BG Services

Have been using BG Services since mid 2000’s and they have serviced our 3 heads since installation without issue. However trying to get them to come to relocate one unit to another room (due to renovation) has been VERY disappointing. I understand the company makes it money through installing heat pumps but simply ignoring my request by not returning phone calls and even emailing Tiffany of Service Administration yielded zero results. Very disappointed (and now) prior customer.

Fantastic experience. Booking with jessica was super easy. She had all the answers to the questions I had. The tech on site was very professional and kind. He was actually able to come a bit early and the service was quick but done right. Very well time managed. Thanks for the great service! Will definitely be using for any heat pump services.

Called BG Services at Two Nations Crossing to service my AC that was not working. Tech was late but called to advise when he was coming. Service was great and efficient!

We've never had anything to do with a heat pump before B&G came in was very helpful and going through our house and deciding what we need when the staff showed up to put in our heat pump electrician showed up first then the others started to come they were very professional friendly would stop if we ask them a question and let us know what's going on they were clean well-mannered people were in the lower Woodstock area of New Brunswick both technicians that were installing the heat pump set up the outside machine and the inside machine we don't even see where they put it in as far as wires drains when they put a small piece in the closet it was professionally tucked away when they they didn't just drop any of our outside housing they were very careful you would never know they have been here the electricians were very professional and knew exactly what to do the helper was very knowledgeable they worked very well together we want to thank everybody that was involved and behind the scenes great people will always remember you guys all of your staff thanks Brian and Mary

BG Services in Fredericton N. B. Supplied a ductless heat pump in my premises October of 2022. I signed up for their monthly maintenance program with a little scepticism but had my first annual maintenance performed September 2023. The maintenance was extremely thorough and the Customer Service was incredible! ……needless to say I was pleasantly surprised and felt I was getting my money’s worth……. Something I seldom feel these days.

The tech showed up on time, very polite. Was very clean and sis t make a mess for me to cleanup after. Even took the time to answer a few questions related to the job and where they completed school. Great services and timely and efficient.

Just had our yearly maintenance done today Aug 23/23. As usual, very professional, courteous and very friendly. Kiley our tech is very nice girl and very knowledgeable, she did a phenomenal job cleaning our LG mini split. I’d definitely recommend BG Services for all your heating & cooling needs. As someone who knows very little about maintenance, they were very understanding. Answered my questions. They kept the area very clean and did an excellent job with cleaning the system. They are very thorough. And at a reasonable cost. Was extremely happy with my payment options as well. Great work!

I have always had excellent service from
the technicians at BG Services in Fredericton. They are polite, professional, and efficient when providing annual maintenance/cleaning to my heat pumps. More than once there has been delay in the office receiving my prompt payment via e-transfer. This could simply be a technology/banking issue!

When our mini splits started putting out less cool air by the day I thought we might need a new compressor. I called BG services and it was suggested to book a deep clean vs paying by the hour for diagnostics. The technician tested the compressor and the output was fine. He went about cleaning. The amount of dirt and even mould (not black mould) was surprising. The tech was friendly and professional. No mess was made. I will be having my mini-splits cleaned every year now. I highly recommend their services!

July 31 Update:
We had a tech come out to clean our second mini-split. She did a great job, professional and friendly. Where I'm finding an issue is communication between their main office in Campbellton, the Fredericton North location and myself. I made the first appointment for 11 am, via Fredericton North. Get a reminder call for a 9 am appt. The second visit was booked via text with Fredericton North for 1: 30 pm. Reminder calls from Campbellton for 2 pm. One mix up I understand, it happens. Both appointments? Very frustrating. During the second reminder call I let them know I had done an Etransfer for BOTH appointments. I just received two invoices via email asking me to pay. Now I'm annoyed.
I had to take away a star because of poor communication. I still recommend their services, the techs were awesome.

We had general maintenance done on our ducted heat pump. The Technician was on time, helpful, and communicated well.

I have had a few experience with this company. My initial purchase of my heat pump and later with house call services. Everyone I've met so far has done a fantastic job. Easy to speak with, always punctual, detailed and quick to complete the work.

BG Services Fredericton was called to fix ductless heat pump freezing issues. From my initial call to completion of work the staff were professional and prompt in making sure everything was working correctly.

We had BG Services install 2 Heat Pumps in 2020, and had them out in March 2023 for a Deep Clean Service. Both experiences were great! The technicians were all friendly and knowledgeable. Overall experience was great. We love our heat pumps.
