The work they did on my car was great. However, the day they told me to pick my car up and also informed my insurance that the rental was no longer needed, they said I would have to bring my car in for some final touch ups which would take a day. My question was, why not wait til it was 100% complete. Had to look around for a drive. On my way home, I heard a loud whistle around my door, only to find out a new door frame was needed. Which did get done, 3 months later. I would shop around if I needed body work done again.

I have never gone through having to put my car in the shop for a few days, they handled everything, allowing me to feel comfortable with the process. Not only did they fix my car (got rear-ended) in only 3 days, but they also checked on all my cars liquid levels and fixed my tire pressure light, and cleaned my car! Honestly went above and beyond my expectations! A great, trusting place to bring your car! Thank you!

I had some collision damage repaired by Bamford two years ago. I must say the actual collision damage was repaired really quite well, to the point that you can hardly notice anything.

Unfortunately that’s where the good news ends.
While repairing the damage they somehow managed to cut several small gouges into the plastic trim and the leather seat. After an initial accusation that the damage was already there, the owner unhappily agreed to replace the damaged leather, but not the trim.

On top of the accident damage, I also had paid for them to fix the scuffed-up driver’s doorsill. They claimed this was a simple job, and wouldn’t be any trouble at all. When I went to pick-up the car I could see from several feet away, that while they had managed to remove the scuff marks, the new paint job was bubbling-up everywhere along the doorsill. The owner agreed this was not good and swore to rectify it. A week later when I picked-up the car after-hours the doorsill looked just as poor.

Being slightly annoyed at this point, in-between calling back to get it fixed yet again, I left a negative review online at a different site. The owner apparently did not take terribly well to hearing about the review, and when I called to setup the follow-up appointment, actually refused to honour the warranty on his work. He claimed the negative review disqualified me from having it done and said he wouldn’t touch the car again as long as the review was up, and went on to yell at me for having posted it.

I’d recommend going anywhere else if you need to have bodywork or accident damage repaired.
Not an experience I would want someone to have.

The service on my Lexus badly damaged by a car driving into the front passenger side (not my fault) was well and efficiently carried out. I also asked for repair to some damage incurred earlier by me, for which I had not used insurance coverage. This too was very well done. I particularly appreciated small touch-ups that were carried out without charge. All staff were very pleasant.
