Years ago my house was broken into and many items including jewelry was stolen. I went around to all the local pawn shops and jewelry resellers with a list of some of the items that were stolen - I recieved support from all who I talked to, except Brass and Things. The man working literally, barely looked up at me, and was uninterested in looking at the list. I certainly got the impression that he was prioritizing making a buck, rather than being moral. This was ten years ago - if its a new owner now - great, if not - I'd suggest staying away.

Terrible customer service I was in the store recently and there was incident where one of then employees were shouting to someone to move their car or it will be towed. Horrible customer service

Talk about KNOWLEDGE, these guys know there stuff, I always look forward to my visit and hoping to find that rare piece … u never know what u will find.customer service is awesome also
