They fixed two appliances at my apartments so I didn't have to buy new ones. Good job!

I was most impressed that within 24 hours of calling the office, the repair person was at my house, diagnosed the issue and actually had all of the parts to fix my refrigerator on the spot. Both the person at the office and the repair person were friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

If I could give below 1 star this company would get it! I have been an entire month without a washing machine! They looked at it deemed and said it would be put through warranty. Here we are a month later no washer no replies to anyone. Home depot has been trying to contact them, the warranty people have been trying to get in touch and.e plus my my boyfriend have had no response!

Most unpleasant experience for me in NB. The person who picked up the call was very hostile, condescending and extremely unpleasant. He sounded like he didn't want the business at all in the first place.

With minimal details during the service request Buckingham was on time and honest in their diagnosis with all parts needed to perform the job on the 1st & only visit. Very professional staff. Our fridge is back in action & stronger than ever before!

I have been waiting since November 4th for my GE washing machine to be serviced. All I have had is two phone calls after two weeks of silence, with promises to call me back and when I remind the company the tech was supposed to call me I just ended up with a vague promise to let me know if he will be in the area by the end of the week. It is November 21st and I have stopped being patient and accommodating. The machine is under warranty and I think it’s time GE. Hanged the service company for my area

If they can't get the part you want, you don't need it.

We have called twice for parts. Once for the fridge and today for the dryer. Both times they had the parts in stock. Today one of the technicians was in the office when I picked up.the part we thought was causing the problem. He asked what was happening, I explained, he advised that the might be another issue. Bought both parts knowing I could return the other part if we didn't need it. Hubby put on the belt, tried the dryer and it still made a terrible noise. He checked the other part and, sure enough, it was cracked and needed replaced. The tech saved me another trip.to Fredericton.
Buckingham will continue to be our go to for appliance parts.

Waited all day for them to show. Called twice to xonfirm the apt and they still no showed and did not call. No call the next day to reschedule either.
