We needed to replace our mini split heat pumps and Bob's cool air was recommended amongs other suppliers. After a review of all our cost estimates and recommendations we selected Bob's cool air. Their price was competitive and we can attest that their service was second to none. Extremely knowledgeable and they are well versed in the Federal Government Green Home Energy program. Highly recommended!

Was having an issue with my mini split. Jessica was the person I spoke with. She gave me great advice. I mentioned in passing I was missing a remote and she contacted the company and was able to get me a remote at no cost under the previous owners warranty. This company didn’t not install the mini splits but they will be the only company I go to for service. Jessica went above and beyond today!

We were originally very happy with the installation of our mini-split heat pumps from Bob's Cool Air, until the same unit broke twice. The last time it was short by a few months after the warranty period expired. I called in January to indicate that the lights were indicating a problem with outside compressor. It took over two months to send out a technician with a $239.00 fee to reconfirm that the compressor is defective and they now recommend the entire unit to be replaced. ️ We still don't have a unit that works.

Update: Unit was installed on June 14,2011 and we received the error code in December 2021 (few months after 10 year period, but was not really running efficiently during Summer). Unit had already been previously serviced for warranty a few years before, but same unit still ended up failing a second time. We had no heat pump prior to that, so the 2008 date from your file is wrong.

I originally gave them a 5 star rating as the service was good however I am revising my rating as 4 weeks after I paid the bill they sent me a second bill wanting more money. Extra charges still under dispute will revise again once dispute is settled.

The technicians were professional and did not leave a mess. They accidentally put a small rip in the screen of our window when their ladder fell but they immediately rescreened it. That shows they value their customers. I recommend Bob's Cool Air.

They upgraded the electrical to my house. Then replaced my oil furnace with an electric one. They handled everything including having the oil furnace and tank removed.

Showed up when they said they were going to and were very neat and tidy. Also friendly, would highly recommend.

Craig was called to provide quote on new A/C system, very prompt with appt time, very knowledgeable with product and repairs needed to properly repair system. Great company to deal with and would happily refer them to friends and family.

Bob's came highly recommended as the business that knew the most about York heat pumps and they were said to have the most knowledgeable and professional service technicians. I called and described our symptoms with some observations that we had made. I realized when we called that it was a very busy time, however was pleasantly surprised when a very friendly and knowledgeable technician came to service our unit within a week from the time I called. He knew his stuff and quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly completed the repair. Well done, and we have already recommended Bobs for great service! Thank You!

We had an older ducted heat pump that finally gave out. We were expecting that to happen and when the tech arrived he confirmed. He laid out options for us repair or replace and discussed the pros and cons. Craig came and gave us a very competitive quote for the type of unit we bought. My indoor unit was leaking, I called them at 10: 15 AM on a Friday and it was fixed by 1: 30 PM, no charge as well! Prompt awesome service and easy to deal with on the phone. The tech even told us how to fix it in the future if it happens again. Nothing but good things to say.

After these jokers broke my heat pump, I (well, my wife!) hired greenfoot and they fixed it. STAY AWAY FROM BOB'S COOL AIR! They'll deny, deny, deny but pictures speak a thousand words. Disgusted with what they did.
