A guy called Vishnu attended to me and was such a fantastic guy, converted my prepaid to postpaid and set me up on eSIM without hitches. Couldn’t have had it better! Excellent service!

Je donne rarement une étoile, mais là c’est impossible de faire autrement. J’ai annulé mes services avec Bell Aliant cet été. J’ai apporté mes modems et boites de télévision au magasin de Dieppe. On m’a offert un reçu. On m’a dit que mon dossier allait alors être fermé. Personne n’a ma jamais dit que ce reçu devait être gardé et ne pouvait pas être reproduit. Mais pourquoi le garder si on me confirme que tout est ok. Et bien j’ai eu ma réponse aujourd’hui: une facture de 640$. J’appelle le service à la clientèle. On me demande le numéro de série du reçu que j’ai obtenu cet été du magasin, sinon ils ne peuvent fermer mon dossier. Je me suis rendu au même magasin. On m’a dit qu’il était impossible de réimprimer le fameux reçu et que j’aurais dû le garder (avec un air arrogant et ne m’offrant aucune autre aide). Il m’a réimprimé un reçu en date d’aujourd’hui et j’ai du rappeler le service à la clientèle afin de leur donner un numéro de confirmation d’au moins 30 chiffres, numéro qui n’a aucune valeur, car imprimer aujourd’hui. Mais bon. Je demande si mon dossier est fermé et ils me répondent que non, que je dois encore payer la dernière facture du dernier mois. J’ai pourtant la preuve que le paiement a bel et bien passé sur ma MasterCard. Mais j’étais tellement écœuré de me faire lancer d’un bord et de l’autre que j’ai payé; je veux garder mon bureau de crédit intact. Mais une chose est sûr: Bell Aliant c’est terminé!
