invest into a business that would limit such issues and provide excellent services. Azena goes the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and takes the responsibility of managing properties to the next level.

Azena is always on target when it comes to something needs fixing. Someone always comes with a smile on their face and very friendly. The company is very efficient and great to work with as well. The people that represent are very friendly and always helpful.
