Boston Pizza

Generally good experience here but tonight was terrible. Ordered a pizza, they brought the wrong one. After server walked by 3 times with the pizza at the edge of the table, finally asked if it was ok. I ordered viva Italian, but brought the sweet one. Said they would make another one, came back out 10 minutes, said they no longer make viva ittalia pizza. I said ok, I’ll get a meat one. Took over 30 minutes to get the replacement, everyone was done eating when it came out. Never gave any drink refills whole time and ignored us. Never did anything about the mess up, didn’t seem to care. Disappointed

Amazing service! Food came out quickly considering it was a busy night! The tacos were amazing, 100% recommend!

Food was fantastic, service was excellent the staff was very nice and accommodating, didn’t see a spec of dirty anywhere the store was perfectly clean! Would recommend everyone to go there!

Went to Boston Pizza for a family diner and couldn’t ask for a better experience, food was amazing and arrived quickly. Servers and bartenders were fantastic. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for more!

It was really loud for not lot of people. But we were on the bar side. In a booth so maybe it was also the multiple tvs plus.people competing for sound.
The food was good. Not excellent. Not bad in anyway.
The service was excellent. My waitress, I did not get her name. Was fantastic. Quick. Polite. And spoke to my son directly instead of expecting me to order for him. I loved that.

Even though it was an hour before their closing time, was greeted with a smile, fresh food and drinks and top notch service. Best spot for late night food.

Food was Okay but pricey. I paid with Cash while our server stood over us, I had a $75 order and explained I was paying with $80 cash and did not need change. Our waitress took my money after I counted it once and did not recount it. Once I left I realized I overpaid and gave our waitress $100. I thought a Five dollar tip on Mediocre food was a good tip, but I ended up giving our waitress 25% of our whole order.

Needless to say the meal wasn't worth $40/plate for my partner and I then come to find out I actually overpaid even more then I meant to is slightly upsetting. If I had a customer leave $20 extra when they explained they were giving a $5 tip, I would have chased them out the door to get them their money back.

Mind you we were the only customers being served in the restaurant side, I'm partly to blame for not double counting my own money, but standing over us while we looked at the bill felt kind of like we were being rushed out. And since it was so quiet in there, the waitress should have had time to double count the money I put down and notice the mistake.

Manager was nice enough when I called this morning, but basically told me nothing can be done about it, no complaint can be made, he's not going to advise the waitress to count people's money when paying cash (which is my main concern, why hadn't the money been counted on spot).

So if you do read this, make sure you don't make any mistakes as a customer as they will just let it be that, Your Mistake.

I had the fried honey dill sandwich and it was fantastic. The fries and gravy that I ordered with it were also delicious but more importantly…. The service. The service was AHHH-maaazing. Outstanding! We had Bri and she made our trip to BP an enjoyable experience rather than just a transaction. She is an asset to BP and BP is super fortunate to have a server like her!

Enjoyed my deluxe pizza. My husband had the spaghetti and meat balls, which he also enjoyed. Our waitress was attentive. Prices were fair. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had a good visit here recently. All food items were correct as ordered and service was friendly and efficient. No complaints on this visit.

Ordered for the second time from door dash and my experience was less than satisfaction! Been ordering from Boston pizza for over 8 years! Excellent food and service! Ordered from door dash 2 times and the worst experience ever! Honestly not door dashes fault! The company I believe is trying to ruin door dash! Other wise I would receive the same quality! Went here cause I was in town and wanted a place I knew was at least pretty okay for a fairly quick supper, and, it was exactly that! Service was quick and friendly, overall, pretty good.

BP in Saint John is always a good experience for dining with our family of 4 (kids ages 6 to 8). The food is consistent for a chain restaurant, the service is friendly, and the dining environment is clean and comfortable. Best of all are the kids cards (available in store or online from Aug to Oct for a $5 donation), which allow you to get up to 6 free kids meals with purchase. BP is our go-to spot for an eat-out family treat.

Great food, super service, friendly professional servers. I went to Boston Pizza because of the varied menu and it was my birthday present from my daughter Awesome food and very great service by Lilly. The desert was to die for.

I have been to couple of Boston pizzas in Ontario and I was not a fan. But this experience changed everything. The ambiance was nice. Place was very neat and well managed. Staff was super friendly and polite. Shout out to Jennifer who served us with a great smile and demeanour. Have to try their buffalo cauliflower bites, was sooo goood! I also tried their tacos the veg version and way okay too. The chicken parmesan was fantastic. The angry cider won my heart. The overall experience was amazing.

Absolutely MASSIVE amounts of food! The service was quick, food was great and the staff was friendly.

Ordered Fully vegan food (plant based burger and pizza) but got Shrimp in my food. Worst experience of life. Thrown all food in garbage ask me for details if wanna come and pick it up from my garbage.

Friendly staff and lively environment. Love the shrimp starter and also a big fan of their pasta.

Waitress was slow to get our items, inattentive and probably should have had help with our large party. Management should have realize more staff needed.

Every dish they serve is fantastic. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Prices are a tad high but not too bad.

Yesterday I came in for lunch and had a great experience. The food was good and Breanne was super nice and answered all my questions!

I live North and rarely ever venture East. Dad had some parcels to pick up so we jumped on the city bus and were on our way. We decided on Boston Pizza for lunch and our waitress was a youngster named Breanne. She was very polite and courteous and was very patient with Dad. He's getting up there and gets confused easily. We split a delicious Pizza Pie and washed it back with Soda Pop.

We'll be back thanks to the great service!

I was in the city on business this week and stayed at the Best Western. I cleared out the mini bar and stumbled to my hotel window to see inviting neon lights, “Boston Pizza”. As soon as I entered the establishment my server, Breanne made me feel welcomed and recommended a fine beverage and dish to go along with it! She was pleasant and talkative throughout my stay and kept my glass full:)
Great drinks and great service.

Me and my wife were in on Monday just after lunch, I ordered the chicken parm and my wife ordered the thai bites, both were delicious and the service was amazing. We had our drinks in minutes of sitting down. Our server Breanne checked on us numerous times to see how things were. She was very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

It was busy when I was there. Despite that the service was on point and my food arrived as described. The service was the high point, our server was great. She took time with all her tables, it made for a pleasant time.

Food quality was good, a little overpriced for the serving sizes but enjoyable! Servers were sweet, but the place seemed understaffed, had to wait a little longer to be seated, water refills, cheque, etc. Bathroom is main reason for lower score, not clean and there was even pieces of vomit in the corner of one of the stalls

I ordered take out and to my surprise my chicken club was upside down and scattered everywhere through out the container, the skewers were not even in the sandwich.

The caesar salad was also unacceptable, there were a total of 11 small pieces of lettuce and more croutons than lettuce. The container was not even half full. In my opinion that was not a salad and instead something you would find on a child's plate that doesn't like to eat vegetables. 18$ for something you could get at a fast food restaurant in my opinion.

Sorry to sound like a Karen but that was a sad meal.

I was a stranger to Boston Pizza before tonight. I was a stranger to the Boston Brute. I was a stranger to excellent customer service too, before being served by Breanne. Her attitude radiated positivity, her knowledge of the menu put my indecision to rest. I chose the Brute under her guidance and was not disappointed. (The sandwich was "Brute-i-ful! ") Our whole table agreed: food was great, service even greater.

Service was a little slow and it was super loud. Food was ok but seriously over-priced. A medium pizza and 2 Pepsi that had more ice in the glass than Pepsi was just under $50! That is insane!

I was blow away with my service last week with my server breanne. Some of my friends have some difficult allergies and she was so knowledgeable about the dishes.it was such a relief for my friends and me! Our experience was a 5 star all around.very happy we chose to come in when we did and I'll be requesting her section EVERY TIME I come now!

This place has been hit or miss lately. We are there the other night and waited a good 15 minutes before anyone came around to take a drink order. When the food came my thai bites were like warm my wife's salad had very little dressing and the portions were small compared to previous times.

Had a great time at Boston Pizza - Saint John with a few of my best mates the other day! Excellent service from Breanne (and a sense of humour to boot!). Will definitely be back soon!

Went to Boston Pizza the other day and had Savannah as our waitress! Food and service was great. We will definitely be back!

Food pricing was good, food quality was also good+.
Outside and foyer was clean and well presented, music and noise levels very adequate.
On the cleanliness side, the table was dirty, not crumbs, sticky stuff.
Waitress was 2/5 friendly, and abrupt.
Satisfied with the chain, but not this location and experience.

Food was good but the wait was ridiculous. We has reservations for a large party. 1/2 he to get orders taken and over another hour getting food. We were ready to walk out.

Had a great meal and experience at Boston Pizza. Our server Breanne was very personable and had great suggestions for appetizers and our meal. We got cactus cut potatoes, a Meteor pizza and some drinks. It was delicious. Breanne came frequently to check on how our meal was and refill drinks for us. Great food and great service from Breanne. We will definitely be back.

Excellent service from Breanne! She knows the menu so well. We have food intolerances and she found several options for us and we weren't disappointed!
She went above and beyond to make our experience at BP a very enjoyable experience!
