Thank you for suggesting the way of getting my vehicle down to the dealership. Even though I got Roadside Assistance when I purchased my car, I forget that I have it. I honestly didn't think that you would even get to look at it today. Imagine my surprise when you called me early afternoon to tell me that all was well and that a ride would be coming to get me shortly. Your associate, at the counter, was also lovely and explained what was discovered. Seeing that a bucket or two of beach sand had been vacuumed was also a nice surprise. I truly appreciate how today went down. Customer service is alive and well at Bayside Hyundai.thank you.

The way they fussed over me, was different in a good way. I related to them, they understood right away. Mr. Roy, sales mgr, greeted me and introduced me to Mr. Leblanc, sales consultant. All my info was taken; the next day I received approval. I found Mr. Leblanc was very meticulous in explaining and showing me the 2023 Santa Cruz. Mr. Roy was also very dedicated in explaining the financing and made sure I understood. Mr. Gagnon, general mgr, was introduced to me, and congratulated me on my new purchase. My experience reminded of a television commercial for Midas Muffler. "you're treated like a somebody" Thank you Bayside Hyundai, another satisfied customer.

Moi personnellement j'ai trouver le service de Byside Hyundai super professionnelle, je ne peut pas parler pour tout les vendeurs qui ont quand même l'air très sympathique, mais le service de Mr Jacques Leblanc était très professionnelle et sympathique. Si je recommanderais un concessionnaire de voiture je n'aurais pas peur de recommander Bayside Hyundai avec le conseiller au vente Mr Jacques Leblanc.

Update 2022; This is the place to go for a new car, whether buying or leasing. Today was my last oil change as we are leaving New Brunswick. The service I received when I brought my vehicle for an oil change was amazing, I'm just surprised thou that they don't wash the car and vacuum before returning to the customer. Is this something that is not done at dealers in N. -B?
