Had two Crestron APAD-W with faulty Grayhill Switch Rotary Miniature 62PY22008 that needed replacement. I got the parts.
No longer much in public favor, but the Crestron products were very well engineered and I love the house sound system that I acquired with my home.

I am writing this review from the perspective of seniors that are as technologically challenged as it gets. We needed a new computer and decided to call them for a recommendation on what to buy. They patiently asked us some questions and in the end (due to how simple our needs were) suggested a few places to shop. They have a service whereby they will transfer all the data from the old computer to the new computer as well as the installation of basic software and virus protection. We brought in the new unit and a couple of days later we picked it up and were offered a yearly support package that allows the customer to call in and they take over your computer look at your issue and they resolve it right before your eyes. We were never pressured nor did we ever feel oversold. All services were reasonably priced and we were treated with the utmost respect given how admittedly challenged we are from a technological point of view. Called them today with an issue related to getting our new printer up and running. Treated us with a high level of patience as if they had all the time in the world. Unable to say enough good about this local business. Highly recommend them.
