I came in to look at phone plans and to get wifi going at my new place, Ryan was a great help I ended up getting a plan! He was nice, funny and got me good deals on everything I needed. I recommend

I went there close to closing when months ago one of the guys said to come in on the 20th when my contract was up. Ryan said that it said I wasn't able to at first glance. Ugh. HE COULD have said sorry just an went home cuz it was closing time. However he took the time, went over my account & set me right up an now I am super happy cuz my phone was broke, Broke broke. My job was suffering over this broke phone & Ryan got me dialed in on a new one. Now if I need to go to the Bell store he's the guy I wanna deal with. Thanks Ryan, I really appreciated it 111%

Our Family has dealt with Dana for many years at Bell.he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond. His customer service is A1. He is definitely a HUGE asset to the Saint John location. Stop in and see him!

I paid my balance weeks before it was due. You guys charged me twice, for the same amount and hit my bank within NSF fee, due to your systems error. This happened the following month again. After I called out and sorted everything. You won't even cover the NSF fees that YOU and your glitchy app caused. You lost a 15 year customer over this. I will be returning my device tomorrow.
