I recently visited Burger King and had an exceptional experience, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating. Zain, our server, went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. His kindness and excellent customer service skills stood out, making us feel welcome. Not only did he take our orders efficiently, but he also ensured that our food was prepared to perfection. The burgers were delicious, showcasing the quality and taste I've come to expect from Burger King. Zain's cool and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive atmosphere of our visit. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable. I left Burger King with not just a satisfied appetite but also a newfound admiration for Zain's exceptional service. If every visit to Burger King could be as delightful as this one, I'd gladly return. Kudos to Zain and the entire Burger King team for creating such a positive dining experience!

Very bad service and behaviour of the night supervisor. Missing item on the order (hersey’s pie). When asked for the fresh food, he said burgers are always fresh. And the fries and mozzarella sticks were not fresh. After checking order call the store 10-15 times but no one cared to pickup the call. Order was done on 8th September morning 3: 30

Good burgers but the service could be improved. I was the only person in line but had to wait about 3 or 4 minutes for service. Also had to ask for condiments instead of them been offered.

Love to be able to try it, if they could ever figure out how to get the drive-thru to work. Everytime I drive by it's closed. Also very dangerously designed parking lot. I'm amazed there hasn't been car accidents there yet

Disgusting and very very bad customer service. I understand it’s fast food restaurant but that’s not an excuse for poor customer service.

8am Waited at speaker for 4-5 min. Spoke into it and no one was responding. Went to window, no one there either so we left.

Run, cold wrong food and waited 20 min for a mobile order. Almost broke a tooth on something hard in chicken sandwich. Never ever again even living close by.

So understaffed, they must serve the drivethrew customers before the dining room customers.
And they fire the good workers.

Wrong order, long wait, missing food on my burger, even longer wait to have fixed. And to top it off a curly black hair was pulled out of my burger

I hope this is new owner operating pains,

Called to the window because they couldn't understand, repeated my order 5 more times, between 2 people they were lost, thought we finally figured it out, get home, they didn't get the order correct, apparently two number 9 meals is confusing and you get 12's instead.

Worst experience we ever had
2 lanes for drive thru but they were only taking orders from one side and left us waiting
Once we got our order the fries were cold
Also ordered 2 whopper meals with one with cheese but the cheese was nowhere to be found
Went inside to change the cold fries but the manager had his back turned to me all the time
Awful place
Design of the the drive thru is very bad

Service was slow. Had to repeat order 4 times and only accept debt or credit only had cash. Employees hard to understand not a great experience.
