Needed a front bearing installed b4 w-end.it's Tuesday so i called and they say to drop in.i get there, told them i have the bearing secured, they were to check the loose in the front, install the new one, that's it but NO they check the car all around, charge me 55 ish $ to do so, told me they do not install parts of customers and that the job would cost 590$ (bearing + ring 60$, i've got the receipt), do an unneeded alignment afterward + the unask for car check-up
I TOLD THEM PRIOR MY VEHICLE HAD BEEN CHECKED, INSPECTED, AND REPAIRED, other than the wheel bearing, the worst way to make new customers, never goin there again

We were on vacation driving in the area, we needed help with our vehicle and they have treated us like if we were one of they regular clients, very impress, so the year after I took my daughters car over of course but that time around it was a completely different story.like I was in the different garage they were going to over charge her for work that we ended getting done elsewhere for less then half the price and the owner was rude, not cool!

The worst experience I have had. Not professional at all, terrible service and nonsense at work. Garage to banish.

I went here to replace rear brakes and rotors in my car. However, when the work was done and I left the place, I heard a really strong noise going from one of the rear wheels and parking break did not work properly. I had to come back so they will fix the thing. They fixed the noise, but the parking break didn't work as it was supposed to. They advised me to give it a try for a few weeks and come back then. Nothing changed and I came back. They took the car, said they adjusted the parking break to a maximum and it is not possible to do it stronger as it will burn out. But nothing had changed again - paid for break replacement and don't have a proper parking brake anymore. Although the customer service was good - the mechanical and professional side of things is just a huge stay away.

This is my new go-to auto shop in town. There's some places that you just know they're honest folks and that's definitely the case here.

First of all I had an unexpected and urgent need to go on a road trip by the end of the week. However my alignment is off and I didn't want to destroy my tires on a long trip. I searched auto shops in the area and just started calling all of them. After five shops that couldn't get me in, I got to Brunswick Auto and they understood my urgency and made room for me to get in same day. They even inspected my suspension components and stuff to make sure everything was okay before doing the alignment (I was forced into a curb so they wanted to make sure nothing was damaged).

I've worked in the auto repair industry before and I'm not a novice when it comes to vehicles. The people here are trustworthy, helpful, honest, and genuinely nice people.
