Very conveniently located, close to shopping centers and Wal-Mart. Many cafes, including fast food cafe McDonald's.

Edit: Owner made up a lie saying I threatened his employees. Where is the threat? States they were following policy strictly yet they accepted a 3rd party credit card so which is it? Owner states a credit card must be presented as if one wasnt. The staff were GIVEN a credit card and refused it, owner does not address any of the staff's wrongdoings. Lies and contradictions from the owner no wonder his employees feel emboldened to act exactly the same way.

Emanuel & Loreal at the front desk repeatedly lied and evaded, giving the information needed to make a complaint about their nasty behavior to a guest. 'Theres no manager' 'We don't know who operates this hotel' - They purposely turned away someone who had PAID for their room already because a credit card couldn't be presented for incidentals. "If you dont have a credit card, you won't be staying at Best Western. Call in the morning. " is what Loreal said. Right. Call in the morning? The whole point of a hotel is to stay overnight! At this hotel, you PAY for the room and then sit on the curb until morning.

They both refused debit/cash despite saying earlier that those can be used upon checkout. Talked over me, yelled over me, then REFUSED to accept a credit card when presented like they'd asked! Outright refusing any form of payment whatsoever. After saying I am filing a complaint with their owner, they changed their tune and accepted someone else's credit card literally PROVING that this entire debacle was not 'policy' but a purposeful act of harassment against the guest. Will be filing a complaint with the owner NB Limited 684296 - If any management reads this review I STRONGLY recommend disciplining these two; the fact that your Google entry says that your hotel is "unfussy" just puts the icing on the cake. God awful incident that could have 100% been avoided.

Chambre propre, très bon emplacement. Personnel attentionné et souriant. Plusieurs options au petit déjeuner.
Je recommanderais les chambres avec jacuzzi, ça ajoute du cachet à votre séjour.

We stayed here for one night. The service desk people were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless! The beds very comfortable. But what was best from our perspectives was the quiet! There was absolutely no bothersome noise. We both slept very well and I must say this was the first time ever! Motel is in a very convenient location, close to but not on the highway and surrounded by many restaurants Full hot breakfast was served in the morning.

We stayed there for 2 nights and we didn’t had any extra toilet paper and towels the next day. We had to ask front desk for extras. Usually, there’s at least an extra roll of toilet paper in the room. What I really didn’t like is I always have a reusable water bottle with me and I asked the front desk clerk if I could fill my water bottle with the hotel water. He told me that they don’t recommend we drink the water and that we can purchase Costco plastique water bottle for 1$. If you don’t recommend drinking the water don’t charge for water bottle and don’t offer “fancy” 2 gallons lemon water at front desk. Don’t offer water pitcher at breakfast for your guest to drink. Offer FREE water bottle instead. In my opinion, you don’t care about the quality of your guest stay to your hotel and we all know that Costco water bottle cost. 25 cents, probably less if you bought in bigger quantities. Even tho, the room “seemed” cleaned, I wonder if they changed the sheets between guest or even cleaned the room with cleaning products. If they didn’t offer room service the next day or give away a water bottle that cost less then. 25 cents. It cost money to wash those sheets.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. We loved our options in the room and enjoyed the pool. Thanks so much for accommodating us.

I was in a bind last night to find a place to stay so I first called and Joseph answered the phone and was very professional and friendly, told me had a room and since I work for bell had a great bell rate. I checked in and as I checked in I asked if the next two days was available as well.and great news there was.joseph was both excellent on phone and in person too.so I canceled chateau saint john right away. I tried to book 3 nights at chateau but the rate for Friday was 250 and other 2 nights 109.thank you Joseph for your time and efforts.best western this guy deserves recognition.
