I recently upgraded to new cell phone with Bell and needed some assistance with a few things so I went to the Regent Mall location. A young lady named Yomna was very helpful, personable and was easily able help me get things set up properly.

I got a very good service from Yomna when i went the 23rd ok august to have an update on my son’s phone. It is really rare that a person is so efficient. I will be back to do business with her again

Went in to the bell store in the regent mall to switch our internet over. Brad was quick, clear, and gave us a much better deal than we were expecting!

No different than the competition. Rake you in on a "good deal" and slowly creep price up on that "good deal". I have to have wifi at home. The home phone - I dont even own one, let alone have it plugged in. TV? I rarely watch cable. But at the end of the day, it's considerably cheaper than wifi alone. I believe we are well overcharged for these services today. I wish I knew of good competitor. I returned equipment to the Bell Aliant store, yet they are still after me for the cost, send them the receipt and all. They are relentless.

After much hesitation due to past experiences, I decided to once again visit my local Bell Aliant store to upgrade my phone and was happily surprised at the result. I was greeted by an incredibly kind and welcoming host of staff, particularly a worker by the name of Mae who personally ensured my shopping experience went above and beyond all expectations. In the past I dreaded visiting this location due to previous interactions with less than welcoming staff, however, today I was left with a great experience and am very happy with my new phone and plan. Thank you Mae and coworkers!

Every month we need to call to reboot our internet connection to think I am paying the full amount. It is a big hassle for me to call every month as I have my newborn baby. As u can see on the photo, it is loading 10minutes and counting.

Worst experience ever to cancel service been 20 phone called hundreds of dollars returned all equipment months ago and I’m still getting new charges for stuff every month canceled my service in February and got a bill this month I will never deal with these people again

Well first off they forgot to book my set up date so i had to wait another 4 days after just moving in to my new place “sorry it looks like they forgot to book you” i was like ok cool, but then week and a half later my internet/cable stopped working they didn’t do anything for another week so im left without internet/cable for this time and they said the modem will be here May 20th and guess what its not here so i will be canceling my services as this is the worst company i have ever been with, would rate 0 stars if i could HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I am with Bell for their internet/ cable package. This package included a $150 prepaid visa gift card, which I was told would be mailed to me 2-3 months into my package with Bell. I spoke to a representative on the phone as I have not received the $150 visa gift card in the mail. After 45 minutes of discussion, we were able to find out that I received an email about activating the pre-paid gift card, however the email was in my junk folder and the activation code expired. Bell stated they were unable to reactivate or offer some sort of equal compensation as the issue is deemed not their fault. Although the service has been friendly at Bell, I am very disappointed that there was no flexibility or problem solving with this. If the email was not received (sent in junk folder), it seems fair that Bell resend a code for the prepaid visa. This promotion was the primary reason why I switched to your services and it is unfortunate I will not receive it. Curious if there is anything that can be done.

What can you say about Bell that can't be said about the two others? All fairly similar. All very expensive compared to some other regions of the world.

I do like the friendliness of the staff here though. I've only been here 4 times over the past 3 years, but each time, it's a pleasant experience.

Great guys! Staff helped me resolve the issue with our old bell internet fast. Always go to this store if you have Bell.

I don't know. I mean, the internet is pretty good kind of expensive for 145 a month for just the internet, and I don't really get 1.5 uploads and download in any way. But way better than Roger's
