My tree stand order arrived in a timely manner. Prior to store pickup, I received an email informing me that one of the stands had received some damage in transit. The Moncton store reordered another one once they noticed this and informed me promptly. Their attention in this matter saved me 50 extra miles of fuel in picking up my order. Much appreciated, Murray
It must have been dog days when I went because there were probably 20 dogs in the store and I had to leave because of severe allergies. Apparently dogs spend more money there than people because dogs are prioritized over asthma and allergy sufferers. I probably will never go back
Just wanted to know if u still fixed bows and gun sights ect apparently not in your web site service sucks.u used to be the best now I really don't know what you (the store) is. Another online great guess
Great service provided when we bought 2 kayaks, paddles and PDF's. Gave boat color options, advice on the right size paddles and even helped load the kayaks onto the truck.
Big store with lots of inventory and wonderfully decorated. Staff is super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. One stop shop for anyone who loves the outdoors.
Used to be a good location but poor service and selection now. I get that I have to wait 20min outside in a line up due to covid on a Saturday but what I don't get is the lack of staff as it took me 15 min to get served do to having one staff member in the footwear dept. Wanted to buy rubber boots. Lady that already seemed annoyed advised don't have it in my size for that particular type so I asked what size 9 in boots she had she pointed one type then walked away. No "will be right back". Nothing left me just sitting there so after 10 min I walked out. That's 45min of my time wasted went and got my boots elsewhere and took 20min. And this not the first time that I have asked a question and either been told they don't have it and come to find out they actually did as staff either did not ask or educate themselves to find out or seemed to busy to want to deal with it. So I don't think I will be stepping in to Bass Pro for a while.too bad as I have liked bass pro in the past and purchased tons of stuff from them before but seems that things have changed for the worst.
A little disappointed and annoyed driving from Saint john to moncton for stuff in the flyer and them not having it.no offer on rain checks from within the store
Un magasin toujours agréable où l'on y offre de nombreux produits de qualité pour les activités comme la chasse, la pêche ou toutes autres activités extérieures. À visiter.
Honestly I was more a cabelas guy. But it is the largest hunting and fishing store if you need something. I just found cabelas staff were always well trained and knowledgeable. The few times I had to talk with someone at bass pro they read me the label. Lol. I can do that myself.
Pas assez de grandes taille en rayon. Le staff est toujours génial. Les choix sont nombreux pour beaucoup de produits. La qualité des produits Bps est correct.
They Know There Stuff! And If They Don't, They Can Find Out The Answer Very Quickly. Directed Me Straight To The Correct Area Of The Store. Found What I Was Looking For And The Staff Helped Me Learn A Bit More About The Item I Was Purchasing, Teaching Me A Few Things I Didn't Already Know. I Was Very Impressed. Plus The Look And Feel Of Their Stores Are Great!
Lot of great deals there. Women's clothing brand is very nice and affordable. They also charge for their large shopping bags, which should be free! Come on you guys, I spent about $296.00 and had to buy a bag for ten cents afterwards! Which you should of gave away for such large purchases! I'm surprised you don't charge to use the washrooms!
Lots to choose from, so much so I was having trouble locating a sale item and there wasn't an associate around to offer help. I roamed for quite some time and unfortunately that day my stomach was upset. I QUICKLY located the facilities. Much to my chagrin I overstayed my Welcome in the Loo. Two reasons told me this 1) my legs had fallen asleep 2) a not so discreet floor walker burst in for the second time as I was washing my hands at the sink. He forcefully swung open the door to the stall I was in. Apparently he didn't find what he was looking for or there was something unpleasant in there. In any event he made a hasty retreat out the door without using the facilities. I returned to my shopping feeling a bit lighter. This time with Purpose I sought out some help, I obtained my items and headed straight to the cash, only to be eyeballed up and down, up and down by the security man as if I had 6 goose decoys under my coat. I finally got to the cash and paid for my items only to realize the most expensive item that was on sale did not ring up on sale as stated in the flyer. I mentioned this to the cashier and she brought me to CS for the refund. (isn't a consumer suppose to get an additional 10% off if it rings up incorrect? My wife told me this after the fact when she got home and I recounted my Indoor Adventures at Bass Pro. She knows this as she is a Store Manager for a Large Canadian Chain). True story, I couldn't make this S*** up. Thank you for your time
I tried to return REDHEAD brand "lifetime guaranteed socks", I had bought a few years ago and was told that they no longer sold those and the socks that I was trying to return weren't the ones covered by the lifetime guarantee anyway. They were, I bought those socks when I worked at that Basspro. Long story short after a bit of back and forth with the Manager on Duty I got my exchange. So don't expect to get lifetime socks there anymore.
Ok just everyone knows I am a STICKLER for good service. I am easily triggered by bad service. I have to admit this place runs a tight ship. AMAZING SERVICE to say the least. I walked up to the atvs and was greeted within seconds by Marcel. He was friendly knowledgeable and welcomed me to the province as we just moved to nb. He was very thorough and pleasant to chat with. Then we walked over to the winter boots and were met by Jeff first then Adam. We talked boots, best brands, went out of his way to show me a 400$ to compare with what i had in mind. Picked the boot I wanted, proceeded to the cash and was asked by the cashier "did you make sure both are the same size? "Honestly never thought to look at the other boot to make sure it's the same size. Good thinking, also asked to round off my purchase for a small donation. Again, well thought and executed. All in all it was a fantastic experience. 5*
A giant store with staff that scurry like rats. I was browsing for over a half hour looking for ATV accessories and GPS accessories and not one staff asked if I needed help. Lots of staff but nobody wanted to engage with the customer. I put back the $700 in merch I had in hand and left. I should not have to chase staff for help.
Was going to buy a new scope for my rifle and other things. Was at the counter for 30 minutes and everyone around got served except me. Even people who showed up after I did got service. Very unimpressed with Bass Pro Dieppe. Wanted to buy a $700 but nobody would serve me. So I promptly left. Maybe I'll find another place to buy a scope and accessories for my rifle.
I purchase a flannel shirt online I was given an option for free shipping I chose the free shipping option and then it showed additional shipping charge $3.44.on my final bill they changed the wording and called it an adjustment. I called online to inquire what that was for they said I would have to go to the store to do an adjustment. That they could not adjust the charge online. Just be aware that if you do need customer service for online transactions hopefully you are close to a Bass Pro store because online truly cannot take care of your needs. Cannot give stars because management didnt think it through.
