How are you still in business!?
For lunch I was given a Burger King gift card so I wait in line 15mins in drive thru& then try and order and the lady working at cash does not speak English and we cant understand each other. I drive up to the window to pay and she tells me, sorry we dont take gift cards. What?
And tells me to go inside and wait in line all over again to use gift card.
Wow. What terrible service, So i left amd will never go back!

Nov 17/23 Night Drivethru - Starting to slack off. Food is ok. Not busy. McDonalds and Wendy's on a Friday Night are both lined to the road, Burger King is dead. So I guess go there if you want the food faster.

Aug 17/22 Night Drivethru - Still good. Prompt service, orders are good, 24/7 service still. Seems to be way, WAY better than it was a year ago. I'm not sure who's responsible for this improvement, but nice work. 4 stars.

July 11/22 Night Drivethru - maintaining, and they're actually taking the orders consistently. No more milk-crates blocking the drive thru or staff ignoring customers. It is also fast at night.
They are a better option over McDonalds on Prospect if you want something quick, McD will have you waiting 10-30m in the drive thru. Still mediocre 3 stars.

May 17/22 Drivethru - Been going at night again, service has gotten faster and more reliable. Still skeptical that it will keep up, but it's looking better. Raising to 3 stars.

Sep 9/21 Drivethru - went to see if I had a reason to add a couple stars to this. Hours on door say 24/7 drive through, as does Google (at the time, I submitted change) yet the drive through was blocked off with milk crates and they didn't answer the phone? Are they closed because there's no indication of it. If what I read here and heard around town is true, I'd almost bet they put the milk crates there and just wait the night out. Still 0 Stars.

Oct. 12/21 Drivethru -. If they decide to answer the drive through. Then 10 mins for a chicken sandwich at a "fast food" place? I know someone who worked at the other BK across the river, he told me dude was just trying to get out of making it. They do it all the time when it isn't busy. 0 Stars.

They need to clean up the tables and area a little more often than they do. But it was a lot cleaner than other fast food places. There has been a noticeable improvement in all areas at this Burger King.

Ordered some French toast sticks, (weird, I know, don’t judge me) around 10: 50, after paying I was instructed to pull up to the left and it would be a couple minutes to cook.

30 minutes pass and I reverse back to the window, and ask about my order. The first guy at the window seemed bewildered and asked what I had, then a second guy got off his phone and came over laughing saying the people that took my order left 20 minutes ago and said they switched shifts at eleven. He refused to give me my money back so I said “alright, no biggie at least give me my food then”, so I pull up and wait for my order, AGAIN.

He comes out 5 minutes later with a bag, and I thank him and realized there wasn’t any syrup, and asked for some, and he says, “syrup? ”, confused and I say, “yeah it comes with this thing”, to which he contorts, “from Burger King? ”, and I insist, and he says “No man” and I say “Can you at least check? ” And then he sighs and walks away. 3 mins pass and he comes back with some strawberry jam and says “here you go! ”

They literally have nothing available on the menu every single time we come here, if it’s in the menu you should have it in kitchen, no jalapeños cheddar bites, no mozzarella sticks, no dipping sauce available.

They forgot a burger so I had to drive back for it. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave.unlike me!

We don't usually go to BK so I wasn't sure about kids meals etc. Staff was so helpful, patient and friendly. Made for a very pleasant visit!

We will definitely come back when we're in Fredericton again:)

I bought a small coffee on January 29 and I found the taste very weird. When I finished it, I opened the cup and found lots of little black pieces of something I can’t identify, I know it’s not coffee ground, it actually looks like burnt plastic or rust. You should be more concerned about the products you sell, because I can handle a bad stomach ache, but a child or a senior could have gotten worse health issues because of that.

I was about to leave a five star review, something I typically don’t do for fast food, because the service was fast, there was ketchup in the bag, the fries were hot and positioned for easy removal while driving. But the reason why they didn’t get a five star is because my order was wrong, and I likely paid for it. I ordered the whopper deal with cheese. What I got was an overpriced whopper deal. It’s so easy to slap a piece of cheese on a premade burger And yet somehow it was overlooked. So the justice in this, is that I overlooked giving a five star, and gave them a three star because that’s what they deserve.

The staff has improved since I was last there a couple of years ago. One lady in particular deserves recognition. She was very friendly and welcoming to everyone. She was like an excellent hostess welcoming guests into her own home. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but she is a great asset to this restaurant.

The worst burger King ever! Burger King is my #1 for burgers, but will never go back to this one. Went to the counter, no one else in line, girl completely ignored me, filling drive thru orders with other girl. 2 of them doing drive thru, no one working counter. Finally she says are you waiting for something. Yes, I'd like to order, she turns and waits in this woman that came in after me. I said wait, your serving her first? She came after me. Oh I'll be with you in a minute. Don't bother, I won't be back.

I've been a regular during the night shift. They always are courteous, kind, and really patient whenever I order. The food is always prepared very well and timely. They all ought be given a raise!

Drive thru had one person waiting and there was myself and 5 others standing in line, one poor girl was waiting for food to come out, 6 other staff, only 2 of them were actually doing work they others were standing around talking. She pointed out that they needed someone on cash and the manager loudly said "it doesn't matter, they can wait".

It all depends on the time of the day you go. Sometimes the food is hot and sometimes it's just warm. The staff have been great every time I have been.

This store needs training. They have 3 people expediting orders, and only take one order at a time. Took at least 10 minutes of standing there before anyone took our order, and there was only 1 person ahead of us. Had to spell out the order several times to make sure the person understood the order properly. Discovered they were out of several menu items. When we sat down we realized that our order was missing things, but didnt feel like having to endure another exchange with the staff. I think this does it for me as a customer. It was tough to stay smiling and polite.

This is a good BK in terms of NB.

Service was excellent, store was very clean and the breakfast food was quite tasty. I will eat there again.

I go to this location every night after my shift. Most 24 hour places are usually difficult and bad customer service - this location is different.

Arshdeep and the other staff are really nice.

Arshdeep was excellent and provided me with great service. I accidentally ordered before opening hours and the two gentlemen still made proper accomodations to make sure I was satisfied with my order. Truly appreciated their kindness.

Had trouble with Whopper combo coupon on app. Staff helped with getting it to work. Plus she was pretty cute.

This is the most god awful drive-through known to mankind. They make you wait at the speaker after you've ordered and then serve you that's colder than your drink lol

Beautiful decoration with good views always busy to serving burgers to customers. They are super quick and professional, will make meal so faster. Have been there many times and felt like home. They offered many types burgers and other things specifically I like fries. We had celebrated even birthdays there and they were super helpful.

Ridiculous place! No hygiene!
It’s a food place and the girl came to the front with NO gloves…and after a while with open hair, let go the hairnet…Near food? No concern about the food’s hygiene? Was she manager? No one change gloves after handling cash.
I hope I could give no star.

My God someone clean the bathrooms. Hands down the worst in the city. Between dirt, garbage, and even a joint on the floor. Their is No way they have been properly clean in a veryyyyy long time.

Lost 30 dollars thanks to them closing at 8 PM and not letting the dasher know, or even bother cooking my meal earlier. Horrible service, ruined my night.

This place is clearly under new management. The people running the cash are absolutely daft. She will take an order and then instead of taking another order she will start assembling the order. I used to work here and half these people would be fired back when I worked here. The place has gone worse downhill than any fast food establishment in the city. Some of the cashier's have a horrible attitude.

Went through drive through, missing 2 burgers, they won't answer phone, left message, no call back. I guess I should have checked before I drove 25 miles to eat but shouldn't have too

No one in the restaurant, 5 orders on the drive through board and we got chicken nuggets and mozza sticks that were definatley not at temp, probably there since lunch thus is 3: 00, staff played on phone with gloves on then handled the food! Why?

One of the worst restaurants in town for service and quality. Order never started ever. No visible management. Handling food with hands. It's gross and your a waste of time

I ignored the bad reviews and tried this place. I first went to the drive through. The line did not move. I then decided to go inside and see if that was faster. One person in front of me to order. His order took 5 minutes then the cashier walked away. I waited and waited. Eventually i walked out.

Drive thru order. Requested condiments and was charged for them, and did not receive them. Has happened multiple times and when confronted, they said I didn't order them and when I showed the receipt showing the order and charge they said there was a mix up and wouldn't give me the sauces or refund the charge. Don't recommend, go to McDonald's, save your money!

Food is usually pretty good.except the chicken fries and nuggets, they are always dried out like they've been recooked several times.but my biggest frustration is with the drive through.the past several months the people working the drive through are pushy.rushing you through and talking over you. I just want to tell them to stop interrupting me so I can place my order! So frustrating!

Yup, it's a burger king like every other burger king. Nothing special to see here. Staff was friendly although very hard to understand the person working the window.

Been there 3 times in the past 2 days (3: 00 AM, 10: 45PM and 12: 00AM (second two were on the same day) and only got the reply "we are cleaning beef, we cant take orders right now sorry". 2 of these times the employees were heard laughing over the drive-thru speaker. The third time i asked how long "cleaning beef" will take and she would not give me a straight answer and making excuses like "we only clean one thing at once" and "its impossible that i told you 30 minutes when you were here an hour ago" until she refused to continue talking to me when i asked her for her supervisor or how to contact them. Not pleased at all and i dont think i believe they are "cleaning beef".

One of the workers there is a theif. Make sure you check the bag before you drive away and get a receipt.

Usually my "the line at Tim's is too long" or "Country Style is out of eggs" stop in the morning if I've forgotten to eat at home.

It's 50/50 whether they get my order correct. The lines aren't huge and it's not busy - but accuracy isn't top tier, that's for sure.

Want a bacon breakfast sandwich on an English muffin? Naw, it's sausage now. Too bad.

Looking for a Croissandwich? Sure, but you'll be surprised when you get to the office and it's missing the egg.

Burger King has long been the value champion since the 2004 battle with Wendys where the BK killed and consumed the flesh of the Wendy's ceo in a gruesome barefisted brawl. I lost positive reviews out of fear the King may eat me next. Minus one star because the line was long at the drive through.

Faster, fresher and friendlier than the other fast food burger chain down the road. Also, more affordable. Two sandwiches, small fries, and a small during for $4.99. Also the ice cream cones are only $1.00.

For the last 3yrs, ever since I've tried the bacon king, it's been my burger of choice for the last 3yrs. At least 1 a day.lol I hope they nvr get rid of the bacon king.best burger on the menu in my opinion.
Also, I love the price in freddy.here in moncton, the combo comes to 15.40 for the combo with upsize fries and drink.

The owners no longer care about the customer, they have people who seem like robots working I waited 20 minutes in the restuarant before anyone came to take my order and then waited another 20 minutes. I immediately regretted choosing this place to eat. I can remember a time when this place used to care and have people working that cared about your experience. THAT IS NOT TRUE ANYMORE, YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER ON A RECEIPT NOW. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW.

Last time I was there the food was terrible. All immigrants running the place. They put our own people out of their job. I don't support them anymore

Won't hand you your food till you put on your symbol of compliance. (mask). Even though, they didn't demand me to wear it till after they had my money in their hands. There's just something "unscientific" about expecting someone who's in a vehicle, while you're in a building, 6 feet apart, to put a mask on. I could barely even hear her because her mask muffled her speech. They have the audacity to start handing you your drink, then immediately pull it back from you until you have your mask on, like a good little boy. I won't give another cent to these clowns. I suggest nobody else does either.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We were asked to pull ahead and food would be brought to us. The food arrived lukewarm/cold and we ate right there so there was no time for it to cool off. The apple pie was the only item in $35 worth of food that was worth eating. Everything deep-fried had an aftertaste of old rancid grease. Most of the food went into the garbage and the family all had upset stomachs from what we did eat.

I've held off on reviewing this location because it's very inconsistent with quality and service. One day everything will be good and the next it's awful, or there are paid for items missing from the bags. I ordered the Sourdough Chicken Club and the buns were not grilled like they are supposed to be and there was like 1/2 a cup of mayo on it so you couldn't taste anything else. I have had stuff like this happen several times with their other sandwiches as well. As well as having appetizers straight up missing when I paid for them.

(Before Covid-19) Went in and ordered one time, got my food but I wanted it to go, not dine-in. Asked girl at counter politely if she could put it in a bag. She let's out a big sigh and literally dumps my burger in the bag and tosses the fries in basically dumping half of it out onto the counter, gives me a nasty look and walks away. Food is good and everything and had no problems with staff other times I ate there.
