Best Western Plus Grand-Sault Hotel & Suites

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western quite a bit. It was a difficult time for our family and the comfortable stay we had made it a bit easier.

Great location, right beside the TCH. Service was great and rooms were neat, clean and comfortable.

I was u for several weeks for work. Staff is very friendly. And they remembered me from week to week and made sure I was very well taken care of. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel is located right of the highway a, d is very easy to get around.

Bye Bye Hill Top. This is the only place we will stay when we visit family in Grand Falls. I just wish the breakfast was a wee bit better to give it 5”s!

Shower pressure is way to much 3rd floor has an odor myb from the gym. I stayed here quite a bit they could never seem to accommodate me in the room I wanted so now I stay at bestwestern in edmonston nb staff there went above and beyond to accommodate my needs

Rooms were good, clean and came with microwave and fridge which is nice. Most of the staff were great minus the woman at the breakfast buffet who was very rude. Pool was small but we still enjoyed it. All in all would stay again

Fantastic stay at this hotel! Immaculate clean, rooms spacious and well furnished. Each morning the breakfast was delicious and well maintained.

All of the staff super helpful and friendly.

I didn’t get a reservation here but the girl at the front desk was able to help me and my family make sure we found our reservation at another hotel for the night. She was able to determine for us that despite the front desk staff having finished for the night the staff had likely left our key for us despite us missing the check in time.

Her understanding and calmness gave me and my family a sense of calm and likely kept us from attempting to sleep in our car that evening. Thank you.

Wir waren auf einer Rundreise durch das östliche Canada und waren schon lange mit dem Auto unterwegs. Deshalb waren wir froh, dass wir in dem Hotel noch ein Zimmer bekamen. Alles war sehr gut: Der Service, die Zimmer, das Frühstück! Wir werden das Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen. Danke!

The lady who works in the breakfast dinning area was very rude. It was very unpleasant experience. The front desk staff was friendly; our room was old, air conditioner didn't work, dripping water all over the carpet.

Really nice top tier hotel with a nice pool and comfy beds, but the pillows are too soft for me but nice amenities and toiletries in the bathroom with a good size bar fridge and microwave. Because of covid the grab and go breakfast is all that's available with box juice terrible coffee mushy apples and hard cookies. I don't recommend the breakfast but hotel was fine with friendly staff

Ok for a quick sleep. Rooms are clean but on the older side (with carpeted floor!). T/Fidge had no freezer, so could not freeze my ice packs before hitting the road. Hotel has a small bar, but no real food served, so you'll have to drive to town (too far to go by walk). As of March 31 2021, the hotel stops all Covid protocol and is back to a self-served breakfast buffet, so be warned. Great shower, but water is surprisingly soft, making it hard to rinse off soap of hair and body.

Super clean and quiet hotel. Roughly halfway between Ontario/Quebec border and Ferry in Sydney, NS. Soooo much better then the holes they call hotels in Edmunston. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Only thing to make this hotel over the top would be an actual restaurant on site but they do serve typical bar food in the lounge/bar.

Awesome facility, location, facility and services. Will highly recommend. Ran into car trouble that could have delayed us. Hotel management very accommodative to extend stay in the event that same would have been required knowing that they were busy.

Restaurant only offers bar snack food at night, but good. The type of food you want to order extra of so that you can have munchies on the road the next day, affordable selections - wise decision. Breakfast is to die for and variety is truly great.

Rooms are classic "old" (if you like that sort of thing) but very nice and very classy.

Highly recommend this BW hotel, right next to the Trans Canada highway.

Extremely polite and friendly staff greeted us and checked us into a well maintained and clean modern room. Conveniently located directly off of the Trans Canada highway. Room rate includes a hot continental breakfast. Facilities include pool and workout room. Highly recommended for the wearey traveller.

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, large bright shower and some very great citrus inspired toiletries provided. Would be nice if some HD channels were offered on TV. Free breakfast included.

The hotel staff were amazing! We will definitely stay here again! We will also stay at more Best Western hotels during our future travels!

I love the Best Western Hotels. They are always clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are worth the money

Staff was very helpful and friendly. There were 2 hockey groups during our stay and they made sure thing didn't get out of control at the pool while remaining friendly and professional. Our room had a sewage smell and they offered to change us. The next day my car wouldn't start because of the cold and they offered a battery charger.

Stopped there because of a snow storm and trouble with my car. The staff helped me find a great garage the next day and they were really kind.

Just loved the friendly staff - they were so generous and happy. The rooms were fine and I slept very well. Breakfast gave me heart palpitations seeing all the beige food on paper plates. Otherwise, a nice friendly place.
