Great service for birthday parties and the staff was excellent. I recommend taking the bowling/arcade/food combo, meals were ready and waiting for us between bowling and arcades with a private room. The manager also priced me fairly because a few kids couldn’t attend and said she wouldn’t feel right charging for a full gang. Generous tip was given for sure!

We'll setup bowling alley with food and drinks served to your lane. Our kids love the arcade and there is a bar/slot room in the back. The washrooms are clean, security cameras in the parking lot, shoe rentals and nice cubbies to store your shoes and optional bumpers. It's really well thought out and a decent price for it all. One of our favorite places to take the kids for a couple of hours on a rainy day.

We celebrated our sons 15th bday at rhe arcade. Great value and the 3 servers on May 28th in the afternoon were amazing.

Played 4 of us for 1 hour in 1 lane. $40 special including shoe rental and tax. Had a great time and love the automated score keeping. Has a few glitches, but easy to fix scores if it messes up.

Honestly. Way overprice for a birthday party. Food not even included. We had to pay extra. When the food arrived the kids had 1 chicken finger.will not book there again.

The washrooms were closed because water was coming up the floor drains. They really should have closed and got it fixed.

My grandson had his 6th Birthday party here. The kids had a great time. Pizza was delicious. Staff were great with everything. Thanks for everything.

While they only have candlepin bowling, the lanes are well maintained, they seen to use a fairly standard oil pattern making it easier for the masses to enjoy! The staff are consistently friendly and willing to assist with anything you need, food is pretty good for a bowling alley, and the arcade is the best around. Plenty of games for all ages! Overall, fantastic experiences the past few times we've been there!

Loved the atmosphere and the food was good! Kids really enjoyed there time. Great for a family

HUGE HIT and 5 Stars for Dieppe Bowlarama and Arcade. Just went for 2 hours of bowling with friends, great atmosphere, very friendly staff. Ordered food and drinks, delicious and good prices. Went to the arcade after for a bit, had a few small glitches with 2 games, the guy working on that side was super helpful and fast to get it fixed up for us. Very impressed with our overall experience. Going to make this a regular outing.

Terrible staff. We lost 20 minutes of our one hour just waiting for service because the lane would not reset even after the two frames were up. I was watching other lanes and half of them were giving wrong scores. The machines tablets used to put in your names and change scores if needed, did not work. If we hit skip bowler it would not. If we hit reset pins it would not. We asked for 20 more minutes or a refund and they said no. We fought for another 10 minutes just trying to get them to compromise with us and we ended up only getting back ten minutes of our time. Worst 90 dollars ever spent. If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t even give refund.

Bring alot of money it is awesome place but very expensive and love this place and food was awesome but I notice gloves in food court are not being changed after picking something off the floor and putting it in the garbage disposal but remembered u just touch the floor and garbage can and now touching people food.

Our boys love arcades.and this one was no different. Only problem was the young girl working. I guess she was upset that we interrupted her reading time while trying to pick out prizes.
No smiles or thanks.just attitude.might need to rehire!

At Bowlerama if you do not know how to keep your score no worries. The new upgrade system does it for you also you can download the app and you can have your score right on your phone.

This place has a little something for everyone. Lots of fun and lots to do. And the pizza,
is out of this world. If you're thinking of a great place to throw a birthday party Bowlarama is a great choice.

Best bowling alley in town! Bowling, arcade/games for kids, vlt machines for adult. Larissa was a pleasure to deal with! A+ service.

Many activities from bowling to arcade and adults get to sit and have a beer or put a few dollars in the slot machines.

I am not one to complain about how to run a business but when you jump thru the roof because a customer tells you they want one lane for 7 people, (one being a 9 YEAR OLD child) and you only allow 6 per lane (how was I supposed to know). There are ways to talk to customer but not with that attitude and I will note that she must be a part of the management team from her interactions with the other staff. If this was my business and I have a employee like that I would be embarrassed.

Great place for a rainy day to keep the kids entertained. Fair prices and friendly staff! The kids always love going and getting the giant balls with the claw and it’s just as much fun for the adults!

Had not been bowling for years damn near had a heart attack when I was told the price. $53 dollars to bowl for an hour. Staff was great, atmosphere was also great. Very clean. But due to price doubt I will go back.

Amazing place to have fun any night of the week. Friendly staff and helpful so many fun arcades and bowling! Can even enjoy a beverage while having fun! Truly recommend!

Great service. The Staff were super nice and the place was clean and sanitize. We had a blast. We didn't get a chance to get to the arcade but it looked really fun and was packed with people.

Very disappointing experience. Went for 'cosmic' bowling but the black lights were only over the lane itself and not over the people or social area, making it have little effect. There were no instructions provided on how to keep score, no automatic score keeping, and the lane required a manual reset between frames. We also had a meal before hand, which consisted of lightly steamed hotdogs and a low quality hamburger patty served on unpleasantly strong garlic toast. The French fries were the most positive party of the experience. Staff were friendly and helpful but seemed stretched thin.
Overall: too expensive for such a low grade bowling experience. The arcade looked great though and seemed much busier

We went as a family for a little fun over March Break! We had a great time! Fun way to pass some time. Great games. Halo was a huge hit.

Frank was so rude when we came just the way he said what are you doing here? Is that the way u greet people into the business.and had a bag with presents that was for the birthday boi and frank says just in a way U cant bring that in here. Will never come back

It was a fun evening but we were told that we had only 5 mins left to bowl when we paid for a full hour. We were cut short by 20 mins so others could bowl that booked that same lane so that was a disappointment

Absolutely terrible experience there. Had our sons party there and won’t be going back again. After paying for 10 people they would only give us the cards for the 5 kids. Adults weren’t included, which is odd because every party I have been to there adults got a card. The manager also did not communicate the issue out with us at all, basically what she said was how it went and she walked away. Take your party somewhere else people!

Great spot for arcade games. Didnt have a chance to bowl but it was busy so no doubt it's nice too. Everything was clean and tidy, including the bathrooms

The shoe situation is a bit strange. Pick a.pair. Take a pair. No one spraying in between uses. Kind if icky. Other than that awesome time! Can't wait to go again!

Shockingly amazing. Honestly would have had no idea of how cool the inside is if I hadn't gone inside on a whim after seeing local advertisement + wanting a drink outside NBL opening hours/didn't live right next door. Most bowling alleys these days look pretty drab on the outside and you can tell they haven't been upgraded since the 90s. Outside of this business doesn't look like much and I expected the same but it's nothing but! Fully renovated, has food, drinks, tons of lanes, fully furnished arcade with cool, modern and functioning machines (which again, is surprising since arcades usually are pretty derelict when not shut down all together these days). Even has slots and a sports bar/adults-only (not NSFW, just 19+) area in the back if you don't want to deal with kids. Love this place so much! Staff is nice too. I was wondering why the parking is full so often, but going inside answered that question.

Great amusement area with games where you earn digital credits, that can be redeemed for prizes. They also have 3 newer pinball machines which work great (I love pinball).

The bowling area is top notch as well. I think they have one half that is glow bowling all the time and the other half is regular or sometimes all glow bowling.

I find this place to be clean and the staff are friendly. They have beer specials and I think cheap game night (less credits than normal). Be sure to call or check out their FB page.

Amazing spot for a night out! Bowling, the arcade has lots of good games and pinball machines are great.

Could come here for many type of nights. Bowling with friends, date night etc. The arcade side is pretty cool & they serve beer. Check it out!

Different concept but indoors fun for the kids. I wish that their was a combo for everything for a family of 4.

Came here since the race track was behind it.lol.it's a price of home for me the bowlarama but my god father was the king of that place hands down and I feel his presence when I'm their even tho.it's not even the same layout lol

Well. The food is expensive 5 dollors and you can get 20 credits for the arcade if you ask me for a better experience go to the other bowlarama it has arcade games and cheaper food if you get hungry. All tho when i went there it does have the best arcade so arcade 4 stars bowling 3 stars food 1 and a half star

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and newer facility. We had a birthday party here and it was a hit. From the arcade to the food to the bowling. A great time had by all.

Very nice place that bring back some arcade style memories. Only downside, for me there is not enough classic arcade game, only 3 pinballs machine is a bit few but I had a great time trying beating other people scores.

The children & I haven't went bowling for awhile and tonight was the night that we had lots of fun!
Arcade Room was colorful, clean, and having a card for credits and not coins that we usually lose all the time, was very nice to see.keep up with the great job
Customer service was not the best, very disorganized, questions that we had, we're not answered and walking away from a customer that was still talking, well that's disrespectful *girls* and very rude!

Went here with some friends for the first time the other night. Would have gotten 5 stars but one of the machines was not allowing the game to be played but was indicating it was being played when swiped. (Basically stealing your money) rep said he couldn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even put a sign out indicating out of order.

They had a renovation recently and it shows. We went to the arcade and it's great, modernize and lots of fun.

Not enough lanes.they had 6 lanes blocked for an event, but weren't being used? I was impressed with the arcades.not what my generation is used to seeing.

Great bowling and best Arcade in town. Everyone is nice and the prizes are amazing. Bowling is candlepin and you score manually. Arcade is a swipe card so you never have to deal with actual tickets. Prizes are actual stuff you would want or could get at a toy store. Not junk from a carnival fair.

We get to the arcade and put $20 on a card to then realize over half the games are out of service, so we decide to get food instead, so we order a pizza which they forgot about and butt so bad it wasnt even able to serve us, so by this time were waiting 25 minutes for a pizza and when we get the second pizza its barley cooked and not even cut. So we send it back and she " cuts " it and gives it back and we had to go back and ask for knifes so we could cut it. Overall not impressed with this place whatsoever

I was there Saturday evening

I had 40$ burning a hole in my pocket and played halo for 1hr. We beat the game and didnt get the highscore. My friends and I had a great time. I liked the swipe card instead of tokens and ticket system. Quick and easy fun. I also really enjoyed the pinball machines.
