Do not buy cigars here. At any of the locations. The staff don't know much (if you're going to sell cigars, especially premium handmade cigars, some basics would be good), none of the locations have plastic sealable bags to properly package a cigar or cigars after sale or Boveda packs. In fact the location I was at today had zero bags.no paper, no plastic. Carry my cigars in the rain? Crazy after buying Monte Cristo #2's, the last thing I was expecting was to be told to carry them in the rain. Selection on the cigars not great.

I got carted - which is fine, I look young but I am almost 30. The girl in front of me was just as young and he didn't cart her. He wasn't very friendly, I asked to see the bong bowls and told him what size it was. He gave me the wrong size, and got mad that I took the bowl out of the cabinet, which I have done before there. Definitely didn't feel welcome and won't be returning to this location unfortunately. I can't return the item either because they don't accept returns

Horrible store with extremely horrible customer service definitely will not be spending money in here again. I also was not given a receipt and was not told all sales are final and when I called the manager said I don’t see anything wrong and hung up
